The Gastrohotel RH in Benidorm exceeded our expectations. The staff were so friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. The location of this hotel is stunning right at the top of the old town offering exquisite views of the bay. Breakfast was exceptional with all produce fresh and made to order. Please note that there are no parking facilities at this hotel if you are driving. We parked at the nearby Mercadona and asked reception who let us know that they have an agreement with that car park and we were able to park our vehicle there for €15 per night. The rooms were well appointed and very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. We highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Benidorm Spain .

Need to up early and out to have your room cleaned as it finished at 12, was there 3 nights and room never got cleaned. Had a cockroach crawl sprint across the floor one evening. Also breakfast finished 10:30 or so and the place closed by 10:45. Is a pity as the staff were generally nice but should be better to clean rooms. That aside location is good, rooms.modern and decent pool.

I can't express enough how lovely the staff was, perfect location and very clean. The receptionist was amazing I can't thank him enough his name was Jefe and what a super star he helped me soo much I need to go back and give him a gift, he should get a raise with everything he does. What an amazing man thank you so much.

Spędziłam kilka nocy z mamą i siostrą pod koniec sierpnia. Pierwsze wrażenia: hotel robi wrażenie, jeden z najładniejszych w okolicy. Dobra lokalizacja, wystarczająco blisko plaży i bulwaru, ale nie na samej górze. Teren i baseny są bardzo ładne – jednak baseny nie są podgrzewane! Nawet w sierpniu trudno było się tam dostać! Restauracja bufetowa jest taka, jakiej można się spodziewać. Śniadanie było dobre, zwłaszcza świeży boczek! Kolacje były nieco monotonne, a jedzenie letnie. Obsługa bufetu była zróżnicowana. Niektórzy byli zadowoleni i przyjaźni… inni wręcz nie chcieli tam być. Obsługa baru przy basenie była zawsze miła. Uwaga, jeśli nie masz all inclusive, drinki w barze są drogie. Około 24 euro za dwie wódki z colą. Jeśli uda Ci się znaleźć tanią ofertę… spróbuj!

Loved this hotel it was so clean, staff were very friendly and exceptional service. I would definetly reccomend it. The restaurant was immaculate, food delicious and staff very friendly. There were lots of entertainment, restaurants and markets nearby.

Hotel is good and clean in a good location but there's a huge difference between single room and all other room categories and that wasn't mentioned.. The single room is quite small and with window.. Which doesn't match at all with the room rate i've paid.

The hotel’s location is great, and the room is quite comfortable. However, upon checking in, I was assigned a room with a malfunctioning air conditioning unit. I promptly requested maintenance, but they didn’t send a technician. After multiple calls to the receptionist, they finally agreed to change my room, but their attitude was quite unpleasant. On the positive side, the breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of options.

La ubicación si buscas playa y tranquilidad es perfecta, pero si buscas el jaleo de la fiesta y demás, ya estamos hablando de unos 3 km del hotel. La única pega que le pondría es la comida, poca variedad para un hotel 4 estrellas. Eso sí, las vistas y el ascensor panorámico espectaculares! Pdt: mejorar el tema de la comida porfavor; también aprovechar esas mesas que tenéis para poner más variedad de comida y no repetir la misma comida por cada lado del buffet.
