Welcome to our lake house! This house is located directly in the Cove of Lake Chickamauga in Dayton, TN. It is located less than 1.5 miles from local Fraiser Park public boat launch & Blue water RV Resorts. You're able to hear live bands in the summer while enjoying sitting on the private deck of Main home. This property has a total of 4 individual units. This unit is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom with a main party deck and a private balcony deck off master bedroom. There is a fire pit to enjoy those summer nights with friends and family. This house can currently sleep up to 10 people. This unit has been undergoing extensive renovations, and the Sun room is currently not accessible due to renovation, but soon, we will have a game room with an additional sleeping area. The exterior of the home still has some renovations being completed, but not while you're on your vacation! Come and enjoy a little slice of heaven. TVA and Traveling nurses are welcome for longer stays at discounted rates. (Some restrictions may apply). Very nice two bedroom apartment with a full kitchen and one bathroom. It is connected to our 50x50 indoor parking area. This makes it very nice for those rainy days. It’s located just yards from the public boat ramp. One parking bay comes with the apartment unless prior arrangements are made.NB: The house is not child proof or handicap accessible. *** The apartment is 1 mile from Hwy 60 on a gravel road. Welcome to our "Cozy Country Retreat."Our brand new home was just completed in November 2022. It is located in a quiet neighborhood near Dayton. Perfect for short getaways to enjoy hiking, fishing, hunting, etc. in the beautiful Tennessee mountains as well as mid-term stays. Conveniently located near Bryan College, Dayton Boat Dock, Watts Bar Lake, Laurel Snow Trails, short drive to Lake Chicamauga, and less than an hour from Chattanooga. Our house also has a two car garage perfect to park a boat. We also have a parking lot at the end of our street to park extra vehicles. Enjoy access to our full kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, blender, crackpot, dishwasher, and Keurig duo coffee maker as well as dishes and utensils. Amazing and Large lake property with modern kitchen and appliances and large upper and lower decks with the most amazing views of Watts Bar Lake and the rolling hills. You will never see a more beutiful sunset over the lake than here. You have access to two boat slips at the community dock (many larger family groups bring two boats) which is a 5 min walk from the property or a short golf cart ride. Yes, you can use the golf cart to go to the dock, bring your toys down to the lake and/or check out the area. You have to go down some stairs to access the dock, this may be difficult for people with disabilities (see pictures so you can decide). There is an inflatable 2 man kayak and raft you can use at your own risk to boat and float and do a little fishing. Some water toys as well as a few life jackets. Also a few fishing poles and light fishing tackle you can use if you did not bring your own. Fishing from the dock is one of my favorite things to do and you almost always catch something from catfish to crapie. If you do not have a boat there are multiple marinas that rent boats near the home. Blue springs, Euchee and Spring City Marinas. I think Blue Springs has the best rental boats, alwasy new each season. Sand harbor beach and many other great places to visit on your boat are a just a short boat ride away.We just put in a large fire pit this year that is amazing with lots of downed wood on the property to use. When I am out I usually buy some wood and put it under the deck, if there is any left you can use that, also some rounds that need splitting Go for it if you are feeling strong. There is also a large rope swing from a huge tree. Kids and adults love this but use at your own risk.This property is very private and toward the end of the road so you will hear no road noise, just an occasional boat driving by and the birds. Sit on the deck and watch the deer, birds and beautiful lake and hills. Home has three stories. Main floor has kitchen living spaces and the master bedroom/Bath and access to the large upper deck with enough chairs for everyone as well as a guest 1/2 bath. The upper level has two bedrooms with a Jack and Jill bath between them, each with their own toilet and a laundry room with washer and dryer. Next to the laundry room is a bonus room with bunk bed (2 twins). The lower level has a full bathroom and large bedroom there is a queen, full size and a twin in this room. This area also has a small gym with exercise equipment to keep you in shape if you so desire during your vacation as well as a foosball table. The bottom level also has a patio with great views of the lake and access to the grass area in the yard. Covered parking right in front of the house keeps your car out of the weather. Plenty of games and books and puzzles in the cabinets for you to enjoy and lots more. This is the perfect place for large family gatherings, and there have been many.
