„春節期間大年初二定了兩個豪華單間入住環境：酒店不在城中心，在城市邊緣，離市區有點遠要打車去，不過在房間裏可以眺望梯田景色。秋天的早餐卷粉米線非常好吃。衞生：酒店衞生乾淨，一塵不染服務：前台還有客房服務不錯，當時有一個房間的沖水馬桶下水有問題，馬上派人過來維修解決，非常給力。聽説我們需要多一點瓶裝飲用水，就給我們單獨送了很多。每個房間裏都提供了酸奶還有麪包。就是預訂酒店的時候花了積分預訂了迎賓水果的這個權益，但是在房間裏沒有看到迎賓水果。酒店的電梯裏掛了一個有什麼睡前牛奶的服務宣傳，但是好像也沒有提供牛奶。設施：設施大致可以，就是我們預訂的兩個豪華單間，它的配置不一樣，有一個房間裏有沙發的一個配置，另外一個房間就沒有沙發，配套不一致。並且這個房間的隔音不是很好，早上的時候能聽到比較嘈雜的服務員呼叫對講機打掃客房衞生的聲音，比較吵，有點影響睡眠。”

„房間還可以，該有的都有。環境也還不錯，後面就是一個大公園，晚上還看了非常美的煙花。睡前還送了免費的粥，很不錯。前台也是非常熱情。唯一感覺不爽的就是，早餐的時候，我們 6 個人我拿了 6 盒酸奶，因為酸奶是冰鎮的，孩子2歲和 4 歲，沒辦法直接喝，我們考慮帶走，等不冰了再喝。結果工作人員過來，情緒很沖的説：説這個酸奶不可以帶走，必須當場喝掉。我同意了，我説酸奶太涼了，大人的喝完，孩子的我們帶走不冰了哥。結果又來了兩個工作人員，同樣擺着臭臉態度惡劣，説這個酸奶不能帶走。這種反覆的過來警告真的是太敗好感，留下來一臉錯愕的兩個孩子，還以為她們自己做錯了什麼事。酒店在過年期間是 3 倍溢價的，平時 100 多，過年 400 多，我們可以接受。但是為什麼酒店不能接受讓孩子帶走酸奶呢，非要冰酸奶現場喝完拉肚子？莫名其妙，大過年跑 2000 多公里過來生一肚子氣走了。其實很想給好評，畢竟前台和睡前送粥工作人員還是很好的。”

„曾住過幾次該店，也評價過，因都不是冬季入住，沒有切身體驗。這次入住近年關，氣温低，晚上洗澡僅幾分鐘就是冷水，凍得渾身打抖。好在開了兩間房，趕緊到另一間沖洗。原以為是大鍋爐燒水，總枱服務員説名間一個熱水器，熱天氣温高，勉強可以適應，但兩人用也要間隔半小時方可繼續。實話説，該酒店各方面都不錯，價位也不高，若改善洗澡設備，還是頗有競爭力的！”

„我們到酒店已經完全天黑，辦了入住到房間，很驚喜，四周平台很大，木屋帳篷房雖小但五臟俱全，屬於夢中小情屋了，孩子一直説:這要是我們家就好了。獨棟的，很適合一家人度假的小房子。早餐比較簡單，自己調味的餌絲好吃，一定要加雲南糟酸菜，才更有雲南味道。酒店下面有一大片油菜花田，也有觀景的棧道，要求不高可以不用奔波景區去堵車，能就近賞花了。説下缺點，因為是木屋，走動聲響會大點，卧室的穀倉門都不太好滑動。酒店附近有條公路，遠處山上還有鐵路，晚上聲響有點大，睡眠不好的會有影響。我們住的那天遇到大風，早上風吹動篷布翻動聲響很大。”
