„Hotel Tainan is very conveniently located behind the train station and there is a lot of food and shopping around the area. The hotel breakfast also has quite a good spread of food but some of the food are repeated. Amenities can be much better as the gym is quite small and lack of gym equipment. Door access is actually a physical key which is something that I haven’t seen for a while. Overall, it is still a comfortable hotel to stay.”

„Hotel room was clean and cozy with daily housekeeping services. Staff were very helpful and friendly. check-in was a breeze but there’s no priority for amazzing club stars members even though there was a signage indicated at reception. Breakfast spread was great and there’s a playroom at level 5. There is coin laundry available but the dryer was pretty weak, my clothes remained damped after a 90 mins cycle (paid ntd10 per 10 mins). Hotel is beside shin kong Mitsukoshi so it’s really convenient.”

„Stayed for two nights. Had some issue with our hotel room key. The staff were very proactive trying to resolve the issue, but it was only till the 2nd day of our stay that was resolved. There was no compensation for the incovenience caused as we only had 1 phisical key for 4 ppl. Having said that, the rest of the service was very nice, would be happy to go back again.”

„What an excellent hotel! Everything was very clean and modern, we felt very comfortable the whole time. The receptionist and all employees were super friendly. The location is extraordinary, directly on the opposite side of the famous department store Hayashi and in walking distance of many sites. Free parking in the garage. Breakfast was delicious with local and western foot and fresh fruits. We would stay here again for sure!”
