We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable, and all facilities were well maintained. The location is excellent, making it easy to travel around and enjoy nearby attractions. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The overall service was outstanding, and we felt very welcome throughout our stay. We highly recommend this hotel for families and anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation.

A very satisfying experience, what we liked the most was the slide in the swimming pool and the poolside billiards. We all had a great time. The overall feeling was very clean, and the kitchen facilities were also well-equipped. The host was very thoughtful, as they had prepared some cakes in the refrigerator for us as a snack before we arrived, and the next day they also brought us fruits and distilled water. The most considerate thing was that the host helped arrange a massage therapist to come to the villa for a massage, and it was really good, and the price was cheap. Although the location is not in the city center, it only takes 15 to 20 minutes by car, and there is a beach within a 10-minute walk. If you don't drive, calling a car is also very convenient, so I don't think the location is a big problem. We unanimously recommend it to our friends around us!

Overall, we had a decent stay. Only a few things missing. 1. Toothbrushes, comb, and shaving kit should be put in the room without calling and ask. 2. Jacuzzi was not entirely clean. 3. Hairdryer was broken. 4. We requested king size bed but got two twins bed combined. We are fine with that but staff should confirm bed type upon arrival rather than me finding it out by myself. 5. Hangers for towels were very easy to fall down which irritated me sometimes. 6. There was no Netflix. Breakfast was great. We were surprised that staff can remember her birthday and received a cake which tastes good. Staff were friendly and attentive. Thank you!

Hotel to typowy czterogwiazdkowy hotel, ale pokój jest dość duży, z wanną, wygodnym łóżkiem i widokiem na basen z balkonu. Wszyscy pracownicy są mili i zapewniają fantastyczną obsługę. Hotel oferuje transfer na plażę. W pobliżu wejścia znajduje się sklep spożywczy 7/11. Hotel położony jest przy głównej drodze, zaledwie dziesięć minut od centrum Hua Hin. Śniadanie było pyszne. Ogólnie rzecz biorąc, hotel wart swojej ceny.

 The resort is straight on the beachfront over the road large green areas, fun to ride around on the bikes provided great for the family. It has its own restaurant and cafe on the road front easy access to local food and beach fun.

Uwielbiam to miejsce! Z pokoju roztacza się widok na morze. Przyjemne miejsce w dobrej cenie i z miłą atmosferą. Jeśli chodzi o obsługę i funkcjonowanie hotelu, ogólnie jest dobrze, ale wciąż jest kilka rzeczy do poprawy. Recepcjonistka powinna być bardziej profesjonalna w komunikacji z klientem. To główny powód, dla którego klient jest zadowolony, ale czuję to tylko trochę. Mam nadzieję, że funkcjonowanie hotelu będzie bardziej stabilne. Naprawdę podziwiam personel pracujący w restauracji hotelowej, a także portiera. Bardzo dziękuję za współpracę i dobrą obsługę.

We stayed for 4 nights. The first 3 nights were wonderful. The hotel felt very quiet and peaceful, with only about 5 people at most in the swimming pool. But on the last night, things changed as more guests arrived for the long Thai holiday weekend. In the morning of our checkout, we went down for breakfast and were shocked to find the main dining room completely full. A staff member directed us to another dining area on the left wing of the hotel, while our room was in the right wing so it was already quite a walk. Unfortunately, that dining room was also overcrowded. Tables that had just been vacated weren’t cleared yet, the buffet lines were extremely long and even fried eggs couldn’t come out fast enough. The whole atmosphere felt chaotic, with staff rushing around but not really keeping up. We ended up sitting and waiting for a while, but it didn’t help! More and more guests kept coming down and the lines only grew longer. It was disappointing that the hotel didn’t seem prepared to handle the crowds, especially since they would have known in advance about the long weekend.

華欣之旅給我們的2025開了個快樂年，是擁抱泰蘭德陽光沙灘和海鮮美食的最佳目的地。小別墅一大家人全都住得下，滿足了小朋友們在冬天重回泳池的願望，傍晚全家海鮮BBQ再愜意不過。喜歡安靜的朋友不能錯過這家鬧中取靜的首選住宿，附近就有餐廳和咖啡店，10多分鐘的車程可以到華欣海灘，下次來華欣也還是會再來。

To elevate its status to a high-class establishment, improvements are essential in both the culinary offerings and overall service quality.
