Fantastic stay. Room was clean and very big. Location is right next to the G2 highway so a perfect place to rest after crossing the bridge. The parking was easy, safe and convenient. The staff were great, offering us sweet tea on arrival and helping to direct us to the room. This hotel is excellent value for money!

Xiao Liu, the inn owner, is extremely polite, helpful, friendly, and reliable. The place is very comfortable, reasonably priced, and in a great location. All the staff were genuinely warm and welcoming. We loved the place so much and truly regretted staying for only one night. From the moment we arrived, we didn’t feel like strangers at all—it felt like being with family. Everyone treated us with sincerity and went out of their way to help. Xiao Liu patiently answered all our questions and even drove us to buy fireworks. He waited for us and later joined us to play the fireworks at night, even though we had already checked out. He kindly allowed us to leave our large luggage with him during the day, which we really appreciated. The place is exactly as shown in the photos—no overly edited pictures with disappointing reality. Everything was authentic and exceeded our expectations. We also enjoyed a hotpot dinner at the inn, and it was fresh and delicious. The food is truly a must-try, including their coffee. Everything was excellent, with no doubts about quality. I sincerely hope to have the opportunity to visit Wuxi again. I will definitely recommend this place to friends and family, as well as 德福楼, the restaurant recommended by Xiao Liu. The food there is authentic, delicious, and truly represents Wuxi cuisine. They also helped us with tickets to the Lingshan Big Buddha. Honestly, we couldn’t have asked for more—the restaurant owner assisted us with the entrance tickets, and a tour guide even drove us to Lingshan Big Buddha and guided us there, all without any extra charges. Everyone was incredibly kind and generous. If you plan to buy joss sticks and candles, there’s a shop right beside the restaurant with very reasonable prices—absolutely no regrets. Thank you, Xiao Liu, for your outstanding hospitality. It’s such a pity we didn’t have enough time to visit your sister’s café, but we would love to visit again next time.

It was truly a sight to behold, and I found myself constantly drawn to the window to take in the mesmerizing scenery. Location was perfect, 5min walk from MRT which is also an interchange. Attractions very close by. Room was beautiful with good amenities and fully equipped gym. Only downside was the constant horning in the morning by motorcycles downstairs, which is uncontrollable by hotel. They provide ear plugs but recommend to request for room not facing the road. Will recommend this chain and particular branc for the location.

Exceptional Service The 24-hour front desk service was always available to assist with any requests or inquiries, ensuring a smooth and comfortable stay. The staff were incredibly courteous and attentive, making sure all my needs were met promptly. Comfortable Accommodations The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-appointed with all the necessary amenities for a business traveler. The comfortable bed and quiet atmosphere ensured a restful night's sleep after a long day of meetings. Surroundings While the hotel is a bit of a distance from the nearest metro stations, the overall surroundings are pleasant and conducive to both work and relaxation. The serene environment and nearby parks provide a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of city life. Conclusion Overall, my stay at the Magnolia Hotel (Wuxi Xibei Xinjiekou Store) was highly satisfactory. Nice hotel with probably the best light installation I ever experienced in a hotel room. However, many guests seem not to respect the non-smoking policy. The very nice reception staff moved us to a room where only the bathroom had a strong cigarette smell. Breakfast was good but rather comparable to cheaper hotels with a ~20 yuan breakfast.

Had such a great time here! Stayed two nights, it started with a super warm welcome and friendly. Honestly the service is top-tier—the staff are super chill and friendly, it almost feels like a five-star hotel. The place is spotless and actually smells fresh (no dusty hotel air, like other mentioned due to older vibes). Plus, the location is perfect; it’s literally right next to the metro (exit 2). Makes exploring Wuxi like a dream also enough restaurants or bubble tea shops in the metro station to enjoy! A few highlights: • The shower: Seriously amazing. • The bed: Super comfy, no noise from other rooms! • The vibe: Everything felt high-quality and well-kept. Only small thing was the projector, sadly the connection to own phone didn't work or was a very laggy/mediocre, so that could use an upgrade. But overall? I’d definitely can't wait to stay here again. Thanks for the great stay!!

非常喜歡酒店的環境和設施，也是第一次訂這家酒店，酒店地理位置在市中心，鬧中取靜，入住非常舒適，有被驚艷到了。本來因有事計劃暫時訂一天，後續因計劃有變想臨時再續訂一天，無奈清明小長假期間客房都已滿員，前台小妹妹很貼心留下我的手機號，客人有臨時退房的，立馬通知了我，讓我得以再續訂一天，行程安排得以順利推進，前台小妹妹的工作非常細心周到、熱情。另外，早餐雖然品種不是很繁雜，但是，感覺非常符合我們江、浙、滬一帶客人的口味，清清爽爽，香稠可口的清粥，配上糯糯的腐乳和醬菜，豆漿香氣四溢，湯包，湯汁飽滿，還有燒麥、紅薯、白煮蛋，小番茄配黃瓜，餐後要了一杯香濃的咖啡 ，咖啡香濃，窗外温柔，這一刻，心都慢下來了～ 👍！

Hotel is really beautiful! Food is great! I’m so surprised that they offer miso soup at breakfast! They told me that they the miso was made in house. Restaurant on the top floor has splendid views, two persons dinner is excellent! Will stay here again next time when I visit Wuxi.
