„The hotel is super cozy with the mountain view of Changpingou front from your room, very well interior stylist and nicely decorated. Inside is sparkling clean from the bathroom to the lobby area. We really had a great stay and would like to stay more in future. The hotel also offers a daily afternoon set of tea/coffee with seasonal local fruits and snacks. This was the good fulfill after a long day in national park. Also having heated floor, heated mattress, hot tub, daily refill mini bar&snacks&apples, aromatic set of amenities for bathroom and dinner was tasty! The location is 500m away from Changpingou entry and about 30mins by car to Shuangqiaogou which hotel suggest us to take a local taxi and return the fares back. And 1.5km away from bus station. Everything was so perfectly and there is no comment for here only wish them keep this standardized.”

„Spacious and oxygenated family room. Comfy and large double beds. A bit outdated bathroom. I thought I had booked a Mountain View side bedroom. Technically there was a mountain but the room was parking and street side so we had some street noise at night and morning. Make sure you book a room valley side. The staff was helpful, patient and helped us plan our day! Big perks: although it is a 20 minutes walk on a large road (sometimes without sidewalk) you can walk back to the hotel from the city. Huge traffic jam during October holidays that makes it impossible to take a taxi. The hikes close by were the best we ever did in China. The children were on horses while we walked by their sides. We bought oxygen bottles and sparsely used them. It was nice though and reassuring with children to sleep with oxygen in the room.”

„We stayed at this hotel from 17 to 18 May 2025 and had a wonderful experience. The interior design of the room was both beautiful and thoughtfully done, creating a cozy and comfortable atmosphere that made us feel right at home. Every detail in the room reflected care and style, and the amenities provided were complete and well-considered. The hotel’s shared living room was another highlight — tastefully decorated and incredibly comfortable. The breakfast was also a lovely surprise: nicely presented, delicious, and clearly prepared with care. One of the most heartwarming parts of our stay was meeting three friendly furry companions — the owner’s Husky and the two neighbor’s Golden Retriever. All the dogs were gentle and playful, bringing a unique warmth to our stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and kind, always ready to assist with a smile. Overall, this hotel offered not just a place to stay, but a memorable and heartfelt experience. We’d gladly return and highly recommend it to others.”

„I checked in on a rainy day in early August, and the room was freezing. There was no air conditioning, and the underfloor heating was completely ineffective. Combined with altitude sickness, I felt very unwell. The room was newly renovated, and the smell was quite strong. Breathing felt very constricted when I slept at night. There were also banging noises from outside in the early hours, so I didn't get any sleep. The breakfast's six-compartment platter consisted entirely of pre-packaged dim sum. The noodles and vermicelli portions were generous, and the complimentary drinks were decent. Since we could only eat at the hotel within the scenic area, the dry pot ribs and chicken combo was alright. However, the lobby restaurant also lacked heating, making for an uncomfortable dining environment. The overall style leans towards the Atour hotel chain, trying to create a comfortable atmosphere, but the attention to detail is poor. For example, the room door lock was confusing: lifting the handle opened the door, while pushing it down locked it. The front desk staff, particularly a young lady, was very attentive. She contacted me in advance to explain things and was always available when called. However, they failed to adequately prepare the room for heating given the cold weather. It's commendable that the hotel provides oxygen concentrators and portable oxygen tanks. However, the idea of offering private hot springs at an altitude of 3300 meters is questionable, as most people wouldn't be able to take a bath right after arriving.”

„Jaw-dropping mountain views set the tone for an incredibly romantic early spring stay. Waking up to snow-covered peaks outside our room felt almost unreal, and the restaurant was even more panoramic. The interiors were manicured and cosy with every space designed to frame the surrounding mountains. The amenities were luxe from the Dyson hair dryer to Havaiana flip flops and Voss water, and the complimentary arrival treats were a lovely touch (the little tea cake was delicious). Breakfast and the hot pot dinner were also great and perfect for the cold mountain weather. If you’re visiting Mt Siguniang, this is the kind of place that turns the trip into something really special rather than just somewhere to sleep. Highly recommend”

„The stay was ok. The hotel staff were not that friendly and helpful. The staff didn't greet us whenever they saw us during our 2 nights stay there. It is a small property and we were probably the only few customers there and yet it felt like we're were strangers to them. There is no elevator and we had to lug our luggage up to the 4th floor where our room was. Likewise we need to carry them down from our room when we checked out. If you need suggestion and information about getting around and what to do, don't hold hope that the staff is able give useful tips, you would have better luck checking the Internet. Breakfast was not ready by 7.30am on our first morning and the choices were limited due to low season. We had some soup noodles which was nice. The room was decently decorated. However, the toilet bowl flush was annoying and flushed by itself and splashed water out onto the floor with the ”faulty” sensor. There is no air conditioning but luckily there was floor heating. However, the heating took extremely long time to heat up. We also had to request them to activate the heater for us even though they knew we were in the room in the cold winter, really lack of sense of good customer service. The hotel is conveniently located about 10 minutes walk from the Changpinggou visitor center. We visited in February, during the low season, 80% of the shops were closed in Changpinggou area so it felt like a dead town. We went to Shuangqiaogou for meals and it seemed livelier there.”

„This was my first stay at this hotel, and its location is excellent, very close to Shuangqiao Valley Scenic Area, just a seven or eight-minute walk away. The surrounding environment is also great, with dining options right across the street. The rooms are well-equipped, including complimentary oxygen, and are clean and tidy. Some room types even have private hot tubs, and the beds are comfortable. The hotel service is attentive, with warm, friendly, and professional staff. Overall, it's a hotel with great value for money, and I'll definitely choose it again next time.”

„ฉันกับเพื่อนรวมทั้งหมด15คน เราจองทั้งหมด6ห้องจากทั้งหมด7ห้อง รถบัสของกลุ่มเราไม่สามารถเข้าถึงที่พักได้ ทางโรงแรมจึงส่งรถไปรับโดยไม่คิดค่าใช้จ่าย แต่พอเช็คเอ้าขาไปส่งโรงแรมคิดค่าใช้จ่าย15คน100หยวน ตอนเช็คอินเพื่อนของฉันจองห้องชั้นบนสุดที่แพงที่สุดแต่โรงแรมเปลี่ยนเป็นห้องราคารองลงมาโดยไม่แจ้งก่อน พอทักท้วงจึงบอกว่าห้องชั้นบนน้ำหยด จากนั้นจึงให้ส่วนลด10%สำหรับห้องนั้นแค่นั้น ส่วนอีกห้องใช้รูปห้องอื่นมาใส่ทำให้เพื่อนเข้าใจผิด ตอนกลางคืนร้อนมากเพราะปรับแอร์ไม่ได้ แม้ข้างนอกจะอากาศหนาว สิ่งที่ชอบที่สุดคือน้องหมาโกลเด้นที่แสนน่ารัก”

„Location: the hotel is located inside Shuangqiao valley national park. The scenic green bus will alight at the hotel so upon arrival, the bus will stop at the doorstep of the hotel or flag it to get further into the national park. The scenic bus will drive all the way towards the redwood forest which is the end point of the park, around 30-45 mins. I highly encourage to stay inside the scenic area as just a day trip will be too rush, with a few days, you get to acclimatize yourself to avoid altitude sickness and also get to explore each location properly and even trek the boardwalk between the locations instead of taking the bus. As long as you don’t exit the national park, you can still utilize your entry ticket and bus ticket. I have stayed for 3 days and was able to use the same ticket for 3 days which was very worthwhile. Service: there is a young male stuff who is very attentive. As soon as the scenic bus alighted me at the hotel, he came out to receive my bag. Also, when I had difficulties flagging the bus since some of them were already full from passengers at the entrance , he came out from the reception just to help me. Besides him, there’s a young lady (without spectacles) who has also been very helpful and friendly and has helped to stop the scenic bus for boarding. Thank you! Room View: if you are looking for a place to take a break, this will be the best place and it is very quiet and the Mountain View is just right in-front. Facilities: the room is very cosy yet big. There’s a bathtub right infront of the mountain view. Overall, it has been a great stay with a with such an amazing view. Will definitely return for a stay if there’s an opportunity.”
