This hotel is absolutely amazing the staff can’t do enough for you and the breakfast is also amazing I can’t recommend this hotel enough. It so well kept and clean and the reception team are so friendly and always happy to help

Tolles Hotel mit toller Lage, super freundlichen Mitarbeitern, sehr gutem griechischen Essen. Kommen immer gerne wieder.

Wir waren nun das vierte Mal schon da, sind zufrieden aber wir merken schon einige Veränderungen. Was uns aufgefallen das der Home clen service nach wie vor gut ist nur wecken diese einem trotz schild an der Türe bitte nicht stören und fragen ob sie sauber machen dürfen. Das war das einzeige was uns gestört hat sonst nach wie vor Top Hotel Top Lage wir kommen bestimmt wieder

Plaża hotelowa była przepiękna, a cały personel niezwykle przyjazny i pomocny. Tylko kobieta i mężczyzna pracujący rano w barze byli nieuprzejmi. Obsługa była doskonała. Jedzenie było świeże i smaczne, a codzienne jedzenie ryb było dla mnie idealne. Codzienne sprzątanie i wymiana ręczników były świetne, ponieważ w innych miejscach, które odwiedzałem w Grecji, robiono to tylko raz w tygodniu. Codzienna wymiana ręczników bardzo mnie ucieszyła. Jedyne, co mi się nie podobało, to to, że pokoje nie były dźwiękoszczelne, przez co dzieci z pokoju na piętrze i w sąsiednich pokojach bawiły się piłkami i ciągnęły meble, co było dość uciążliwe. Ogólnie rzecz biorąc, byłem zadowolony. Dziękuję, Mistis Family Village.

Positives: We stayed in a Bungalow Family Room which was spacious, beautifully designed, and had a lovely outdoor area. It was quiet and peaceful. Towels were changed and bins emptied daily. The hotel is perfect for families with younger children (up to about 8 years old). We went with two boys (4 and 8), and they loved it. The two slides kept them entertained, and the beach bar was excellent—always cocktails and snacks available. There were plenty of sun loungers, especially on the beach, with no need to wake up early to reserve. That made the stay very relaxing. The entertainment team was great—friendly, not pushy, and always offering activities. They were amazing with children, and the mini disco was the best we’ve seen so far, with all the staff putting their heart into it. Evening entertainment suited all ages, and we especially enjoyed the beach party. Negatives: While most of the staff were lovely and smiley, the reception team was disappointing (except the lady who did our check in efficiently on the evening we arrived and explained everything). On several occasions when I asked questions, they seemed abrupt and in a hurry, even when no one else was waiting. The biggest drawback was the food. It really needs improvement and is the main reason for the lower rating. Most meats were dry, with little variety. Even simple dishes like Greek salad were below standard. The buffet was very pork-heavy, which made it difficult for us on some days since we don’t usually eat pork. Desserts were the worst part, mostly inedible, just cream and jelly-like options. The wine was also very low quality. Another issue was cleanliness of the public bathrooms, especially those near the pool. They were not well maintained, and I even saw a cockroach in one of them. Our room also had these tiny worm like snakes (apparently harmless and called ”blind snakes”) We first thought it was one that lost her way but we ended up finding one or two everyday and getting them out. We did ask someone to come and sort it out, but they told us they were harmless and didn't do anything other than getting them out. We love the sustainability concept and appreciate that they grow their own vegetables, but unfortunately, we didn’t see this reflected in the meals. It made us wonder if it might be a bit of a waste of time and money, since the menu didn’t seem to highlight those fresh, organic fruits and vegetables. As a whole, we felt everything about the hotel except the food was great but on this basis, we wouldn't come again.

Niesamowita wycieczka w ostatniej chwili. Świetny i przyjazny personel. Ponieważ był to sam koniec sezonu, kilka drobnych rzeczy nie było idealnych, ale całkiem zrozumiałych w przypadku wakacji pod koniec października. Bufet był ogólnie dobry, urozmaicony i w przeciwieństwie do innych miejsc, które ostatnio widziałem – regularnie zmieniałem gorące jedzenie, aby zachować świeżość. Doskonała cena i chętnie wrócę.

My first trip to Kos. I think I stayed in the perfect place. It was great to escape the crowds of the center, but still be close. The beaches and restaurants were within walking distance. It was a lucky vacation. The friendliness and helpfulness were excellent. Highly recommended.

Hotel was great. People there are very friendly. Would come Back.

Очень приятный отель, у которого есть только один недостаток, который, впрочем, можно одновременно считать и достоинством: он находится немного в стороне от ближайшего городка Мастехери. Добираться пешком в светлое время суток легко и приятно: вдоль моря ведет красивая тропа. Но вот после наступления темноту придется ехать или на такси, или идти по темноте. Тропа вдоль моря и частично проход по дороге не освещаются. В отеле всегда вкусный и очень разнообразный завтрак ”шведский стол”. К сожалению, я многое не ем, но то, что все же ем, мне очень нравится. Есть и разные виды омлетов, много овощей, грибы, оливки, фрукты, закусочные бутербродики с помидорами и сыром (высший пилотаж!). Это из того, что я ем)) А еще - много всякой выпечки, пирожных, сосиски, ветчина... Короче, голодным никто точно не уйдет, даже я со своими ограничениями и диетами😄 Номера уютные, чистые, на ресепшн приятные, вежливые работники. Территория красивая, бассейн огромный, как зеркало, повсюду живописные пальмы. Море рядом, пляж шикарный, закаты показывают каждый вечер по расписанию один лучше другого) P.S. Опять больше всего про еду получилось🤣
