„My stay at Yancheng Xinluo Shutai Hotel far exceeded my expectations! The hotel's overall environment was elegant and quiet, the public areas were spotless, and all the facilities in the guest rooms were new and very user-friendly. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and attentive, communicating in a friendly manner, and even proactively upgraded me to an executive suite, a pleasant surprise. The check-in process was smooth, the overall atmosphere was comfortable, the service details were impeccable, and the value for money was excellent. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Yancheng. Highly recommended!”

„The hotel was very neat and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was good, except that welcome music would play every time you enter the room. The breakfast was alright, it was just enough to fill you up until lunch with a decent selection. There's a convenience store with 3 minutes of the hotel. One issue is the proximity to a restaurant and the occasional drunk person to be close to, or inside the hotel.”

Family relatives and friends have three rooms, and the front desk specially arranged rooms on the same floor! During the National Day, breakfast was extended to 12 o'clock. In the morning, there was no need to rush to breakfast. You can also stagger the peak and the restaurant people will not be particularly crowded. Breakfast is on the 36th floor and you can see the city view! The room is very spacious, the newly opened hotel this year, the equipment is very new, relatives and friends are very satisfied with this stay! „We stayed at the hotel as a family. The check-in process was easy and quick. Being able to check in at 9 a.m. was also great. The staff members were helpful and friendly. The room was nice and spacious. The view is absolutely beautiful, and the area where the hotel is situated was very quiet and relaxing over the May holidays. Breakfast was lovely; there were Chinese and western food options. Just a suggestion: with the floors of the room being dusty, it would be great if the hotel had basic cleaning equipment, especially for longer stays (I do not feel comfortable contacting the staff to clean the room, especially with the language barrier, so it would just be easy to do it myself quickly). It would also be great if a microwave, plates, cutlery, and serving utensils could be included in rooms, especially for longer stays and for parents with children. Having rooms with a play area would also be awesome, and I would definitely pay more if the above were included. There is also room service available from the cafe on the first floor, where drinks and sandwiches can be delivered to your room, or you can enjoy it downstairs with a great book from the library. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.”

„因為回大豐有點事情，就訂了這家酒店，以前每次經過的時候都覺着很雅緻，外觀看到很靜謐。這次應該不是高峯期，一晚才300多含早，我和娃住的很舒心。最好評的是早飯。真的是當地特色都齊集了，軟蛋餅、魚湯混沌、魚湯麪、小海豆乾、油渣子燒餅、肉包子等等，根本吃不過來，而且各個味道不輸街上早餐店。我在大豐也住過很多次酒店，但是真正把早餐做的美味的很少。 房間裏設施和裝修不是很新潮了，但是服務好。每個人見面都打招呼，5號樓有接駁車到餐廳。景色也很不錯，前面是濕地公園。適合度假。 就是建議房間內的辦公桌要換一下，有點晃。小朋友寫作業不穩定。沒有化粧鏡，沒有天貓精靈控制電燈電視。”
