This is a cozy, rustic, lofted cabin with 3 bedrooms (1 king, 2 queens). It is situated on a dirt road, in a quaint, private, family-friendly community. It comes equipped with a full kitchen that opens into the main living area with a wood-burning stove for cozy days/evenings by the fire. There is also a full-size washer and dryer located in the sunroom at the back of the cabin for your use. It is centrally located with easy access to popular Fryeburg Fair Grounds, snowmobile trails, hiking trails, and a 10-minute walk to the association's private beach! This 6 bedroom 3-1/2 bath house is located on beautiful 1100 acre Lovewell Pond in Fryeburg Maine. Fed by the Saco River, you can set out and enjoy miles and miles of canoeing and kayaking right from our back yard. The lake is wonderful for summer swimming in clear blue water. Winter offers fantastic ice fishing and snowmobiling as well as access to a multitude of ski resorts. It is located five minutes from Fryeburg Center and 20 minutes from N. Conway, famous for its vast assortment of outlet malls, restaurants and tourist attractions.
