„As a newly opened business hotel priced at over 300 yuan per night, there were no major issues overall. The front desk service was incredibly warm and welcoming; they even gave me a bag of snacks when I checked in. Plus, there are many well-known local restaurants nearby, making dining and sightseeing quite convenient. However, I believe the following areas could be improved: 1. The toilet flush button was incredibly hard to find. I spent a good five minutes examining the toilet before locating it. 2. The breakfast was a bit underwhelming. There weren't many local snacks offered, and the taste wasn't ideal. 3. Room cleanliness needs improvement. It seems the staff rarely vacuum the floors; there was noticeable granular debris along the seams between the carpet and the floor. If I were staying at a five-star luxury hotel, I would definitely be raising this issue with them.”

„Very friendly staff. As we are quite late to check in, they are there to make sure we are comfortable. The very next day, breakfast was really good which they specially prepared for us and used a VIP room for us to enjoy our breakfast.. „數年前來這裏開會，喜歡這裏的海水温泉，這次趁着有空趕緊過來放鬆一下。出行前酒店打了電話，但是在開車沒接，回撥發現打不通。到了酒店被告知温泉它……因為所謂的“管道維修”……它沒開！！入住客房後，用積分兑換的歡迎水果也沒送到，遂投訴之。感謝攜程客服和酒店黃經理進行處理，温泉權益得到了未來的補償，水果也送了過來，雖然這水果看上去和吃起來都十分敷衍。客房空調完全不制熱，但洗澡水温度和出水量都不錯，且牙刷牙膏、拖鞋質量都很好，房間衞生也沒問題。此外，浴室配備的是令人難以理解的洗沐二合一，在這個等級實屬不應該。早上六點多，睡得正香被拖拉機吵醒，更是不應該。早餐質量普通，沒有新鮮牛奶盒咖啡，還是多年以來的老樣子。希望酒店能認真改進吧，有機會還會來的。”

„和老婆回孃家，漳浦酒店條件好的不多，看他們家裝修比較還比較滿意就去了，商務大床房房間確實可以，裝修也比較符合，但是床單黃的，枕頭也黃的，電動窗簾也關不上，床頭還有頭髮，衞生不是這樣做的吧！叫客房服務來看窗簾的事，告訴她頭髮的事，拿了也不帶走或者丟垃圾桶，直接丟地毯也難怪阿姨衞生做成這樣，衞生間味道也有點大，後面給換到了8樓，説是升級，但是裝修感覺更老，房間也小很多，看到床單白多了，想想就將就住吧！畢竟老婆家的城市，不能影響了心情，早餐確實非常一般，真不知道怎麼上4星的”
