Our stay at Mehood Lestie (LIZ) Hotel exceeded every expectation. As we passed through Nanning on our travels, we were hoping for a calm place to rest; LIZ Hotel delivered exactly that. The atmosphere is remarkably peaceful, offering a sense of quiet retreat from the city. The spacious, spotless rooms provided the perfect place to unwind after a long day. Their generous breakfast selection was a refreshing way to start each morning, and the late‑night noodle service was a comforting treat to end the day. The panoramic views overlooking the city were stunning, giving us a true sense of Nanning’s character and beauty. What truly elevated our experience was the exceptional support from Xiao Tian. Despite my limited language skills, Xiao Tian made everything effortless, from navigating the hotel to understanding the amenities. They helped us extend our stay, offered thoughtful recommendations, and even guided us toward some wonderful local sights. Their kindness and attentiveness made us feel genuinely cared for. If you’re looking for a quiet, restorative place to stay, get some work done, or simply relax after exploring the city, LIZ Hotel is an excellent choice. I wholeheartedly recommend it.

We arrived at Jinjiang Metropolo Nanning East Railway Station hotel late afternoon on 7 Nov for an overnight stay.  The hotel provides both pick up and drop off service for nanningdong station.  The room is very clean, very spacious and the bed firm and comfortable. A young man at the front desk patiently assisted with all our enquires: He pointed us to 12306 rail system for booking Gaotie to Wuxu international airport from Nanningdong station.  We weren’t able to find the metro to Wuxu international airport, not knowing that this airport line is within the 12306 system.    He showed us the nearest big shopping centre Qinhai where we were able to visit for the evening and also helped book the station drop off for bus to airport the next morning.  However, in the morning we made a last minute change for the earlier HSR to airport.  The Hotel immediately reorganised our drop off at Nanningdong station and we made it in time for the earlier HSR to airport.  The staff are so helpful and professional in their service.  Thank you. The rooms/bathrooms are nice and clean. I like the adjustable lighting system and air-conditioning in the rooms. Several sockets (Chinese system) for your cables. Hi-tech toilet, good flushing.Toilet and shower room are side by side but separated with own doors. The hotel is located directly in front of a big shopping-mall including a supermarket. So you have short ways :) Nice atmosphere at night outside. There is a laundry room with several washing machines, dryers and other equipment. Breakfast room with air condition and a nice selection of various food including western cuisine. My Tipp: book a room farer away from the outer air-condition systems outside the walls. Because those are pretty loud and the noise will vibrate into the hallway and into the rooms. Service stuff does not all speak English but they were committed, professional and helpful. Thank you. I recommend the hotel and would come back again next time.

My sister & I chose to stay here for five nights because of its location (close to IKEA shopping mall & its close proximity to the metro) as well as its competitive pricing. There are many pros about this hotel: - superb service (very responsive, helpful & polite staff) - the room is quiet, clean & spacious - there is also a laundry room with one washing machine & one dryer as well as an steam iron; washing detergent is provided as well, which is a bonus. - although only two bottles of drinking water is provided FOC every day, we managed to get an extra four bottles when we made the request at the front desk The cons, which I hope can be improved on are: - the wifi: we weren’t able to use it the whole time we stayed here, which, I think is the biggest flaw of the hotel - there’s only one washing machine & one dryer. For a hotel this size, it’s reasonable to provide at least two of each. Will I consider staying here again and/or recommend it to my friends & relatives? The answer is a definite YES but I hope that management will address the above issues mentioned above as soon as possible. Thank you

Excellent hotel. Very modern and clean. Noise insulation was great. Our rooms were near the lift lobby. No noise issues. The bed was the most comfortable one amongst the five hotels we stayed at during our visit in Guangxi. Laundry room available. Free of charge. The basin, shower room and toilet were very clean. Housekeeping did a good job. All the white towels were comfortable and clean. I enjoyed the buffet breakfast. I liked steamed sweet potato, corn and yam. Lots of healthy options. The food presentation was great. Quality coffee was provided. It would be great if the hard boiled eggs were not overcooked. The hotel is located two stations away from Qingxiu park station. The Metro is right outside the hotel. Only 2 - 3 yuan away from Chaoyang and MixC mall. Ample choice of eateries surrounding the hotel. However, mostly Chinese cuisine. The morning market and fruit market are within the proximity. The receptionists were very professional. One of them helped us (5 pax) to book taxis to the airport. It cost CNY124 to the airport. Meter taxi. Overall, we had a pleasant 3 night stay. Highly recommended.

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel! I was with my family with 2 young children and they were accommodating from the beginning. They found us a room that had extra space and gave us all that we needed to be comfortable. We stayed for about a week and felt very happy. The staff was extremely kind and professional, especially 小彭 who spoke English. She was our point of contact whenever we needed anything. They helped with our bags when we arrived and gave us various amenities. We had laundry service, room delivery, and they even helped us figure things out in Chinese. Also, the breakfast is more than your average continental breakfast. It has a wide selection of hot foods and authentic Chinese dishes. We were very pleased. This will be our go-to hotel whenever we need a temporary place to stay. And we will be recommended E-Charm to all of our friends, too. Thank you E-Charm.

Everything was excellent, from the bed in the bedroom which is very comfortable, the sofa in the living room, very clean bathroom. In the bathroom you will find everything you need: toothbrush, toothpaste, accessories for shaving, bib, robe, slippers, shampoo, ear plugs. The staff is very kind. In front of the hotel there is a park where sometimes there are mini-shows and when there are no shows you can relax on a bench as it is very quiet. For sure, if I have another chance, I will come back with great pleasure.

We decided to stay on few more days as we enjoyed our stay here. One thing , though, is that the breakfast has to be more varied and creative as, after staying 4 days, we were so afraid of eating the same old breakfast day after day. The night supper provided is simple yet good enough. Self service laundry is great and the tv is especially large and room is relatively large. Overall we give thumbs up for this hotel.

We stayed at the Yeste International Hotel (Chaoyang Square District Government) for five nights in mid November. Here's the pros and cons: Pros: 1) Good location. Within about 5 - 10 minutes walk, you will find yourself in the heart of one of Nanning's busiest shopping and dining district. 2) Good buns and vegetable dishes at breakfast. (If you'd like a piece of toast, however, there's no jam or butter. No cereals either. This is odd considering that the hotel markets itself as ”international”.) Cons: 1) The Yeste we stayed at promoted itself as ”opened in 2019” but this is misleading! It had been operated as some other hotels before the Yeste brand ”opened” the property as its own. The rooms may have been renovated but many details are clearly worn out from yellow caulking, slow drainage, to moldy cracks. The bathrooms are excruciatingly small. You can't access the full countertop without cramming your legs against the toilet bowl. (We stayed at the ”super” room. Looking back at the online photos posted by the hotel, we couldn't believe that's actually the room we'd stayed at. The fisheye effect used in taking those photos are misleading.) 2) The property allows smoking in some areas. Even if you booked a ”non-smoking” room, chances are that you will ”enjoy” second-hand smoking in the elevator, hallways, even in your own room. 3) Security is non-existent. There is a lobby at the front, but through a side door, which is open 24/7, anyone and everyone can come and go at will. The hotel shares the building with other tenants (businesses). From food delivery, other tenants in the building, to patrons of different businesses, the entire building is an open book. With the push of a button, anyone can access your hotel floors anytime of the day. Overall, if you are looking for a budget hotel to stay in the city, this property is okay. If you expect quality, security, or services, this is not the place to be.
