GGośćI stayed in a D-Fourth Non smoking room on the 8th floor. The room has a nice view of Mount Hakodate from the balcony and a view of the port from the bedroom window. Room was clean and there is daily cleaning if you ask for it. Cooking utensils are available though no condiments provided. The bath system is electronic and took a while to figure out how to use it. Room was spacious and adequate for 4 of us. What we loved is that while the dryer did not really dry our clothes (separate washer and dryer), the heater in the room was strong enough to dry them and we could borrow a rack from the hotel to hang them out to dry. Only improvement we would like to suggest - we arrived when it was snowing heavily, and as we moved our luggage into the room the floor became wet and dirtied, we had to clean with tissue as there is no floor cleaner available.would be nice to provide self cleaning tools especially since there is a kitchen and things might spill. And also the balcony did not have any ‘balcony’ shoes so it was just too cold to step outside to enjoy the scenary. Nonetheless, we enjoyed our stay in the hotel. Would choose it again if we go Hakodate.

IIHFYSuper stay at this traditional onsen inn! It’s an easy 5 minutes walk from the tram stop and it is a peaceful and hospitable place to stay. We stayed for 2 nights with breakfast included (you have it in your room, the staff come to roll up your tatami 30 mins before - we just went to the onsen during this time) which was traditional Japanese style and delicious. The onsens are not too big but there are outdoor and indoor sections and perfectly adequate. The staff look after you warmly and we loved our experience of traditional Japanese culture here. Oh, and it’s near the Botanical Gardens where we saw monkeys bathing in the onsen.

My recent stay at this hotel was absolutely delightful. The location couldn’t be better – perfectly situated in the bustling city center, with major attractions, shopping areas, and public transportation just a short walk away. It made exploring the city effortless and convenient.
The on-site hot spring was a real treat: clean, spacious, and with perfectly warm water that melted away all stress. Soaking there after a day out was pure bliss and true relaxation.
The room was impeccably clean, modern, and comfortable, with quality bedding and all necessary amenities. Everything felt fresh and well-maintained.
What impressed me most was the staff – everyone was genuinely polite, friendly, and attentive, always ready to help with a smile.
This hotel offers the ideal mix of prime location, soothing facilities, spotless rooms, and warm hospitality. A wonderful experience I’d highly recommend!

LLoLleepopLocation is good for every spot of hakodate hightlight's place, 5-10 minute walk to every spot. Room is clean and bed is big. I like washing machine that for free and reasonable room price.

JJesscacaAbout 10-15mins driving distance from the city center. Parking is located next to it (around 2mins walking distance) where u have to walk through an alley to hotel main door. Perhaps they can install a street light in the alley way or a back door near to parking lots coz it is quite dark and scary to walk alone.
Breakfast is lack of variety but acceptable.
Other than these, overall is satisfied.

GGośćI absolutely love Hanabishi Hotel — I had the best 2-night stay here. The hotel is quiet with no large tour groups, and I really enjoyed the traditional feel and relaxing vibes. I tried all of their room types, and my favorite is the futon room with a private onsen. The futon is very comfortable, and the room itself is incredibly spacious.
The staff are friendly and helpful, even assisting me with arranging taxi service. The location is convenient, only about a 10-minute drive from Hakodate Airport. I also loved both the breakfast buffet and the dinner set — they truly pampered me like I was the queen of the world.
The public onsen is beautiful and huge. I will forever choose to stay here whenever I’m in the area.

HHappyaroundtheworldThis Japanese onsen hotel is new and clean. It’s a good choice of ours as both the hotel spring bath and the room are spacious and environment is quiet and decorated with taste. The breakfast was provided in super nice private rooms and the food was just too good. We highly recommend the hotel to you.

ZZuocanglaihai設施還是挺新的，大正和平成兩種風格的温泉各有特色吧，這次住的是大正風格的房間，希望下次有機會可以住住平成風格的。窗外望出去的海景還算ok，畢竟離海邊還有一小段距離。唯一不滿意的是房間內的空調不能調節，室內不開窗的話非常悶熱🥵，我甚至要脱衣服睡覺，室外再冷也應該把室內温度調節的權利交給客人，每個人對温度的體感並不一樣
