Ostatnio mimo że miałem przyjemność pobytu w Nacpan Beach Villa, to było niezapomniane doświadczenie. Pokój był dobrze wyposażony we wszystko, czego potrzebowałem, od wygodnego łóżka do nowoczesnych udogodnień, co sprawiło, że pobyt był bardzo wygodny i przyjemny. Czystość i uwaga na szczegóły były niewykonalne, zapewniając bardzo wygodne pobyt. Po przybyciu, pracownicy przywitali mnie ciepło i byli niesamowicie pomocni w trakcie mojej wizyty. Ich przyjaźń i gotowość do pomocy sprawiły, że czuję się naprawdę mile widziany. Widok z willi jest zadziwiający, a obudzenie się do plaży pierwotnej i dźwięk fal był marzeniem, które się spełniło. Naturalne piękno Nacpan Beach jest niezrównane, a lokalizacja willi pozwala na pełne zanurzenie się w tym oszałamiające środowisko. Jednym z najbardziej pamiętnych doświadczeń było patrzenie na gwiazdę w nocy. Czyste niebo i brak światła zanieczyszczenia sprawiają, że jest idealnym miejscem do stargazowania. Było magiczne, że gwiazdy były tak widoczne, dodając specjalny dotyk do mojego pobytu.

Nasz pobyt w Piece Lio w El Nido był po prostu niesamowity! Spędziliśmy trzy noce w tym stylowym i nowoczesnym hotelu i byliśmy pod ogromnym wrażeniem. Od momentu przyjazdu, niezwykła obsługa sprawiła, że ​​poczuliśmy się niezwykle mile widziani. Dołożyli wszelkich starań, aby spełnić wszystkie nasze życzenia, od organizacji transferów i atrakcji po spełnienie specjalnych życzeń śniadaniowych. Ich troskliwość i serdeczna gościnność naprawdę zrobiły różnicę, dzięki czemu czuliśmy się zaopiekowani przez cały czas. Sam hotel jest zupełnie nowy, pięknie zaprojektowany i wyposażony w wysokiej jakości udogodnienia. Każdy szczegół został starannie dopracowany, aby zapewnić relaksujący i przyjemny pobyt. Połączenie stylowych wnętrz i doskonałej obsługi stworzyło idealną atmosferę na nasz wypad. Bardzo podobał nam się nasz pobyt i na pewno wrócimy w przyszłości. To był najlepszy hotel, w jakim kiedykolwiek się zatrzymałem. Hotel jest zupełnie nowy, a wszystkie udogodnienia są tak piękne! W pobliżu znajduje się wioska z lokalnymi mieszkańcami i jest wiele fajnych sklepów i kawiarni z lokalnym, tanim jedzeniem. Bardzo wygodne! Co również uderza, to jak dobra jest obsługa. Wszyscy są bardzo kompetentni i szczerze szczęśliwi. Chcę WIELKIE podziękować Niki z recepcji i Amy z restauracji. Są tak profesjonalne i po prostu doskonałe w swojej pracy. Ogólnie rzecz biorąc, świetnie się tam bawiliśmy.

The room was big and spacious! Lots of pools to swim in. Offered free afternoon tea/meriander which was lovely! Location is a little further from the city centre, but is a 10 mins scotter ride, they offer free bikes to ride. Lovely pool with amazing view of sunset!

Our family really enjoyed our stay at Huni Lio. We stayed in the family room. You can comfortably sleep 4 to 6 if you use the sofa. The crew really took care of us. Lio is a nice relaxed respite from the back packer hustle and bustle of Elnido. Dining choices are so tasty. The beach is beautiful. Watch out for big waves and sandflies/ nikniks - cover up, pack antihistamines and insect repellants. Just a few helpful tips and feedback: 1. Improve the brewed coffee that comes with breakfast or waive the charges to serve the coffee from the expresso machine. 2. The laundry and swimmers hanging in balconies facing the mangrove forest won’t dry even after 5 days leaving a stank so bad. We moved our rack indoors to dry in front of the AC. 3. There’s a constart hum and vibration at the end of the room, last bed. Light sleepers should avoid this bed. Finally wish there was a second bathroom lol but overall the waiting and jesting is part of the wholesome family fun.

We stayed for a night at this hidden villa, and it felt like a true home away from home. The staff were incredibly kind and respectful, providing excellent service that made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The food was a highlight—absolutely delicious, with a healthy breakfast offered in the morning. You can even request a floating breakfast, which added a special touch to the experience. While the villa is tucked away down a short gravel road, the peaceful and private setting made it worth the effort. The villa is kid-friendly, but families should be cautious around the tiled swimming pool area. There’s no TV, so if you’re traveling with children, make sure their devices are charged. Fortunately, the Wi-Fi is strong and reliable. Overall, it was a lovely, relaxing stay with amazing food and warm hospitality. We highly recommend this villa for a cozy and memorable getaway.

7/10 – Beautiful, modern villa, but disappointing service and a few practical issues We stayed for three nights in Villa 3, the ground-floor villa with a private pool. Our first impression was excellent. Everything was modern, spotless, and beautifully maintained. The villa smelled lovely, the minibar was well stocked, and even small details, like the outdoor shower for rinsing sand off your feet, were appreciated. The private terrace with its pool and outdoor kitchen was lovely, but there were several drawbacks. First, the insects. There were A LOT of biting insects in the outdoor area, not just mosquitoes. Despite using repellents, the provided citronella spray, and the ceiling fan, we still got badly bitten. It would be helpful if the property could recommend or provide something more effective against the local insects. The pool was also quite cold, as the terrace receives very little direct sunlight. We even had a cute little frog living in the pool filter! We informed the staff, but nothing was done. Personally, we found him adorable, so if you're staying in Villa 3 and he's still there, please say hello from us! The outdoor kitchen includes a BBQ area, but charcoal isn't provided. We were told to buy it ourselves, yet couldn't find any at the recommended supermarket. Having a BBQ area that guests can't easily use seems a little impractical. Housekeeping was another issue. We didn't need full cleaning, just fresh towels and drinking water. The water was replenished and bath towels were changed, but our requests to replace the pool towels were ignored twice. However, the most disappointing experience involved a dog living near the villas. She was a very sweet, partially blind mother dog whose puppies occasionally came around. I fed her throughout our stay and became quite attached to her. Before leaving, I gave the staff some food and a small tip, asking them to feed her and send me a photo. They agreed. Unfortunately, over the following days, I received excuses about rain and the dog being absent, despite her having been around almost constantly during our stay. Eventually, I received a photo showing only the dog's backside, with no indication that she had actually been fed. I cannot say whether they fulfilled my request, but the way it was handled was genuinely disappointing. It was a small, personal request that they had voluntarily agreed to, and I expected better communication and follow-through. It left me questioning how genuine the hospitality was once we'd checked out. On the positive side, the staff were friendly in person and helped us arrange a motorbike rental. Laundry service was also convenient. There are a few restaurants along the nearby beach for breakfast and dinner, with more options in town. However, the beach itself isn't really suitable for swimming – it's shallow, rocky, and covered in seaweed. You'll need to travel to other beaches or use the villa's pool. Overall, 7/10. The villa itself is beautiful, clean, and comfortable, but the insect problem, overlooked requests, and especially the disappointing experience after checkout affected our impression. With more thoughtful attention to guests' needs and better follow-through on promises, this could be a much better experience.

From the moment we left the port, our Matinloc experience already felt special. The boat ride was smooth, and the boatmen immediately assisted us with our luggage. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Ms. Jam from FO/Reservations, who gave us a friendly tour and clear briefing. Even before the trip, Reservations Manager Ms. Jeannette had already been very responsive to my emails, making the planning stress-free. Our VIP villa, perched on a cliff, offered an astounding view that raised the standard of our stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and we appreciated the generous souvenirs and hygiene kits provided. The staff were consistently attentive and polite special thanks to FO Supervisor Ms. Jhona and their Korean General Manager for adding to the warm and welcoming atmosphere. Highlights of our stay included the refreshing fresh fruit shakes, fun water activities, the amazing walking path lined with century-old trees, and of course, the delicious food (their pizza was a standout). The WiFi was surprisingly fast..even powered by Starlink at the port. We also appreciated the thoughtful gesture of staff recommending where to get beers in town since they don’t sell alcohol on-site. Matinloc truly combines paradise-like views with genuine hospitality. Maraming salamat to the whole team for making this my best El Nido stay so far.. I would gladly return a hundred times over.

Ich prywatny port to prawdziwa rewolucja: brak długich kolejek, brak kłopotów i płynny, bezstresowy proces od odbioru do odwiezienia. Obsługa w porcie była niezwykle serdeczna i pomocna, a świeże drinki powitalne były przepyszną ucztą, której koniecznie trzeba spróbować! Sam rejs statkiem przebiegł bezproblemowo, a priorytetowe wejście pozwoliło nam całkowicie ominąć opłaty podróżne i kolejki – gorąco polecam tę usługę! Po przyjeździe do hotelu zostaliśmy powitani z szerokimi uśmiechami i serdecznością. Niespodzianka powitalna czekająca w naszym pokoju była przemyślanym gestem – od razu poczuliśmy się wyjątkowo. Jeśli chodzi o udogodnienia, widać, że pracują nad ulepszeniami i z niecierpliwością czekamy na to, co przyniesie przyszłość. Świetnie bawiliśmy się grając w tenisa stołowego, chociaż piłeczki mogłyby zostać odświeżone. Jedno małe życzenie – chcielibyśmy, żeby basen był otwarty jeszcze dłużej! A teraz specjalne podziękowania dla dream teamu: Munda, Gie, Gino, Noela i Sandy – naszych prywatnych przewodników, którzy przekroczyli wszelkie granice pod każdym względem. Sprawili, że poczuliśmy się jak członkowie rodziny królewskiej! Zawsze uważni, troskliwi i pełni serca. Miałem nawet drobny wypadek i stłukłem nogę, a ich pierwsza pomoc była natychmiastowa i profesjonalna. Bez wątpienia gorąco polecamy zarezerwowanie z nimi prywatnej wycieczki. To nie tylko wycieczka – to niezapomniane przeżycie prowadzone przez najżyczliwszych i najbardziej niesamowitych ludzi. Nie możemy się doczekać powrotu! My husband and I stayed at the hotel for three nights. Our arrival experience was very welcoming. The room was clean, and the breakfast was delicious. However, we found the pool to be a bit dirty during our stay, so we didn’t try it. Over all we enjoyed our stay and we really liked the vibes in the evening in the restaurant the live bands are really good singers.
