1. The hotel evaluation in trip.com is nothing to do with reality, i mean the 10/10 outstanding is not true 2. The furniture of the hotel is not up to standard 3. The air-conditione in the room is not working properly even i complain about it ,but the hotel management did not take any serious action ,with which I hardly could sleep at night ,the air-conditione is set at 16 c but the real show in the screen is 27 to 29 c 4. The most worse and bad in the room is the pills, which is very thick and sooooo cheep quality ,I could not sleep at all because of its condition ,I complain, the manager said that this is what they have and could do noting ,I told him that I will complain to the trip .Com then he called me and promise to change it but all the time he was just sending the same type but with different face of stuff ,he was cheating, and he did nothing ,it was a night mare fir me to sleep the second night 5.Tge resturant open at 8 am in the morning, and the quality of food is cheep I do not recommend this hotel

Its proximity to the access road to the North Coast and being only an hour away from Ain Sokhna makes it a great base for exploring beyond the city. The highway and bridge network also make trips to Downtown Cairo and Giza smooth and hassle-free. The apartment itself is cosy, impeccably clean, and has a fresh, welcoming scent that adds to the overall comfort. Check-in and check-out are effortless, and the added perks like secure parking, gated community access, a clubhouse, and pools elevate the experience. It’s a perfect mix of comfort, accessibility, and peace of mind. Highly recommended!

The location is at city center nearby to Egyptian Museum. Plenty of amenities within 10 minutes walk. The famed Koshary Abu Tarek is within 6 minutes walk. The rooms are well maintained. There is a staff at the reception 24/7. Guests of all ages and nationalities can be accomodated. Suggestion for improvement: 1. The towels to be issued upon check-in and not upon request. 2. The lift need to be upgraded as I was ever caught inside when there is a power trip. And often the lift did not operate because the lift door was not closed properly. Understand that the lift is not manage by your hostel. Please request for it from the building owner as it is not acceptable. 3. Consider centralized air condition system. Anyone can turn off the air conditioner affecting others.

Hi there my one night stay at Ocean Blue was so amazing and quite wonderful. The place is clean located very close to Terminal 3 from where I took my flight to my destination. The room is big enough and very quite. I was so glad to have a very understanding staff and very helpful I do remember omar and Mohamed who were advised me how to go to airport. I am recommend every one reading this review to book and stay for long time and not one night.

Bardzo podobała nam się lokalizacja. Tętniąca życiem ulica z mnóstwem wysokiej jakości restauracji, kawiarni z shishą itp. blisko wszystkich i w centrum Kairu. Powinieneś wiedzieć, że basen mojego hotelu jest jednocześnie basenem klubu pływackiego, więc od rana do wieczora jest zajęty. To szczegół, który warto wziąć pod uwagę, jeśli myślisz, że znajdziesz tam ciszę i spokój. Jest tam coś, co nazywają dużą łaźnią turecką, czyli raczej basenem pomiędzy basenem kąpielowym a brodzikiem. Dzięki temu mogliśmy się ochłodzić po całym dniu zwiedzania w upale. Nie mieliśmy czasu na spędzanie czasu przy basenie z ilością rzeczy do zrobienia w Kairze. Śniadanie jest prawidłowe i dobre. Uważam, że stosunek jakości do ceny jest dobry. Umieszczono nas w pokoju od strony ulicy, co wydawało się być problemem ze względu na hałas i ciągłe trąbienie, jest to lokalny zwyczaj, ale ostatecznie nie, spaliśmy bardzo dobrze. Poszliśmy spać późno między północą a 2 w nocy, więc było ciszej.

In general I recommend this place. It's well located, it's new, the rooms are really nice! The rooms are well equipped, big, confortable and clean. I have to mention that the staff in general is nice, Zyad from reception and Mahmoud from the kitchen that serves the breakfast, for example, they are very gentle and kind. I'm thankful for their attention. The only point to improve is the cleanliness of the pool. I've been 5 days and they didn't clean the pool any day (maybe because it's not summer anymore and they think is not necessary?), so I didn't had the chance to try it unfortunately. That's a point to improve.

What an absolutely wonderful experience I had staying at this apartment! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The apartment was exceptionally clean, beautifully organized, and thoughtfully prepared. The decoration deserves a special mention - it is elegant, tasteful, and full of character. You can really feel that a lot of attention has been given to every little detail, creating an atmosphere that is both stylish and incredibly comfortable. The residence is located in Zamalek, one of the most beautiful and charming areas of Cairo, and the location honestly could not have been better. The neighborhood has a very special atmosphere: it feels safe, comfortable, lively, and relaxing at the same time. The streets are always animated, with cafés, restaurants, shops, and beautiful corners to discover. There is something interesting everywhere you look, and it truly feels as though every street and every corner has its own story to tell. I had the pleasure of staying here for five nights, and I can confidently say that it became one of the highlights of my entire trip to Cairo. One of my favorite things about the apartment was the beautiful view of the Nile from the terrace. Sitting there and enjoying the view was such a memorable experience, especially after spending the day exploring the city. It gives the apartment a peaceful and almost magical atmosphere that is difficult to describe until you experience it yourself. The location is also extremely convenient. Almost everything you could possibly need is just a minute or a few minutes away, whether you are looking for restaurants, cafés, shops, transportation, or simply a nice place to walk around and enjoy the neighborhood. Staying here made exploring Cairo much easier and more enjoyable. However, what made this experience truly exceptional was not only the apartment or the location, but also the amazing people working at the residence. I have rarely experienced such genuine hospitality. Every member of the team was incredibly kind, welcoming, professional, and helpful. They genuinely pay attention to the smallest details and do everything they can to make sure that your stay is comfortable and pleasant. A special mention goes to Mazen, whose name I remember, but I would also like to thank the entire team because every single person I interacted with was wonderful. They were always available whenever I needed something, always greeted me with kindness, and sometimes went far beyond what I would normally expect. Their warmth and willingness to help made me feel genuinely welcome rather than simply being another guest. Overall, my five nights here were an unforgettable experience. Between the beautiful and spotless apartment, the tasteful decoration, the incredible Nile view, the perfect location in Zamalek, and most importantly, the outstanding hospitality of the entire team, I honestly could not have asked for a better stay. I would highly recommend this residence to anyone visiting Cairo and looking for a place that combines comfort, elegance, an excellent location, beautiful views, and exceptional hospitality. I would absolutely stay here again without hesitation. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay in Cairo so special and memorable. I arrived as a guest, but I left with wonderful memories that I will carry with me for a very long time.

For the price we paid for three rooms at over US$100 a night and considering it was a Hilton we were extremely disappointed in the rooms. The lobby looked promising, and the staff was very nice. However, the rooms looked borderline ******* and did not feel super clean. There were weird hallways and random rooms that we had to walk into before going into the hotel room itself well the staff was amazing. I cannot say that it is Hilton standard or quality and was extremely disappointed. Considering Hilton is a worldwide brand. 

Pozostałem tu dwa razy. pierwszy pobyt był przyzwoity, pokój był znacznie lepszy niż inny hotel w Kairze, więc postanowiłem zarezerwować ponownie. ale drugi raz był naprawdę rozczarowany, zarządzanie może zrobić znacznie lepiej. Zaczęli konserwację z niezwykle głośnym Burning o 8 rano, co obudził mnie w bardzo złym nastroju. następnie domowa starała się wejść do mojego pokoju nagle po szybkim pukaniu, nie dając mi szansy na odpowiedź na drzwi. Na szczęście, zamknąłem go i musiałem krzyczeć, aby on wyszedł. ogólnie, Bardzo złe doświadczenie, wymaga dużo ulepszenia.

Amazing stay at the Swiss Inn. Staff are beyond helpful. Pool is amazing. Room are clean and literally the best air conditioner in Egypt.
