Surprisingly, my wonderful experiences came from the food. The first photo is from the hotel breakfast — those crispy, flavorful potatoes were unforgettable! The second one is Ta Wan, right in the adjacent mall, super convenient with so many food choices around. Honestly, staying at Harris Hotel, food is never a problem!

I'm very happy to be able to stay at Kimaya Hotel. Everything was very good, from the cleanliness of the room, comfort and speed of the staff in handling check-in and check-out. But the hotel's facilities need to be improved, such as by maintaining the elevator and adding more equipment to the fitness center to make it more diverse. I had a few problems using it.My suggestion is that perhaps having an adult swimming pool would be much better, as I honestly would really like to swim during my staycation with friends. However, I'm still grateful for the happiness I felt while staying at this hotel. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

Characterful hotel walking distance from attractions like Jalan Braga and the Asia Afrika conference museum. While the decor is a little old, service was great and my loft room had enormous double height windows letting in plenty of natural light.

Everything is good in this hotel. Really love it a lot and strongly recommend everyone to give it a stay. Though we encountered pillow casing not clean but it was changed promptly. We stayed at Four Points by Sheraton Bandung for 5 days and 4 nights while exploring Bandung. The hotel’s breakfast service began at 6.00 a.m., which was especially convenient and thoughtful for early-rising guests like us. We would like to specifically compliment the restaurant manager, Mr Niwan, for his exceptional service. From the second day onwards, he remembered us and thoughtfully brewed milk tea for my husband every morning without being asked. His friendliness, attentiveness and genuine effort to meet our requests—or recommend special breakfast items on the menu—made our dining experience truly a memorable and unforgettable ones. Having stayed at several five-star hotels across Indonesia, we can confidently say that Mr Niwan stood out. He made us feel sincerely welcomed and delivered excellent and outstanding service throughout our breakfast experiences. His professionalism and warm hospitality reflect the high standards of Four Points by Sheraton. While all staff members were pleasant and helpful, Mr Niwan was exceptional in going the extra mile and greeting guests with a sincere smile consistently. He is definitely a credit to your team and a good example of how well Four Points Sheraton Bandung has trained and developed its staff. Thank you for making our stay at Four Points by Sheraton Bandung feel like a home away from home. Thank you Mr Niwan for always delivering your EXCELLENT SERVICES with a smile. Good location, got a good swimming pool and games like air hockey and billiard. The location is great which is in the city center The awful thing of our stay was breakfast. Maybe because we stayed from Tuesday to Wednesday, they spread so thin with so many choices but none of them were good, the portion was so small And not much of a protein, I would rather they have small selection for slow business days but the portion is big But we got our room upgraded which was nice. Overall had a good stay, just bad breakfast.

I really love the location of this legendary hotel in Braga. After a long day of work, it was such a pleasure to take an evening stroll along the charming Braga street, enjoying its beautiful night scenary and lively atmosphere. However, I was quite disappointed with the service. Although I had specifically requested a non-smoking room, I was assigned a room on a smoking floor. This issue caused an additional delay, making the check-in process even longer. I had to wait from 1 p.m. until 4 p.m. before I could finally enter my room. Overall, the hotel’s location is excellent and full of charm, but the service quality and room assignment management need improvement.

Travelers w/children are not advised to stay here, especially those w/ allergies. Our room was extremely dusty, my family and I caught a cold. The 2nd day, I asked to move rooms. They helped us! My suggestion is to vacuum every room after each guest checks out. This is because of the use of carpets. For breakfast, everything was delicious and varied. Thank you for your hospitality.

I like how it is in the Bandung city and it's not that jammed. I like it is near to all shopping places. I can just walk about 600m to Passr Baru Square. Walk about 600m to Jalan Braga. I love it.. will pick this hotel again. I like the indomee to choose on breakfast buffet. 😍
