The room is a bit small but it is clean. Again Moxy style means minimalistic, just shampoo, conditioner and shower gel provided and nothing else. There is self service coffee machine and tea bags on ground floor which you can use before 10am. The hotel doesn’t accept cash for the deposit and city tax. I was worried about not getting my deposit back on my credit card after I checked out ( some people have this problem with other hotels) But it turned out to be over worrying, they only hold the credit amount when u check in, and in the end they just charged the city tax, the credit amount for the deposit was released. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Hotel is easy to access, I would recommend taking bus number 71(direction to Delta) outside central station (if you come from central station) and get off at stop Saint Boniface, the hotel is just 10 steps from the bus stop. Lots of food stores, various kinds of shops, supermarket, laundry shops along the main road/ around that neighbourhood. All the major tourist attractions around Grand Place can by reached within 15-20mins by walk.

Check-in is 3pm and we arrived at 3pm but the room was only ready at almost 4pm. The story was that it was cleaned already but ”awaiting inspection”. We were handed 2 bar coupons with a blithe apology in rapid fire French for our 50 min wait. The vacuuming in the room left much to be desired. When we got into the room on the 1st day, there was a pistachio at the side of the bed. My sister's dust allergy was triggered throughout our 4 day stay. When we opted for housekeeping on the 3rd of the 4 days we stayed, the same pistachio remained there after the cleaning staff were done. Towels and bed linens were refreshed but the coffee/tea and bathroom amenities were not. If you choose the Deluxe twin room like we did, please note that the room is 24 metre square and there is only room to open up one medium sized suitcase on the ground. Our other suitcase had to be accessed via the wardrobe which was spacious enough to keep the 2nd suitcase in. Location wise, it's ideal and a stone's throw from Grand Place - the historic city centre, and many shops and good brasseries. It's a 10 min uphill walk from the hotel to the nearest train station called Brussel Centraal / Bruxelles-Midi which will bring you straight to the Brussels Airport in 17 min on the direct train (1st class carriage €12.10). The buffet breakfast is plentiful and of good quality (with eggs cooked to order) in a nice space with a courtyard view crewed by pleasant staff fluent in English. The bar has a relaxing ambience with an outdoor view and affordable drinks. My guide is always how much the increasingly rare digestif liqueur Chartreuse Verte costs. It was €14 per pour. Note : You get a free coupon for a soft drink/coffee/beer/wine if you pass up on room cleaning. If you have a short stay, you should as there wasn't much cleaning done.

The hotel itself is beautiful and well-kept, with a stylish interior. However, my overall stay was disappointing due to poor service. I stayed for three nights and was asked at check-in if I wanted my room cleaned during the stay. I said yes, and on the second day I reminded reception in the morning that I would like the room cleaned. When I returned at 4:30pm, nothing had been done — the room was still uncleaned and the sheets unchanged. When I raised this with reception, the staff were not helpful and instead of simply arranging for the cleaning, they asked unnecessary questions and did not resolve the issue. This really let down the experience. As for location, the hotel is not in the city center, so you do need to travel to reach most of the main attractions. That said, the train station is only about a 7-minute walk, which makes it manageable. In summary, while the hotel itself is beautiful, the lack of reliable service and less convenient location mean I would be hesitant to stay again.

Nie całkiem w centrum, ale można tam chodzić w 20 minut. Kocham Sauna na 25 piętrze z wielkim widokiem i może ciepło polecić restaurację (Iris), która ma ograniczoną menu, ale wszystkie dania na niej są bardzo dobrze przygotowane (jeść naszą drogę).

I really feel good and love staying at Novotel Grand Place,Brussels. Belgium was the first stop on my trip this time. The warm welcome from the Novotel staff made me feel safe and happy. The room was clean and comfortable—though not very big for the four of us, it was still spacious and well-arranged, with the added bonus of a bathtub. Breakfast was great, and I was pleasantly surprised to find a ‘Halal Food’ section, which made it easier for us as Muslims to enjoy the meal. A recommended hotel—I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Najwygodniejszy hotel w Brukseli, główny dworzec kolejowy, znajduje się naprzeciwko hotelu. Do pociągu można dojechać pieszo na 5 minut przed podróżą. Do głównych atrakcji można dojść w 15 minut. Do głównego placu można dotrzeć zaledwie dwie przecznice dalej. Obok hotelu znajduje się również Carrefour, a zaopatrzenie jest również bardzo wygodne. Wyposażenie pokoi nie jest tak dobre jak Hilton w Chinach, ale w Europie jest całkiem dobre. Kluczem jest to, że woda z kranu w Belgii jest lepsza niż w Niemczech. Można pić gorącą wodę z niewielką ilością białych przedmiotów pływających. Śniadanie w hotelu jest w stylu kontynentalnym i nie ma wielu odmian. Dla osób z chińskimi żołądkami jest to nieopłacalne. Lepiej kupić makaron instant w Carrefourze obok i zjeść wygodnie. Krótko mówiąc, wybór tego hotelu Hilton w Brukseli powinien być najlepszym wyborem. Jest to bardzo wygodny sposób na podróż do Gandawy, Brugii, Antwerpii i innych miast w Holandii. Można tam pojechać rano i wrócić wieczorem Belgia jest bardzo mała i można ją obejść w 2-4 godziny. To już koniec. Koleje belgijskie są również bardzo przyjazne dla użytkownika. Jeśli kupisz bilet na ten sam dzień, możesz wsiąść do dowolnego pociągu, pod warunkiem, że stacja docelowa jest ta sama (bilet nie zawiera czasu jazdy, stacji ani numeru pociągu, a jedynie). pokazuje datę i miasto, do którego jedziesz). Here are some details that the hotel could manage better: 1. Water pressure not strong enough 2. Only 4 hanger hooks on the bathroom door, not enough and far to get the clothes after shower. 3. Artist decor shelves look cool, but not practical for travellers. We need a work desk instead. The tea table is too small for two people to dine, and not even great for doing work. Socket is far, and you will need a 2-3m cable to connect your it to your laptop in the sofa area. 4. Check in process took an hour to be done, but there is no chair for the check-in costumer. The city tax was mistakenly collected. When I showed the prepaid proof, I was asked to send an email to the company to ask for file an investigation. Later in 15mins, I got immediately refund after I asked of if I should contact my travel agent. The room keycard failed to access the first room. It took the receptionists to figure out the solution and I got a new card for another room in 15mins. The efficiency was very low and not smooth at all. 5. We went back to the room after feeling cold stepping out of the hotel around 10am. Later found out two housekeepers started to vacuum the floor and clear the bathroom. We wanted to change our clothes and use the toilet, but they don’t understand. The lady went in and out the bathroom showing impatience and long face. We felt disrupting their work, and we could only get changed in front of the housekeepers in the living room and excuse the lady to let us use the toilet. 6. I once swam in a pool with more than 20 people. It was super crowded. What’s the point of making appointment of using the pool? Besides of the aforementioned, there are still something I like. + There are not many hotels offer pool in Brussels. This hotel has a cool pool on the rooftop with sun baths on each side, and wonderful city view in the both sides of terrace. The pool design is great. + Check in place is in the 2nd floor, bigger than in the lobby of the building. The bar, waiting area and 4 check-in desks are connected in the same area. +Quick lift - It will bring you directly to the floor you press for +The basic room is very spacious and cosy. I enjoyed my stay here. Very quiet all day.

Easy check-in n out. Reception counter n residence located separately. Same row though. The lobby closes at 11pm. A water dispenser n coffee kiosk available complementary for guests. Need to exit residential block n enter lobby block if were to refill or drink coffee or any admin issues. Laundry room is located at basement. Free usage but need to bring own detergent. Great location coz the Brussels Luxembourg train station bus stops are just opposite the hotel. Some eateries n bars just next n across the hotel. A mini mart is just opposite the bus stop. Spacious and clean room. Comfortable. No toothpaste n toothpaste or indoor slippers provided. But shower cap, shoe shine n mini sewing kit provided. No hair conditioner is provided. A kitchenette with a new set of cleaning materials provided.. Equipped with complete utensils. AC is centralised. Rather stuffy n warm at times. A cute little balcony. No house keeping for short stays. Requested for new towels at the reception counter but did not receive any. Very very very expensive hotel as we booked during BTS concert period!!! Had a good stay but beyond the price charged

The area is close to Brussels Midi station, not very safety area, the nearby attraction “Hill gate “ is under renovation, visitors can’t go to top for viewing the city. Bathroom is very small, hard to turn around.

I prefered this hotel as it is close to the EU institutions. However, there are better hotels on other parts of the city. In booking, I didn't select the breakfast as I confused. When I arrived the hotel, they told me to include breakfast for 29$ per day, which was expensive. When booking, I read that there would be drinking water as complementary but there was only empty bottles and it should be filled in from a machine next to the elevators. Lastly, the room was noisy because windows are not noise dampening. The furniture was also outdated.
