„This place is perfect. Super close to the airport. Comfy bed, lovely staff and the breakfast so fresh and a wide variation. Id definitely stay here again.”

„Everything was great. We especially loved the pool in the late afternoon when the sun was blocked by the building — it wasn’t too hot. The food was better than we expected. Loved the kids club, and all the activities were really fun. The only downside was that the beach wasn’t as good and gentle as the northern ones, and when it was windy, umbrellas weren’t allowed. The buffet restaurant was also quite hot and stuffy.”

„I had mixed feelings about this hotel: -Very spacious room/suite and comfortable bed. -Nice places to hang out in the hotel with nice views. -Staff was very friendly But: -Poor isolation. We got awaken by loud music from neighbors’ tv at 6 AM. We heard everything as if the speakers were in our room. -Disappointing breakfast (only toast and fruits). Overall good experience, but could be better for a 4-star hotel.”

„A great hotel to stay in before/after a flight. It was walking distance to terminal 2 or 3, although they also offer a free shuttle service from reception which we used for the very short distance to avoid the rain! The room was clean and had everything you’d want. The pool was nice and open 7am-10pm so we even managed a swim the morning before our flight! We arrived hungry just before 10pm and ate at the hotel restaurant and they adjusted a vegetarian wrap to make it vegan for us which was appreciated. It was very tasty! Breakfast was nice and also good for vegans, with almond milk and soya milk. A good stay.”

„To miłe miejsce, wygodne, jeśli następnego dnia trzeba jechać na lotnisko. My zatrzymaliśmy się w hotelu tylko jeden dzień. Obsługa była wspaniała, bardzo uprzejma i chętna do pomocy. Zameldowanie było o 15:00, ale nasz pokój był gotowy około 13:30, więc było dla nas idealnie. Można dojść pieszo do wielu miejsc, kawiarni, restauracji i Plaza Las Americas. Jedynym problemem była wilgotność powietrza – w pokoju nie pachniało zbyt dobrze, ale było czysto. Myślę, że to kwestia wilgoci.”

„This will be the fourth time I have stayed at this hotel and I will say that it's getting old. The resort has five pools that were all hot. The surrounding beach in the area is 20 ft deep and seaweed and you can't enter the water. Also if you can imagine the hotel makes you check out at 10:00 a.m. which screwed up my sleeping pattern for the day of checkout. What hotel makes you check out at 10:00 a.m.? By the way check in time isn't until 4:00. So if you're staying for one day you only get 18 hours of hotel. Some of the rooms are redone and some of the rooms have got the original flooring from when I stay there the first time around 25 years ago. My room had the original flooring. The first room that reception gave me was on the first floor at the absolute end of the resort. The room was run down and the floor looked like it was buckling a little . The second room reception gave me had a foul odor. Food and drinks at this hotel are extremely expensive. I want to say that a margarita is around 13 to 17 US dollars give me a break. Do not order an a la carte breakfast there because they pick it off the buffet and it's going to be cold. I want to say breakfast is 550 pesos a person. Breakfast was fine but nothing special. They don't offer cappuccino or lattes as a courtesy for breakfast. By the way it takes reception around 15 minutes per customer to check you in. I have stayed at this resort a total of four times and I would not go back. The beach is infested with seaweed farther than the eye can see there's no place swimmable by this resort. I would say it was quite disappointing. By the way they have a little market in the resort and a $6 bottle of champagne in Los Angeles cost $53 in their ghastly overpriced market. Very bad value for money. My third room was acceptable. I do have to say I think the rooms are big and the gentleman that checked me on did give me an upgrade to a balcony on the lagoon side so that was something. I paid a round $140 USD a night with tax and really it was a 85 US dollar hotel at best. It doesn't meet Westin standards. There was also an area with a little chip paint in my room but I'm probably being somewhat nitpicky. The light in the room is also not very bright and made it somewhat hard to read.”

„Jedyną dobrą rzeczą w tym Aloft jest lokalizacja. Nie przechowają twojego bagażu, jeśli przyjedziesz wcześniej, ponieważ wydaliby wszystkie swoje pieniądze, żebyś zapłacił 42 dolary za wcześniejsze zameldowanie. Każą ci siedzieć w lobby przez wiele godzin, aż do czasu zameldowania. Darmowe drinki w barze były bardzo rozwodnione. Najprawdopodobniej nie zatrzymam się tu następnym razem, gdy będę w Cancun.”

„一句話總結酒店：我家大業大 細節不好你別嫌棄 而且價格不算全包裏貴的，所以沒有期待太多，這個價位還算可以了 房間： 隔音很不好，很潮（不確定是不是所有海邊全包都這樣？） 床、房間很大，風景很好。有洗漱用品。就是電話是壞的😅 房間點餐可以用手機app， 酒水： 隨便喝， 很多吧枱和移動調酒師，但是感覺酒水都甜嗖嗖的 可能我不太會點吧.. 食物： 喜歡美食的勸退，食物一般，4個餐廳體驗了亞洲和意大利餐廳，必須6點剛開始立馬沖進去，不然等座位很久。沒有預約制度。食物拍照好看但是口味普通，基本都是温的/冷了。服務員嚴重不夠！！有種他們想服務好客人但是力不從心。。。 上菜很慢！ 服務： 服務員很熱情，沒有一個不耐煩的，保潔不會英語，其他人或多或少都會 Wi-Fi還不錯，刷**流暢去海灘偶爾斷。 酒店大堂沒有開空調，房間、餐廳空調足。 沙灘風景： 第一排沙灘椅難搶，後面沙灘上很多椅子。海灘上沒有大片空曠沙灘， 不過隔壁家沙灘非常美，可以走過去蹭😂，水還是很果凍藍的，暖的，大片天空無遮擋，看夕陽很美！ 活動： 有集體唱k，泳池裡打牌，西班牙語課 都是要和其他外國人玩的，社恐勸退了 有小孩娛樂的小房間，有滑梯啥的。 有外包的人在海灘上等着接單：在酒店裡玩付費項目 海上騎摩託，船拖降落傘🪂 還有宣傳去外面acua world玩的項目：jungle tour，snorkeling（浮潛）， 氧氣瓶潛水 有好幾個游泳池還不錯”
