„Location – 9.5/10 The hotel is in a prime location, just a 5-minute walk from Interlaken Ost train station, making it a convenient base for exploring the Jungfrau region. It’s also a short walk to the Aare River, Harder Kulm funicular, and Interlaken’s main shopping and dining areas. The hotel itself sits in a quiet and scenic spot, offering great views of the mountains. Rooms – 8.5/10 The hotel offers both historic and modern rooms, so the experience can vary depending on what you book. Historic rooms (in the main building) feature high ceilings, elegant decor, and antique-style furnishings, giving a grand, old-world charm. Modern rooms (in the newer wing) are sleek and contemporary, with all the latest amenities. Some rooms come with balconies offering stunning views of the Swiss Alps, which is a major highlight! Beds are comfortable, and bathrooms are spacious and well-equipped with quality toiletries. Service – 8/10 The staff is friendly and professional, offering helpful local tips and seamless check-in/check-out. However, during peak tourist seasons, service can feel a bit stretched, especially at the reception and breakfast area. Dining – 8/10 Breakfast – A rich buffet with Swiss specialties, including fresh bread, cheeses, cold cuts, eggs, and great coffee. The selection is good, though the breakfast room can get crowded. Restaurant & Bar – The on-site restaurant offers delicious Swiss and international cuisine, though the menu is slightly limited. The hotel bar is a great place to relax after a long day of exploring. Wellness & Facilities – 8/10 Spa & Sauna – A small but relaxing wellness area with a sauna, steam bath, and relaxation space—perfect after a day in the mountains. Outdoor Seating & Garden – The hotel has a lovely terrace and garden area for relaxing with a drink while enjoying the views. Parking – Limited on-site parking is available, but it fills up quickly.”

„Hotel Krebs is very conveniently located, just about a 3-minute walk from the train station, making it extremely easy to reach even with luggage. This was another lovely stay at Hotel Krebs, and it felt great to return once again. The staff were as kind and welcoming as ever, with consistently warm hospitality that made the stay very comfortable and familiar. Guests staying at the hotel receive a 10% discount at the hotel’s restaurant, which is also a well-known and popular restaurant among locals. The food quality and atmosphere make it well worth dining there. In addition, the hotel offers discounts on various activities in Interlaken, which is a nice benefit for travelers planning to explore the area.”

„🏔️ Interlaken Hotel – A Swiss Gem Between Two Lakes Nestled in the heart of Interlaken, between Lake Thun and Lake Brienz, the Hotel Interlaken is where Swiss elegance meets alpine serenity. 🌿✨ Dating back to the 14th century, this charming hotel perfectly blends historic charm with modern comfort. From the moment you step into the warm wooden lobby, you’re welcomed with Swiss hospitality and mountain views that take your breath away. 🏞️ Wake up to the sound of church bells and birdsong, then enjoy breakfast overlooking the hotel’s private garden 🌸. Each room offers cozy alpine interiors, crisp linens, and stunning views of the Eiger, Mönch, and Jungfrau peaks. Located just a short walk from Interlaken Ost Station, it’s the ideal base for adventures — whether you’re paragliding above turquoise lakes, taking a scenic train to Jungfraujoch – Top of Europe, or strolling through the quaint streets of Interlaken filled with Swiss boutiques and chocolate shops. 🍫🚞”

„This is by far the best hotels I've gotten in Switzerland. We got upgraded to a suite with patio although we couldn't use the kitchen provided as they said it'll come with cleaning cost if used. But very very happy for the free upgrade for our honeymoon. We will come back!”

„The hotel located in the strategic location and just few mins away from the train station. Nearby you can get many variety of Asian foods. Breakfast is another added point”

„Hotel receptionist was friendly and helpful! The hotel room was spacious, clean and comfortable with 2 sinks ! The room service was great! It was always kept up to date and cleaned! I would definitely recommend, it’s 10 mins walk away from the Interlaken OST, coop supermarket, 10 minutes walk from Interlaken central cut across to eatery places (like Chinese, Indian, western cuisine, and even macdonalds ) ! Hotel view was wonderful too!”

„It’s a great place! The lake view rooms are perfect l, they are huge in size and have a small kitchenette as well. There is complementary breakfast which had some good stuff. It’s 20 mins away from interlaken center but we had a car so it was a good drive. I’d suggest staying here only if you have a car to drive around, otherwise it’s a bit secluded. Would stay here again!”
