„I very much love this place! Our room was upgraded and i cannot complain. I am very happy about it. Everything is so clean and organized. Linens, mattress and pillows are high quality. „We had a very pleasant stay at Thompson Suites BGC (Uptown Parksuites). The unit was clean, modern, and thoughtfully maintained, with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The location is excellent—right in Uptown BGC, close to malls, restaurants, and conveniences, making it easy to explore and enjoy the area. Check-in was smooth and communication with the host was professional and responsive, which gave us peace of mind. The amenities provided, including Wi-Fi and kitchen essentials, were reliable and made our stay more convenient. We did encounter a small challenge with Netflix, but after reporting it, assistance was promptly given and we were able to use it without issue. „I have used other vacation apps to plan my travels -I have just realized Trip.com is top notch when it comes to preparing/reminders/changes for the upcoming hotel/flight . Now back to the property this NOT to make a business like a condo/hotel rental look bad but an honest observation coming from some like me that resides N American country Like USA(I am Asian and American raised ) As a SE Asian traveler -they are NOT prepared to the needs: Promptness Deposit /over verification -too much paperwork/TIME (Excuses for being late -like 15 -30 mins is nothing to some culture but in the USA we learned “if you’re on time “ you’re late . I hope you take this in consideration for the aforementioned. Traveling to let’s say Japan or Philippines, pack extra patience you will NEED it they say they are proficient in English ask again , 24/7 means open all day and all night & most doesn’t understand those numbers. Personally I will stick to Hotels where I’m not asked for cash deposit (1 night ONLY) I had to use U$D i ran out of local currency. I had to take a pic of my $40 so I know for sure it was indeed the money I gave them ( I shouldn’t have this type of feeling -but I did :/ ) long rant thanks for listening”

„We had a little challenging experience at first during check-in. I informed that owner that we were coming for check in around 1am. Coming from abroad, I had no sim card nor internet. The security guards were kind enough to call the owner using their phone. However, the owner NEVER ONCE answered our calls. Although, when I messaged them in the website, (I had to use my out-of-state roaming which I know will charge me extra), they were quick enough to get back to me. My only question is what's the point in having a contact number when you can't even answer your phone? The self check in process would have been smoother if they answered our calls. Other than that the room was really nice. Very clean. We enjoyed our stay here and wished we stayed longer.”

We were very disappointed with our stay at this hotel. Despite paying over PHP 4,000 per night, the level of service was far below expectations. One of the biggest issues was the leaking toilet bowl in our room, which caused significant inconvenience and raised concerns about the hotel's cleanliness and maintenance standards. To make matters worse, we also encountered cockroaches in the room. Unfortunately, the issue was not resolved promptly, and since there was no staff available to assist us at the time, we ended up cleaning the water and mess on the floor ourselves after using the toilet. In addition, guests are required to dispose of all their trash in a designated area after their stay. This is unusual and unacceptable for a hotel charging this price range. Proper housekeeping and waste disposal should be part of the service that guests are paying for Overall, the facilities and service did not match the hotel's rating or price point. We hope management takes these issues seriously and takes steps to improve the guest experience.

The location is really good. It is in a commercial place and near to everything like convenient stores, fast food restaurants and small eateries . The room is really clean and the fragrant of the room is really relaxing. The shower room and the toilet are separate. The staff are really accommodating and are always smiling. The drinking water is refillable.

Stayed 2 nights. Heart of the BGC with great view of the golf course. Certainly could use a few repairs but overall it was a great place to stay and I’d go back regardless of the few issues. Biggest pain was on checkout when we couldn’t leave our bags for a few hours. Would stay again regardless.

We were pretty upset. Honestly looks are deceiving. It looks nice on the photos, but it was pretty dirty and dusty and they were cockroaches in the bathroom and we kept killing them for our entire two days stay. I would not recommend this hotel or at least this room. The staff was very kind and nice and they did help me at the front desk, but I think this is a separate operation because the room is probably a rental listed on Trip.com separate from the building. There was not a sheet for the bed. Only a small blanket, not big enough for two people to share. We had to use a towel provided and fitted sheet that was meant for the bed. I reached out with my complaints via WhatsApp and they said we should’ve contacted them sooner and did not offer any resolution other than to try harder next time. It’s sad because the area is really nice and we loved the convenience.

Toilet is really slippery but you don't have to worry, since it's narrow, you'll still be standing even if you slipped, elevator is out of order, good thing we've packed lightly, I can't imagine those who've booked here with full luggages, as the rooms are in the 3rd and 4th floor, they managed to fix it the following day. Don't expect much on the free breakfast. Cleanliness is okay, Service can be further improved, staff in the morning doesn't even greet you, I don't know if they're having a bad day or what.

Fourth or fifth trip to BGC. Always stay in these condos. Only minor issues with the room, such as no hand towel. Love the area and this location is near to everything. Biggest issue was checkout time. I received a message less than 24 hours before checkout saying 11am checkout time. (Admittedly, I didn’t see the see message but I do find that early) They were knocking on the door at 11:01 and had apparently booked pest control for 11:00. Quite annoyed they would book something for that time. Otherwise a great visit.

It is spacious and the location is convenient. Room is near the pool. We liked the sofa and futons, and there were plently of pillows and blankets. There is also available cookware and cutlery. Water runs nicely as well. If any, it would be better if the host reaches out proactively or at least checks to make sure if we are already settled in. The host was abit hard to reach, and the lobby frontdesk made me feel like I'm being bothersome. Also, the building corridor (outside the room) smells pungent like curry. The smart tv has no Netflix altho has other streaking services, we had to cast our laptop to be able to watch.
