„We booked into the Holiday Inn Suites at ”Holiday Inn Langfang”, this time around. Our previous visits to this hotel, were not particularly good, with service ”a lack of service”, being the primary reason. Nevertheless, we wanted to try the ”Suites” section this time, and also see if things have improved. Unfortunately, we were yet again inconvenienced at check in. This is the only hotel, in China, in our experience that seem to not be favourable towards foreign guests. Bearing in mind that we have visited numerous hotels, and have been living and working here for around four years. Other than the most unpleasant check in process, our overall stay was fairly good. The ”suite” has a fairly spacious layout, and the rate is relatively affordable. We were very disappointed to learn that the swimming pool, was not operational (this whilst it's advertised on Trip.com). We do enjoy the Breakfast at this hotel, in fact, we have breakfast here at least once a week. Previously, we found that the Dish Name Cards at the Breakfast Buffet, are only in Chinese. This is still the case, WHY? As it's an ”International Brand”, hence we expect a level of English as well. This can be such a lovely Hotel, if only they would work on improving their service levels. With that said, we received excellent service from ”Allen”, whom tried his best to meet our requirements. (Perhaps, his management, could learn some professional courtesy from him). There are numerous hotels around, and if this one wishes to remain busy, best they improve their service, especially towards foreign guests.”

„Brand new hotel, very clean, fresh and tidy. Everything perfect. I always stay at Hampton by Hilton, this is one so far the best, customer service also excellent, specially lady in front desk Wendy and David at the kitchen makes best omelettes. This hotel I will come back”

„I had a pleasant stay in this hotel located in a quiet neighborhood. It’s conveniently just a 10-minute taxi ride from the city center. The cleanliness is commendable, and the shower exceeded my expectations. The check-in process was quick and efficient.”

„酒店太暖心了，過來跨年，凌晨到前台看見冷直接送上暖和的水，凌晨到自己的肚子餓了，試探性的問了問前台還有吃的嘛，前台這邊説還有小米粥或者牛角包，當時太激動了，沒想到寒冷的凌晨在酒店能吃到飯，很暖心!房間衞生很乾凈，房間有羽絨枕和記憶枕，我睡的記憶枕感覺很不錯的，想着回購一個。第二天早餐竟然到11點才結束，太適合我們這種懶人，餐廳有豆腐腦，還有好多小料，自己可以DIY還挺有意思的，麪條蒸點都有，挺不錯的，整體能吃飽。還會回購的，也祝你們新年快樂，生意興隆”

„We chose this hotel, located just over 4 kilometers from the ”Only Dream of the Red Chamber: A Theatrical Fantasy City,” specifically to see the show. My two girlfriends and I booked a triple room. The room was spacious, with separate wet and dry areas, and the shower, toilet, and washbasin were three separate spaces, making washing up convenient and undisturbed. The room's Wi-Fi was also excellent, making it easy to transfer and share photos after returning to the room at night. Overall, a fantastic stay!”

„一進酒店就被這個大堂吧驚艷到了！挑高空間搭配巨型幾何星空吊燈，燈光透過玻璃天窗灑下來，高級感直接拉滿。木質牆面和暖調燈光中和了現代感，坐在這裏完全不會覺得冰冷。 沙發和單人椅都軟乎乎的，包裹感特別好，久坐也不會累，不管是等人、辦公還是純放空都很合適。酒廊就在旁邊，想喝點東西也很方便，整體安靜又有格調，完全是鬧中取靜的寶藏角落。 細節也很到位：地毯花紋精緻，小邊桌設計實用，隨手放手機、咖啡都穩當。服務人員會主動添水，態度温和不打擾，體驗感滿分。如果來住店或者約朋友見面，這裏絕對是首選！”

„去衹有紅樓夢-紅樓夢幻城最佳賓館選擇。其實非常近，幾乎是挨着，但是夢幻城太大了，酒店又在高爾夫球場中心，所以七繞八繞開車也需要七八分鐘，如果沒開車，可以跟酒店約擺渡車。另外，酒店存車免費，把車停酒店做擺渡車過去可以省48塊錢。 酒店是公寓式的，一房一廳很大夠折騰，而且樓下餐廳也很方便，由於在高爾夫球場裏，所以感覺像處在一個大氧吧裏，每口呼吸都是香甜的。”
