„Jest to bardzo dobry, „niedrogi” hotel, dogodnie położony niedaleko Leeds i autostrady M1. Pokoje są dobrej wielkości z wygodnym łóżkiem, a łazienka ma porządny prysznic. Hotel i pokój są czyste, a personel jest przyjazny i pomocny. Jedynym (drobnym) minusem jest to, że oświetlenie w pokoju mogłoby być nieco jaśniejsze. Ogólnie świetne miejsce na pobyt”

„It is a very beautiful hotel with lots of history. I stayed on the 7th floor and had a view across the square. There was a problem during my stay but the front of House Manager Dean who is not only funny, friendly and brilliant sorted it swiftly and efficiently for me. I will definately be staying again.”

„From the moment I arrived until the second I left I felt truly taken care of. The staff were incredibly friendly the room was spotless The bed was unbelievably comfortable. „The hotel is beautifully presented. All staff took the time to be engaging and helpful. The hotel has little to no parking which is a bit of a shame.We ate in the restaurant and throughly enjoyed our meal. We look forward to booking again we loved our room gorgeous bathroom !”

„Our stay was pleasant at best. The staff were very helpful but the hotel itself was not the best. We asked for a family room but the sofa bed meant for the 2 kids was barely big enough and was sunk in the middle which meant the kids kept rolling into the middle. The telephone for reception did not work. The small pool was cordoned off and the pool cues had no cue tip so we could not play with them despite having put our money in. You have to book a time slot for swimming (something I was not made aware of till we got to the pool) so again disappointed and had to come up with an alternative plan. The breakfast was delicious though however far cheaper if booked the night before - something I was kit aware until I asked. Overall, not our favourite trip.”

„Hotel może pochwalić się bardzo dogodną lokalizacją, co jest jednym z jego atutów. Ogólnie było czysto, ale kilka problemów negatywnie wpłynęło na nasz pobyt. W naszym pierwszym pokoju było nieprzyjemnie zimno, połowa świateł nie działała, a kran w łazience był luźny, co sugerowało brak odpowiedniej konserwacji. Po zgłoszeniu problemu z ogrzewaniem zostaliśmy przeniesieni do innego pokoju. Okazało się jednak, że nie tylko my mieliśmy ten problem – inni goście również zmieniali pokoje z powodu niskich temperatur. Wygląda na to, że ze względu na wielkość hotelu personel może nie mieć czasu na sprawdzenie systemów ogrzewania we wszystkich pokojach. Co gorsza, w pokojach robiło się bardzo duszno, co utrudniało znalezienie komfortowej temperatury. Kiedy poprosiliśmy o dodatkową pościel, ponieważ było nas troje, a zapewniono tylko dwie kołdry, poinformowano nas, że obsługa sprzątająca nie ma jej dostępnej. Było to zaskakujące i uciążliwe, ponieważ podstawowa pościel powinna być zapewniona wszystkim gościom. Pościel, mimo że wyprana, miała widoczne plamy na niektórych prześcieradłach, co psuło ogólne wrażenie czystości. Dezorganizację pogłębiał fakt, że personel sprzątający pracował w bardzo nietypowych godzinach. Kiedy wróciliśmy z kolacji grubo po 22:00, sprzątanie pokoi nadal trwało, co było nieoczekiwane. Kolejnym frustrującym problemem był niedziałający przycisk przywołania windy (do zjazdu w dół) i brak jakiejkolwiek informacji o tym fakcie dla gości. To dodatkowo zwiększało niedogodności i uwypuklało brak dbałości o szczegóły. Ogólnie rzecz biorąc, lokalizacja i czystość są pozytywne, ale hotel boryka się z poważnymi problemami konserwacyjnymi, nieregularnym ogrzewaniem, niedoborem podstawowych udogodnień, takich jak dodatkowe kołdry, nietypowymi godzinami sprzątania oraz przeoczonymi problemami, takimi jak zepsute przyciski windy. Rozwiązanie tych problemów mogłoby znacznie poprawić komfort gości.”

„Park plaza is an exceptional service provider, excellent amenities, cleanliness is top-notch, its sound proofed, no noise, its a relaxing ambient, the chef and menu is delicious, ordered room service and it was very palatable and delicious!! Location is prime to the center and my event. Staff were amazing. Their contact system is top notch too. Loved it and had a beautiful one night. Hope to return again.”

„Stayed in twin room on second floor. Check in was easy, staff really friendly and service excellent. Room was lovely. Comfortable and quiet. Good facilities and shower was fantastic. No hot buffet breakfast, but you ordered from a menu. Portions small but very tasty. There was a cold continental style buffet. The young lady who served us both mornings was delightful. Nothing too much trouble. Wish I had taken her name to name drop her specifically on this review! Location was excellent. Around 5 mins walk from the station and 2 mins walk to all the shops, restaurants and bars etc. When checking out at 11, the hotel allowed us to keep our bags there until 6pm as our train wasn't until early evening. Saved us a bad back carrying them around! All in all, excellent stay and would be my first choice hotel if / when we return to Leeds.”
