After coming back from the mountains we felt so well taken care of and could get some rest: we could wash our clothes, got super tasty snacks for free and the staff immediately attended any question or requests we had. The hotel is also perfectly located in Kanding. Super close to two main temples and only a 20 minute walk to the city center. The view from the room we had was also amazing. Highly highly recommend this hotel when visiting Kanding - and we hope to come back again! Thank you again!”

„This hotel was good except for the disappointment about the gym. We booked this hotel specifically out of others in kangding as it was written on booking that the hotel offers a gym. We are on a training program and need a gym. When we arrived and asked about the gym they said that the gym had not been opened yet. When I asked why they advertise themselves as hotel with a gym the response was “we used to have a gym, now it’s under renovation because some of the equipment is out of use”, and when I asked if I still could use what equipment that was working, the response was simply no and that I can go to an outdoor exercise area outside in the freezing cold. So rude! Except for this the hotel was totally fine, nice rooms and good breakfast. Just don’t advertise what you don’t have online, it leaves costumers dissatisfied even if the rest was good.”
