Great location to stay at... close to the scenic site, just a walk over. There are plenty of restaurants around as well as there's one in the hotel. Reception was super helpful and warm, offering to book rides for us, as well as telling us of the complimentary breakfast, which we only tried on the second day as we headed out on the first early in the morning before breakfast was ready. Great spread of breakfast, too, when we tried the 2nd day. The room was very spacious, and we enjoyed the Mahjong table... hand a game or two during the late night. The room was clean and comfortable. It is likely one of the best hotels to stay near the north gate of JinPoHu.

The hotel is brand new, and the rooms are very clean and unique. You can enjoy the outdoor scenery right from your bed. They offered complimentary frozen pears and persimmons upon check-in, and a free breakfast. The ground floor houses a cafe where you can order coffee and milk tea. The hotel also provides butler service. When entering Snow Village, a butler will pick you up and guide you, and they'll inform you of activity times in advance. Our butler, Xiao Wu, accompanied us throughout our stay, taking us to the best spots for photos in Snow Village, helping us take pictures, even refilling our hot water. They guided us in playing 'water splashing into ice,' letting us do it as many times as we wanted until we were thoroughly entertained. When we left, they dropped us off at the bus station and helped with our luggage the whole way. The service was excellent. Five-star rating for Butler Xiao Wu!

I had the most pleasant stay at the hotel! Ever since my booking they contacted me to stay in touch and asked if i needed any help prior my trip. Every booking was assigned a butler, and our Butler Cao made the trip cery smooth and comfortable! Just inform any inquiries or wish list that you have and he will deliver! He even picked us from the station and our luggage, brought us to the famous spots, shortcuts and accompanied us around the town. I even asked questions after my stay and they still gladly reply which i will be forever thankful. The room is exactly how it looks like in the pictures cery clean and comfortable. We have informed beforehand regarding our dietary restrictions and they understood and prepared breakfast which were muslim friendly. The hotel’s location is perfect as its very near the centre but not too close so it was comfortable and it was not so noisy at night. Overally we had a very pleasant stay and recommend this hotel for anyone interested! Definitely regret staying for only 1 night and wished we could stay longer

Выбирала отель в максимальной близости к автовокзалу. Поскольку, как я поняла, в настоящее время у вокзала ведется стройка, приходится идти в обход 20 минут. По прямой улице путь составил бы минут 10. На такси можно доехать за 5 минут. Отель расположен в тихом жилом районе. Номер комфортный, чистый, в ванной комнате имеется функция теплого пола. Предоставили приветственные фрукты, в номере имелись пакетированные чай, кофе, вода. Хотела бы отметить работу администраторов на ресепшене 20.10.2025 (после 17:00). Девушка оперативно и профессионально решила возникшую проблему, отнеслась с пониманием и вежливостью. Имеется нюанс: вблизи отеля я не смогла найти хороший супермаркет, кофейню либо пекарню. Позже мне сообщили, что магазин где-то есть, но карты Google и Maps.me его не отображают. Маленький магазинчик со снеками есть за отелем у школы, там же расположена китайская «лапшичная»

Pobyt w Mountain Talk przez cztery noce i mieli bardzo przyjemne doświadczenie. Hotel znajduje się strategicznie w Snow Village, co ułatwia zwiedzanie tego obszaru, zwłaszcza w zimie. Pokój był czysty, dobrze utrzymany i oferował piękny widok na śnieżny krajobraz, co sprawiło, że pobyt czuł się wyjątkowy. Środowisko jest bardzo spokojne, idealne dla rodzin i podróżnych, którzy chcą odpocząć po całym dniu w śniegu. Naprawdę wyróżniał się gościnnością. Staff, zwłaszcza pan Haizi, był niezwykle przyjemny i pomocny. Pomagał nam wiele razy i upewnił się, że nasz pobyt był wygodny i gładki od początku do końca. Wskazówki dla przyszłych gości: • Wybierz pokój z widokiem na okno dla pełnego śnieżnego wsi. • Zimowe noce mogą być bardzo zimne, więc przynieś odpowiedni zużycie termiczne nawet w środku. • Lokalizacja jest idealna, jeśli chcesz cieszyć się nocnymi spacerami i wczesnym rankiem bez pośpiechu. • Jeśli potrzebujesz pomocy w transporcie, harmonogramach lub podstawowych układach, nie wahaj się zapytać personelu. 總算見識到了什麼叫“反向升級”！ 我預訂的是豪華雙床房，店家主動給我免費升級成三人間，我有些疑問，店家各種説辭不勝其煩，被我一語拆穿後不得不承認是豪華雙床房緊張，我心一軟就同意了升級，也就沒再堅持我的訴求。 到了房間才知道上了一個大當，房間的面積也沒有説的那麼大呀？所謂三人間不過就是雙床房裡硬塞進一張床，我等於是花了豪華雙床房的錢住了一個高級雙床房，充電都是個問題。布草略顯破舊，網速真的不太好，電視節目衹有11個頻道，有的台還沒有節目。 大清早就被鞭炮聲吵醒，後來才發現一共有三個接親的隊伍，瞬間明白了店家為什麼要主動升級三人間了。你們收紅包了吧？我的紅包呢？

Hotel is about 8-10min walk from the bus drop off area. Staff were polite, attended to my request promptly. We booked the family room which can accommodate 7 of us, however there were only 2 towels plus 2 disposable towels provided in the room. The hotel staff provided us with more towels upon request. The room was clean and tidy. There were 2 double beds which fit 4 of us, while another tatami bed barely fit the other 3 of us (wished it was bigger tatami), but it is just for one night, so it was alright. The room equipped with a big window which facing the Main Street, which is a plus point, great morning and night view of snow town from the view! Breakfast was great! A lot of variety and it was delicious. The hotel even gave us free frozen foods as supper. There were free 泼水成冰 activities provided by the hotel too. Overall the stay was great.

TV not working well. It is on Android. Sound is on and off. Corridors are dark. Front desk ask to retain passport (unusual)? No fridge in room? No shower lights for winter, so if you have shower in winter, you freeze!! Breakfast full of stir fried veggies.

酒店1-2棟是元首樓，從北門售票處可以坐景區車直接送到院內，遊玩或返程出行提前打電話叫車五分鐘就可以來接，非常非常方便。毛公山觀景台就在酒店內，臨湖的房間內直接能見。景色優美，菜餚可口。非常推薦在一樓餐廳享用晚餐。唯一的不足就是，早餐可以再豐富一些，早餐時間可以到9點半，8點半結束真的有點早。晚餐的可以小量一點，一家人真的覺得菜量太大了。景區內的大爺瀑布跳水非常精彩。寧古塔體驗和演出也好好玩，甚至還有個小型博物館介紹寧古塔，真的是很全面了。
