The room is a bit small but it is clean. Again Moxy style means minimalistic, just shampoo, conditioner and shower gel provided and nothing else. There is self service coffee machine and tea bags on ground floor which you can use before 10am. The hotel doesn’t accept cash for the deposit and city tax. I was worried about not getting my deposit back on my credit card after I checked out ( some people have this problem with other hotels) But it turned out to be over worrying, they only hold the credit amount when u check in, and in the end they just charged the city tax, the credit amount for the deposit was released. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Hotel is easy to access, I would recommend taking bus number 71(direction to Delta) outside central station (if you come from central station) and get off at stop Saint Boniface, the hotel is just 10 steps from the bus stop. Lots of food stores, various kinds of shops, supermarket, laundry shops along the main road/ around that neighbourhood. All the major tourist attractions around Grand Place can by reached within 15-20mins by walk.

Check-in is 3pm and we arrived at 3pm but the room was only ready at almost 4pm. The story was that it was cleaned already but ”awaiting inspection”. We were handed 2 bar coupons with a blithe apology in rapid fire French for our 50 min wait. The vacuuming in the room left much to be desired. When we got into the room on the 1st day, there was a pistachio at the side of the bed. My sister's dust allergy was triggered throughout our 4 day stay. When we opted for housekeeping on the 3rd of the 4 days we stayed, the same pistachio remained there after the cleaning staff were done. Towels and bed linens were refreshed but the coffee/tea and bathroom amenities were not. If you choose the Deluxe twin room like we did, please note that the room is 24 metre square and there is only room to open up one medium sized suitcase on the ground. Our other suitcase had to be accessed via the wardrobe which was spacious enough to keep the 2nd suitcase in. Location wise, it's ideal and a stone's throw from Grand Place - the historic city centre, and many shops and good brasseries. It's a 10 min uphill walk from the hotel to the nearest train station called Brussel Centraal / Bruxelles-Midi which will bring you straight to the Brussels Airport in 17 min on the direct train (1st class carriage €12.10). The buffet breakfast is plentiful and of good quality (with eggs cooked to order) in a nice space with a courtyard view crewed by pleasant staff fluent in English. The bar has a relaxing ambience with an outdoor view and affordable drinks. My guide is always how much the increasingly rare digestif liqueur Chartreuse Verte costs. It was €14 per pour. Note : You get a free coupon for a soft drink/coffee/beer/wine if you pass up on room cleaning. If you have a short stay, you should as there wasn't much cleaning done.

Lokalizacja jest wygodna, tuż obok stacji metra, centrum handlowego i zajętej ulicy handlowej, zdecydowanie plus. Jednak to jest o 20-minute spacerem do centralnej strefy turystycznej, i jazda wstecz i wstecz może się trochę zmęczyć po długim dniu zwiedzania. Pokój jest średni, nie za mały, ale z dwoma otwartymi walizkami czuł się trochę ciasny. Łazienka była czysta i nowoczesna, chociaż osobiście nie lubię półszklane drzwi prysznicowe, które sprawiają, że podłoga jest mokre (to samo problem tutaj). Budynek i dywany czuły się trochę stare i zdradliwe, ale sam pokój był czysty. Śniadanie nie było najlepsze, ale wystarczająco dobre, a szczególnie lubiłem świeży sok pomarańczowy. Doświadczenia pracowników były mieszane, niektórzy byli przyjaźni i uśmiechnięci, a inni byli dość zimni. Jedną rozczarowaną częścią było, gdy zapytaliśmy o późną wyjazd; odpowiedź była natychmiastowa „nie” bez sprawdzania dostępności, która czuła się nieprzyjazna, ponieważ hotel nie wydawał się zajęty.

Wystrój wnętrza hotelu nawiązuje do stylu z połowy XX wieku. Zarówno pomieszczenia ogólnodostępne, jak i pokoje gościnne są bardzo czyste i zadbane – należą się brawa zespołowi sprzątającemu za ich znakomitą pracę. Jednak obsługa recepcji wymaga znacznej poprawy. Po przyjeździe okazało się, że wystąpił problem z systemem komputerowym recepcji. Jedyna osoba na recepcji wyraźnie wiedziała, że ​​goście czekają na zameldowanie, ale nawet nie podniosła wzroku. Zamiast tego, przez pięć minut mamrotała coś do siebie, nie zwracając na nikogo uwagi. Podczas dzisiejszego wymeldowania poprosiłem inną recepcjonistkę o paragon (lub jakikolwiek dokument potwierdzający, że opłata za pokój została w pełni uregulowana). Personel recepcji w hotelu Hilton Brussels ewidentnie potrzebuje lepszego przeszkolenia. Niestety, wydaje się to powszechnym problemem w Europie – nawet w hotelach z wyższej półki personel obsługi jest często słabo przeszkolony. 酒店內部裝潢是mid stulecie風格,公共空間跟客房環境都相當整潔乾淨,給清潔團隊一個讚！但櫃檯人員就有待加強。抵達入住時櫃檯電腦似乎出問題,櫃檯唯一的一個服務人員知道旅客們在等入住,連看旅客都不看一眼,就低著頭自顧自一直碎碎念長達五分鐘.今天退房時請另外一位櫃檯的人員給我一張收據(我有註明或是其他證明房間款項結清的文件都可以），人員態度非常差的跟我說:我們沒有權利給你這份文件，連用電子郵件寄送也不行。只想跟櫃檯這位小姐說不要把客人當**好嗎？後來我又據理力爭說那我需要押金的取消證明,她才勉勉強強印出來給我。布魯塞爾希爾頓酒店的櫃檯人員訓練有待加強, 但這好像是歐洲通病,歐洲就算是高檔酒店的服務人員都欠訓練.

Happy with the location, accessibility, and courteous front desk staff, however, the nearby area is not too great. But if you are travelling via Eurostar to Brussels then location is perfect. I am not too happy with the cleanliness of the room as there was dust on the floor, carpet is not clean either, and a one of the linen is soiled. Washroom was clean and spacious.

I really feel good and love staying at Novotel Grand Place,Brussels. Belgium was the first stop on my trip this time. The warm welcome from the Novotel staff made me feel safe and happy. The room was clean and comfortable—though not very big for the four of us, it was still spacious and well-arranged, with the added bonus of a bathtub. Breakfast was great, and I was pleasantly surprised to find a ‘Halal Food’ section, which made it easier for us as Muslims to enjoy the meal. A recommended hotel—I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Easy check-in n out. Reception counter n residence located separately. Same row though. The lobby closes at 11pm. A water dispenser n coffee kiosk available complementary for guests. Need to exit residential block n enter lobby block if were to refill or drink coffee or any admin issues. Laundry room is located at basement. Free usage but need to bring own detergent. Great location coz the Brussels Luxembourg train station bus stops are just opposite the hotel. Some eateries n bars just next n across the hotel. A mini mart is just opposite the bus stop. Spacious and clean room. Comfortable. No toothpaste n toothpaste or indoor slippers provided. But shower cap, shoe shine n mini sewing kit provided. No hair conditioner is provided. A kitchenette with a new set of cleaning materials provided.. Equipped with complete utensils. AC is centralised. Rather stuffy n warm at times. A cute little balcony. No house keeping for short stays. Requested for new towels at the reception counter but did not receive any. Very very very expensive hotel as we booked during BTS concert period!!! Had a good stay but beyond the price charged

Room service has to be demanded every morning. Smelly sinknand shower had stains. But many towels and soap, also water kettle and instant coffee, was nice. Breakfast really expensive, hard to find breakfast stores nearby.

I prefered this hotel as it is close to the EU institutions. However, there are better hotels on other parts of the city. In booking, I didn't select the breakfast as I confused. When I arrived the hotel, they told me to include breakfast for 29$ per day, which was expensive. When booking, I read that there would be drinking water as complementary but there was only empty bottles and it should be filled in from a machine next to the elevators. Lastly, the room was noisy because windows are not noise dampening. The furniture was also outdated.

Veloce e chiaro il Check in e il check out. La stanza era grande, a disposizione tutto ciò di cui uno aveva bisogno. Purtroppo nonostante ci fossero due televisioni (1 in sala e 1 in camera da letto) non sono riuscita a farle funzionare almeno per la sera avendo viaggiato con un bimbo che al rientro dalle passeggiate si sarebbe rilassato volentieri guardando un cartone alla tv. Il bagno grande con a disposizione saponi, bagnoschiuma e shampoo. La cucina non adeguata. Le posate però non erano pulite. Peccato. L’ubicazione è’ favolosa e nonostante si trovi in pieno centro, durante la notte regnava il silenzio assoluto. Ci tornerei volentieri.
