„優點:訂的親子房，房間很大，有搖搖馬和小帳篷。洗澡熱水穩定，房間乾淨，保潔大姐每天都有打掃，各種消耗品齊全。所有崗位服務都特別好。草原最好酒店🥰🥰。樓下就是吃飯的地方，離景點近，，直對大舞台，晚上還有放花，很👍🏻。 缺點:房間沒有空調，好像每家酒店都沒有，但是晚上真的真的很熱，七月十幾號，就算是下雨都很熱，最後沒辦法叫了客房送了兩個被單蓋，就這樣都熱🥵。床墊很軟，腰不好的真的很難受。兩宿因為熱+床墊軟沒睡好😂。入住第一天發現被罩上有不乾淨的東西，跟客房説了，第二天幫忙換了。非常感謝。另外提個建議，房間地板磚有鬆動翹起，因為是親子房，建議酒店還是要修繕一下，不然小孩容易絆倒。”

„This “Songshu Inn” (“Squirrel Hotel” on the actual sign) is next to the entrance to the “seven-colored forest” - a surprisingly fun and family-friendly place to visit in the summer, well, at least for families who do not come from the actual prairie. Mostly domestic travelers but that should be a taken at such a lesser-known location internationally. Still, we ended up staying an extra day to visit nearby theme parks. As someone who had spent more than a year in business/resort hotels all over the world, all I want to say that the hospitality of the hotel staff truly exceeded my expectations.”

RRuidongmama入住馬鎮白馬酒店太驚喜！服務員熱情又專業，尤其感謝幫我規劃周邊遊玩路線的工作人員，連避開人流的小技巧都細心告知。房間乾淨明亮，推開窗能瞥見馬場一角，氛圍超讚。健身房器材新、空間大，餐飲性價比很高，本地特色菜味道正宗。離核心景區近，出行方便，下次來馬鎮還選這裏，推薦給計劃來玩的朋友！

GGość房間景色挺好的，房間窗户可以看到山景和草地。 早餐一般吧，普普通通，油炸類的都不是很新鮮，試了雞米花和油條，都不像當天炸出來的。 車位很多，很好停車。 辦入住的時候，前台的態度不是很好，臉有點臭，愛答不理的。當時和前台説預訂的時候寫了房間要求的備註，被前台反覆問了兩遍備註寫了什麼。後來説，哦看到了。。。所以，明明是可以看到的，但懶得看？希望客人再重複一下嗎？看不懂
