The room was exceptionally clean and well appointed. Bedding was good, windows were sound proof and long curtains were available to block the light. I accidentally booked for one person as I only saw it was a double room, and apparently the room isn't meant for two people which caused a lot of misunderstanding. But the property itself was very good and exceptional value for money. And the room actually has just enough room for two so I’m not sure what the problem was!

Wspaniały pobyt w Hoi An – 10/10 Mieliśmy tu niesamowity pobyt. Personel był bardzo pomocny i miły, udostępnił nam mapę i świetne sugestie dotyczące miejsc wartych zobaczenia. Oferują również wypożyczalnię motocykli, co ułatwia zwiedzanie – zaledwie kilka minut jazdy dzieli nas od ukrytej plaży. Przygotowali nawet uroczy wystrój na urodziny mojego chłopaka, co bardzo doceniliśmy. Jedynym problemem było to, że pierwszej nocy pokój nie był posprzątany, wanna nie była naprawiona, a spłuczka w toalecie ciągle ciekła. Jednak personel rozwiązał te problemy natychmiast po tym, jak o nich wspomnieliśmy. Ogólnie rzecz biorąc, fantastyczny pobyt i absolutnie godny polecenia!

Advice to anyone that reads our feedback. YOU MUST STAY HERE!We walked around the market, the town, the beach, etc., both during the day and at night, for a total of 40,000 steps! It was good exercise. We recommend the boat ride and the lantern floating.

Place is awesome for the price you pay. Hotel is almost new, rooms are clean. They have 24/7 guards and front desk staff, basement parking for bikes. In case you leave the bike outside they will bring it in for you. They don’t offer laundry service, but they introduced shop across the street. They didn’t ask for any deposit as well. Only negative think I would say is that cleaners come too early in the morning 9-10 so if you’re on vacation you would skip it all the time. I didn’t try the breakfast even tho it was included so I can’t comment.

To dobry, niedrogi hotel tuż przy plaży, wystarczy przejść przez ulicę, żeby się tam dostać. Pokoje są czyste i schludne. Nie mam na co narzekać. Kilka uwag dla podróżnych: łóżka są dość twarde. Niektórzy uważają to za niezdrowe, ale ja osobiście nie jestem ich fanem. Ponieważ hotel jest zwrócony w stronę morza, a tuż przed nim biegnie droga wzdłuż plaży, jeśli ktoś lubi spać przy otwartym oknie, tak jak ja, może być dość głośno. Z zamkniętym oknem jest OK. Ogólnie jestem zadowolony z pobytu. Szczególne podziękowania dla sprzątaczek, świetnie sobie poradziły, w pokoju jest bardzo czysto.

The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the amenities I needed. The location was perfect — close Beach , making it very convenient. I especially enjoyed the view/restaurant/spa], which made my stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would highly recommend to anyone visiting DaNang. I’ll definitely come back again on my next trip!

Our first room smelled strongly of sewage so we requested to switch rooms later at night. We got another room, but got woken up early to be told that we need to switch rooms again later in the day. We had to wait until after 12 to be able to move, why they had to wake us up so early I’m still curious about. The breakfast was nice, and the location is perfect. When we had to check out, we were allowed to leave our luggage. And when we had to wait for our night bus, we were allowed to chill in the lobby and make use of a shower while we waited.

this place was very lovely and clean, especially for how cheap it was unfortunately during the heat we found it was impossible to walk to the old town or the beach, but we just got taxis which only cost about 50.000 dong so not a deal issue the only issue i had is that when we wanted to do laundry there was no one around at the reception desk, and the only contact number we'd been given if we needed anything was the number for that desk all in all, a very enjoyable stay, and we just had to do laundry somewhere else thanks to our hosts!!

I have been staying at this hotel since the 29th of last month until today. Honestly, the hotel is very beautiful and located in an excellent area close to everything. The overall atmosphere is great, and the two receptionists are always smiling and helpful, which I truly appreciate. However, there are some issues that management should pay attention to because they negatively affected my stay: First: Since my arrival, I have only received bottled water once, on the first day. This is not acceptable, especially for a long stay. Second: There is a cleaning lady who works in the morning, but she shouts very loudly across the entire floor. This caused serious disturbance to guests. On several occasions, I couldn’t sleep because of the noise. Today, I even opened the door and politely asked her to work quietly, but she continued shouting. This happened around 8 AM. I believe the hotel should better supervise the housekeeping staff and respect guests’ comfort. Third: I lost my room key card on the third day after accidentally leaving it inside the room, and I had to pay 200k for a replacement. I find this amount extremely high. There was also another issue when my friend tried to extend his stay. He was unable to book online, and at the reception, he was asked to pay a higher price. This is unusual, as direct bookings are usually the same price or cheaper. Overall, this hotel has great potential to be much better if attention is given to these details and customer service is improved. Ps : 3 Star Only for Ladies in the reception

There is a bathtub in the room and that works. In this cost its an average hotel, they don't clean everyday and that reflects in room quality also. But location and access is good and placebis quite reasonable.
