„Getting to the hotel from the central station requires a rather long bus ride, and buses only come once an hour, so if you miss one, you'll have a long wait. On the plus side, there's a bus stop right in front of the hotel, and you can see Lake Thun from the hotel balcony, which offers lovely views. The front desk service was professional, warm, and attentive. However, the room facilities are outdated, and the bathroom had a persistent sewer smell at night. Even closing the bathroom door didn't help; we had to leave the balcony door open to be able to sleep.”

„Hotel receptionist was friendly and helpful! The hotel room was spacious, clean and comfortable with 2 sinks ! The room service was great! It was always kept up to date and cleaned! I would definitely recommend, it’s 10 mins walk away from the Interlaken OST, coop supermarket, 10 minutes walk from Interlaken central cut across to eatery places (like Chinese, Indian, western cuisine, and even macdonalds ) ! Hotel view was wonderful too!”

„Hotel Krebs is very conveniently located, just about a 3-minute walk from the train station, making it extremely easy to reach even with luggage. This was another lovely stay at Hotel Krebs, and it felt great to return once again. The staff were as kind and welcoming as ever, with consistently warm hospitality that made the stay very comfortable and familiar. Guests staying at the hotel receive a 10% discount at the hotel’s restaurant, which is also a well-known and popular restaurant among locals. The food quality and atmosphere make it well worth dining there. In addition, the hotel offers discounts on various activities in Interlaken, which is a nice benefit for travelers planning to explore the area.”

„Best stay in Grindelwald! Center of everything. Great view of Eiger in our room and breakfast. Super Perfect stay with Best POOL view! Bucket list stay in Switzerland. Price is quite expensive but super worth it. Get the Eiger View Rooms and Adore the Views! Best family Stay. The downside is the shower. Its still old school. So for PWD or Oldies pls beware you might fall.”

„2nd time to come here. First time with family and although we had to stay in 2 rooms, it was fun to compare each others rooms and layout. Breakfast is expansive (eggs looked a little old), but great selection of breads, deli items and so many jams to choose from. Cold dishes had a much higher quality than warm dishes. As it’s buffet style, it can be difficult to keep a sense of cleanliness, but they try hard. Dream hotel at night as you can see great views. Front desk staff is super helpful and remember me from my first stay. I would like to return again in the future.”

„I had a nice experience even though my room looked a bit old and worn out. The location is perfect, so close to many cafes and restaurants. The terrace on the first floor is also amazing, I had a great time having dinner and enjoying the view.”

„Luxury personalized !! Right outside the train station, excellent service and delicious food, Sauna n steam facilities, massive room and bathroom with all the immunities slippers, bathrobe, etc  View is a 10 on 10 all three sides. It’s a paradise to look out of the window when you get up in the morning, I shall be staying at this place if I ever return to Grindelwald.”

„This is by far the best hotels I've gotten in Switzerland. We got upgraded to a suite with patio although we couldn't use the kitchen provided as they said it'll come with cleaning cost if used. But very very happy for the free upgrade for our honeymoon. We will come back!”
