„Excellent service. Love their facilities, especially the playroom and the onsen. The hotel is new and clean but the room is a bit small, but we still love it. Thank you so much ♥️ If you’re lucky, you’ll get a beautiful view of the snow mountains.”

„The guesthouse comes with a kitchen, washing machine, and dryer. The kitchen is equipped with cutlery and cooking utensils, but no oil or salt. Laundry detergent pods are provided for the washing machine, but the dryer is not very efficient and takes a long time to dry clothes. The room has four bunk beds. Soundproofing is poor; you can hear footsteps from the floor above. Multiple appliances cannot be run simultaneously (e.g., the dryer and oven will trip the circuit breaker). There's one parking space available right outside the main entrance.”

„My husband and I absolutely loved our stay at La Vista Furano. Even though our room was on the 4th floor, the view was still amazing — we could see the ski slopes, and it even snowed in the morning, which made everything feel so magical. The hotel provides free parking, which is very convenient. One of the highlights was definitely the private onsen — each session is 30 minutes, and it was such a relaxing and special experience. Another lovely touch was the free ramen supper served between 10–11pm, which was perfect after a long day out. The room itself wasn’t very big, but it was well-designed. The shower, toilet, and sink areas were all separated, and everything was clean and comfortable. Overall, a wonderful stay and we would definitely come back again!”

„Love our stay there. Rooms have view of slope or nature. Just beisde Ningle Terrace and you can walk further down to the winter forest, so magical. Hotel has express bus service and private car services are conveniently bookable. The only disadvantage is it's further to the train stations. However we were able to come here directly by Ski Liner from Tomamu and leave with Lavender bus to Asahikawa, it also goes to Furano and Biei directly. Hot spring resort is so so, not much facilities and a small place. It's pity they don't provide free shuttle bus or free entry to nearby snowlands.”

„This hotel provide free parking. The atmosphere is good, we sit at the lobby enjoying the free wine, juices, coffee and some snacks and chocolates. They provided 3 different of white wine and 2 red wine. The scenery from the hotel is very beautiful during winter, especially snowing. The room size is big. In addition, they have hot public hot bath and free laundry. We really enjoy in the hotels and the breakfast. About the location, it is near Furano ski and also Furano delice (delicious cakes)”

„We stayed 4 nights and honestly loved it — this was one of the highlights of our Hokkaido trip. The room was clean, cosy, and super comfortable after being out in the cold all day. What really made the stay special was the view: from the front we had a beautiful mountain view, and from the back we could see the ski resort, waking up to snow scenery every morning felt unreal. The hotel was also quiet at night so we slept really well, and the overall vibe felt warm and relaxing. Staff were friendly and helpful, and everything from check-in to daily stay was smooth. Location worked great as a base for Furano (especially for snow activities). Would 100% stay here again and recommend it to anyone coming to Furano.”

„Love the spacious and warm hotel room, and the view from our hotel room! I found Fenix West in Trip.com and no other platforms, and found it amazingly beautiful and a good deal for the location. We hear that the hotel is more frequently used during winter seasons when guests come by to do snowboarding. Also the reason why the hotel has a storage wardrobe for ski equipments. The room was really spacious with a view of the mountains. I love how spacious the room was, and it is good enough for 2 adult giants. The rooms have balconies too. Because this hotel is catered for winter activities, the hotel room is equipped with 2 heaters; one in the room, one in the toilet - so comfortable and warm. It was pretty cold when we visited in early May but the heating system helped keep us warm all night. I feel like home in this hotel room. No breakfast is provided for our stay but there is a cafe just below the hotel at a reasonable price. The staff at the cafe speak english, and they are very fluent and very friendly! The food were all freshly made and really very yummy. You must have their coffee too. Parking facilities is available on-site too. The disadvantage about this place is that it is very quiet, and the place feels like a quiet town after certain hours due to its low period. Given a chance, I will stay at Fenix West again - no matter what season I visit Furano!”

„Fenix Furano was a quaint little hotel with little frills, but it suited us fine... we understood the green policy behind minimising housekeeping, and we are totally fine with in. One downside is that they didn't have non-slip mats for the bathtub when you used it to shower. The body soap was very soapy and with the tub surface; making it a potential safety concern... and indeed, my elderly mum-in-law fell and hit her head.. she had a bump and some bleeding. We hope that the management looks into this for the safety of all guests. Apart from this, we enjoyed the tranquillity of the vacinity and drove out to wherever we wanted from there. We would recommend this place if you have a rental car.”

„This is a cost-effective apartment as a BIAB accommodation. Unfortunately, the parking location is a bit ambiguous, so it would be better if you guide me so that I can definitely park. This is a cost-effective accommodation that can be reached on foot within 5-10 minutes by car in downtown Furano.”
