Convenient to airport with good shuttle service. Food was good. Clean rooms. Prices are all over the place. Requested a room close to the elevator due to an injury but didn't get it until I got there. Would stay again.

My room was very spacious bcs it was wheelchair accessible. Room is clean, well cooled. Equipped with adjustable AC. Check in to check out process was great. Very friendly agent Pedro was calm and courteous. Location is favourable for my asylum office interview on 1501 Biscayne. Service and room checks all five stars!

Mieliśmy komfortowy pobyt w tym hotelu. I chose TRYP Miami Blue Lagoon mainly because it’s within walking distance to my office, and that alone made the stay extremely convenient. The location is one of the biggest advantages, there’s a Starbucks, Publix, Panda Express, and several other shops and restaurants just steps away, so grabbing coffee, groceries, or a quick meal is effortless. The hotel itself is comfortable and well-kept. Rooms are clean, the area feels safe, and being near the airport without dealing with constant runway noise is a big plus. Check-in was smooth and overall service was good. If you’re looking for a hotel that combines comfort with a very practical location for work and daily needs, TRYP Miami Blue Lagoon is a solid choice.

Review: I arrived at 7:00 AM and found no staff, no reception, and no check-in instructions. My wife and I had to wait outside until another guest happened to come out and let us in. Inside, I met someone who I thought was staff, but he was just another guest. He tried to help me contact the hotel, but no one — not even other guests — could reach the manager. There is no real lobby, just a yard. I waited three hours outside until someone finally responded. Then I was told I couldn’t check in until 3:00 PM unless I paid $100 extra. That’s way more than most hotels charge for early check-in which is about 20$. I asked for a refund so I could leave — they refused. With no choice, I left my luggage with the housekeeper (the only helpful person) and had to walk around the city with my wife for six hours before coming back. When I finally checked in, I just got a text message with a door code — no person, no welcome. The room had lots of bugs, and both of us got bitten badly overnight. There were even cockroaches in the kitchen. This is not a real hotel. It’s overpriced, poorly managed, and has no customer service. Avoid if you care about basic hospitality.

Got to Miami had a room right away  Coming off ship had to wait 2 hrs for a room but it gave me a chance to eat and go outside for a smoke and coffee which was great  Highly recommended  Will be going back
