„The hotel is ideally located and conveniently connected to the ski resort in the centre of town. The bus was so convenient to sit outside the door, the room was spotless and the smart toilet was warm and especially sweet. Bottom line, brag about a waterfall shower. Getting back from skiing for a hot bath is super stress-relieving! The boss and the waiter were so enthusiastic that they would offer to help plan the route. The waiter even helped clean the skis. The most wonderful thing is lying in bed can see Rizhao Jinshan, mobile phone casually shoot postcards! Take a photo after clocking in, and what is more touching is the free laundry service in the laundry room -- dirty clothes are handed over to the cleaning lady. The next day was stunning and sent back to the room. Skied for seven days without worrying about changing the wash. Breakfast was so good that it wasn't repeated every day. Pastries, fruits, hot and cold vegetables, tomato and egg noodles were a huge favorite. Madness to all friends!”

„The hotel is nestled in the idyllic countryside, offering beautiful views. A boardwalk runs alongside the hotel, offering panoramic views of the lake and mountains. Walking through the hotel leads to the lake. The hotel facilities are excellent, with two-story wooden houses offering a tranquil and peaceful atmosphere. The front desk lady was warm and sweet. We also have a clever little dog named Cola, who was always ”unconsciously” leading the way as we strolled along the boardwalk and lakeside. He was truly adorable.”

„Everything was nearly perfect — the property is elegant, the room spacious with a bathtub and a smart room system. However, I booked this hotel specifically for its floor heating, and was very disappointed to find the room freezing cold. The staff explained that central heating in the city can only be switched on by the government starting October 1st, still a few days away. Although they provided a space heater, it could not replace the comfort of proper heating. To avoid disappointment, the hotel should clearly inform guests in advance about the heating policy.”

„Facilities: Located above the 2200 lobby, no need to get up early to wait for the bus up the mountain. Cleanliness: Very clean, not spotless, but very good. Environment: Stunning scenery with views of the snow-capped mountains and ski resort. The car is right next to it. Service: The service is top-notch. Having stayed in many hotels, the service was exceptionally warm and attentive. Motorcycle transfers were provided, and they always helped with luggage and skis. Even if you don't want to ski into the hotel after reaching 2200, you can call a car for a transfer. The staff were incredibly friendly. TUI BLUE is indeed a global chain of high-end resorts. Thumbs up! 👍”
