„第一次見亞朵的電梯指示牌，直接看懵了😂 還好我能看懂，傳統文化必須尊重！ 一進房間就愛上超大落地鏡，大長腿直接拉滿，臭美一下下😉 窗外風景超治癒，泡杯茶chill到不行～ 重點是房間舒服到一覺睡到大天亮，枕頭我要去沖同款了🤭 早餐居然有豆腐腦！誰懂啊！平時到處都找不到，簡直是轉角遇到愛。衡陽魚粉也巨香，可惜忘拍照了，下次一定！”

„停車場分地上和地下，地下比較擁擠，建議優先選地上停車。地下停車場有直達酒店大堂21樓的電梯，地面停車後行李需要繞一圈從正門進入1層大廳上電梯，後門沒有斜坡，行李上去比較困難。 套房是臨街的朝向，白天會有噪音，晚上還好。位置為出電梯後的每層大廳，不用走很遠。 房間總體很寬敞，有88平，家電齊全，有空氣凈化器。 服務很好，可以加前台微信，車場發車牌號即可。送東西有機器人。 總體可以，推薦！”

„來過衡山多次，這次住的萬興酒店有家庭房，兩個房間三個床，休息很好，還能直接在房間看到衡山風景，很不錯。浴室衣帽間一起也是超大，還有浴缸，洗手間浴缸都配了一次性墊套，符合出遊習慣，點贊！這個檔次的酒店，我認為4.5分是最高分了，畢竟和真正的國際五星在設施上還是不一樣的，我給萬興4.5分”

„This time I lived near Nanyue Temple and the experience was great! The location is excellent, you can also see the mountain view, you can walk to the temple and the visitor center, and it is especially convenient to eat nearby. The room was clean and comfortable. It was just opened this year and the facilities were very new. It was decorated for the standard first-tier city homestay. There was also a swimming pool and drinks. The bed and sofa were very comfortable and felt friendly. The boss is very enthusiastic and will patiently help us plan the blessing route, and also said that if it rains heavily, we can contact him to pick up and drop off. I highly recommend it to all friends who come to Nanyue to pray!”

„十五年前出差住過這裏，當時印象不錯，這次自駕路過衡陽，自然想重温。雖然大環境今非昔比，但老牌四星級酒店的底藴還在——房間雖然不大但整潔有序，夜班經理的服務態度很贊，能積極解決問題。 接下來重點説問題：酒店二層新開了一家KTV，生意應該不錯，導致地面停車位緊張，像我這樣長途駕駛本已經很疲勞，卻要為停車開到地庫，還要拉着行李從地庫走到地面。另一個更嚴重的問題是，KTV雖然在二層，但迸發出的噪音能量極大，我在11層房間也能感受到低音炮的震撼，這種共振讓心臟很難受！我是晚10點多聽到的，下樓找前台交涉，前台説他們半夜12點就能停止，我天真地相信了，於是出去夜宵躲躲噪音——附近燒烤攤上的喧鬧和KTV比起來簡直像清晨鳥語。回到酒店已經0點20分了，KTV還在熱鬧！我再找前台交涉，她表示無能為力，並推給了夜班經理。還好，夜班經理既有經驗也有能力，多次聯繫各位上級領導（KTV和酒店是一個老闆），要求KTV立刻降低音量，才讓我回屋安睡，此時已經過了凌晨一點。 第二天的早餐比較簡單，特色是當地的粉，其他品類無功無過，可能因為身處湘菜本家，衡陽的酒店不屑於在早餐發力吧。 總之，如果你有一顆大心臟，不介意KTV擾民，那麼這裡是好選擇。但是，KTV和酒店客房共用電梯，如果你像其他已經住過的客人點評那樣，介意成人娛樂場所對自己或孩子的影響，那就避雷。這也是我給酒店環境這一項打分較低的原因。”

„Visit Date: November 30 - December 2 2025 __ Service: - The hotel owner himself picked me up and dropped me off at the local Hengshan West high speed rail station. - The owner was very friendly and invited me to try some extremely high end tea. As I was a solo traveller, he also invited me to eat with him - trying some local dishes and sharing a few beers after. - The owner offered to do a guided tour of some local attractions. - The service is very personalised as there are only 12 rooms, with the owner himself personally serving guests and explaining the history of the local area. __ Property: - The construction is extremely high quality, with Tang-style aesthetic in the rooms, but a modern, western style common area and cafe. Having visited many boutique hotels in more remote areas, emphasis must be placed on the materials, polish and finish - giving a very sleek feel. - There is a good balance of water features, with a fishpond where you can feed fish. - The valley facing rooms have very good framing of the scenery including river and mountains in differing depth peripherals. - The layout, location and surrounding mountainside adds a strong sense of privacy compared to the city. __ Room: - The rooms have high-end Toto bidet toilets. - Rooms are very clean. - The front-desk has different scented candles that can be used in your room. - The furniture and amenities within the room are all brand new and at or above the standard as every 5-star city hotel. __ Food: - The owner kindly covered all 3 meals, of which lunch and dinner were more local, as I was joined by the owner and some staff. All meals are a-la-carte made to order by an in-house chef. - The beef rice noodles with soup was an exceptional breakfast, especially for me who cannot eat very spicy food. (The local cuisine is generally very spicy preference.) - You can pick fresh oranges in the orchard immediately adjacent to the hotel. __ Local Area: - The local area is not as popular for tourism as compared to places like the nearby Zhangjiajie Avatar Mountains. Many attractions are mainly Buddhism related such as temples or a purported 1000 year old Gingko Tree. - The local Mount Heng can be hiked in under 4 hours. - The local city is small and the hotel location is somewhat far from the city centre. __ Overall this hotel provides a very tranquil environment to meditate and destress over tea, while looking at beautiful scenery. For the price point given, it offers a much better value compared to attempting to get the same conditions in the more popular, crowded scenic areas nearby. If visiting the local city or adjacent Hengyang, this hotel is by far the most unique experience, as almost all other high end hotels are just the high-rise business hotel type.”
