The hotel is beautiful, and the staff are friendly and helpful. However, there are several issues with the management system that need improvement. First, regarding room cleaning procedures: at most hotels and accommodations, the front desk keeps a spare key or key card so housekeeping can access rooms for cleaning when guests are out. At this property, guests are required to hang their room key outside the door until housekeeping finishes cleaning, sometimes as late as 2:00 PM. This is a serious security concern because anyone could potentially access the room while the key is left unattended outside. Second, if you are looking for a quiet and peaceful stay with good soundproofing, this hotel may not be the best choice. Noise from outside the room is easily heard throughout the day and night. Last night, shortly after midnight, I was awakened by a very loud group of people. When I went outside to investigate, I saw a group of guests drinking in the restaurant area located directly next to my room. The noise was so loud that I could not sleep. I politely asked why the restaurant was still open, as I had been informed during check-in that it closed at 10:00 PM. The guests told me that a staff member had opened the restaurant for them. I then politely asked them to lower their voices because my room was right next to the restaurant. I do not blame the guests at all. The responsibility lies with the hotel staff, who allowed the restaurant to be used after midnight despite the clearly stated closing time of 10:00 PM. Areas for improvement: 1. Guest safety and security — Guests should not be required to leave their room keys hanging outside their doors for housekeeping. 2. Enforcement of hotel policies — If the restaurant closes at 10:00 PM, that rule should be consistently followed. Future guests staying in rooms near the restaurant should not have to endure loud noise until 1:00 or 2:00 AM as I did. Overall, the hotel has potential, but better management and stricter adherence to its own policies would greatly improve the guest experience.

This hotel is very nice, but it needs better maintenance. Rooms are formidable, huge, comfortable and clean. The swimming pool is big and full of palms and trees. The staffs were very friendly and helpful!! There's a small gym, although in a poor maintenance, but with AC. The breakfast was excellent, every day new dishes and lots of varieties!!! Location is not so good, far from every place! I was walking towards to the coast 20 minutes, from where I could catch public transport to downtown for just 10B.

We came to Pattaya many times and tried a lot of hotels in this neighborhood. We are happy to have found SN Plus Hotel, a classy hotel with decent amenities. The room is beautiful and comfortable, as well the bad. We booked on Trip.com, and it was for a nightly rate three times cheaper compared to the rate shown at check-in.

The location is off a Main Street, so it's quiet. Around a 20-25min walk to the beach. Next door is a supermarket and a KFC So the location is okay, the 20 min walk to beach can be annoying when its very hot though. The room seems small, but acceptable if staying for less than 5 days. The bed has power sockets near one side of the bed but not the other side. The facilities are a bit strange considering the star rating of this hotel. No slippers in the room, you may think no big deal but when your footwear has sand in it due to the beach, having a change of footwear is useful. Only 2 pillows and 2 towels given for two people, I had to request for more (usually 4 in total is expected) The shower pressure is fine but the water temperature will be fine for a few minutes and then burning hot - despite turning off the shower or moving the control to super cold, it makes no difference. The daily amenities will include shower gel, shampoo, conditioner - but only 2 of these not all 3. So it's annoying when you have 2 conditioners and no shower gel. Now all of the above issues are small and easily fixed upon request....but I think the idea of a good hotel is never having to ask - everything should just be provided and standard. Breakfast is okay, although the first day we were told to order from a menu rather than buffet....we dislike this. But the breakfast room is quiet but the amount, variety and quality of food can be improved. Although I did like having French Toast The room has a fridge with a small freezer section, a kettle and the hotel gives free drinking water each day. On a more positive note the staff members are helpful and friendly. The room AC is good (this is vital in Thailand) I think if you want to stay in Pattaya, you can do worse than pick Levana, but you can also do better. It would be better to pick a hotel closer to the beach, but if you are only in the town for a few days it's not so bad. On a side point, there is a 24hr launderette on the way to beach, so this is super useful.

Dobre Wi-Fi. Lokalizacja jest na plaży. Wszystkie pokoje mają widok na morze i basen. Ogromny balkon. Codzienne sprzątanie domu, wszystkie udogodnienia toaletowe. To bardzo stary hotel, ale wszystko działa, ale tu jest haczyk. Personel recepcji zachowuje się jak naczelnik więzienia i źle cię traktuje. Spędziłem 21 nocy i czułem się jak w więzieniu. Sprzątanie i chłopcy hotelowi są bardzo mili i uprzejmi, a także jedna mała dziewczynka w recepcji była przyjazna. Ten hotel zatonie z obecnym kierownikiem, który prowadzi to miejsce jak więzienie. Zrobiłem rezerwację miesiąc wcześniej i chciałem zmienić kategorię na wyższą. Popełniłem błąd podczas rezerwacji i byłem bardzo zadowolony z dopłaty różnicy w cenie. Pomimo że hotel był pusty, personel był niegrzeczny, mówiąc, że wszystko jest w porządku i nic nie można zrobić. Wygląda na to, że właściciel jest miliarderem, któremu nie zależy na zarabianiu pieniędzy. Jestem znany z tego, że jestem bardzo cichym gościem! Odwiedziłem recepcję w dniu zameldowania, a następna wizyta miała miejsce 21 dni później, w dniu wymeldowania. Bałem się widoku ludzi w recepcji. Jeśli jednak unikasz recepcji, spodoba ci się to miejsce i zdecydowanie polecam.

Room is very spacious. Location is close to walking street, central pattaya. Big 7-11 nearyby, coffee shop nearby. The hotel breakfast buffet is also very good range.

Hotel is located nearby the city. It takes around 20 minutes walk to the shopping mall, Terminal 21 and around 10 minutes to Lotus supermarket. It really depends on your how fast one walk. It is hard to take the baht car on the road. But they have taxis and motorcycle outside the hotel. Only the hotel Manager can communicate in English and she is nice and accommodated. However, not all her staffs and the housekeeping teams respect her orders for our requests. During my stay, i can feel that tons of different chemicals including strong santiziers, air fresher and pesticides overused during the days and nights. My stuffs and clothings are all containmated by them. Honestly, i do not like in breathing in all these toxic when i was insid the room and when i asleep. I am very sensitive and allergic to the products they use. Especially, they should understand that it has toxic and chemical reactions if everything mixed together. It was so irritated and made me cough all the time. After I bought it up to their attentions, they sprayed more inside and outside my areas. The foods from the restaurant are not tasty and the restaurant staffs has no greeting. The restaurant is big, but it has poor condition. They has noodle soup on Sunday only. When I asked for something that is not on the table. They just responsed that they don't understand. It is not a luxury hotel and it is old. I do not like to see the molds inside the shower areas. In my room, the sink fault no good, vent was broken, air condition was not cool and very dirty. The closet has very bad smell from mixed with santiziers and pesticides smell. Their room rates are too high. The only thing I like is they have a microwave provided inside your room. I did not try their swimming pools since there was so noisy from the people and kids around. I did not enjoy my stayed.

Older of the Nova group hotels I use, perfectly adequate large comfortable studio room 40m+. Comfy huge bed, decent TV and Aircon. Plumbing reflected the age with slightly eccentric shower settings. Nice big pool area, large car park and dining, drinking options close by, and of course 7/11 within 100m. Location is perfect for me 10 mins walk to 2nd rd/3rd rd or Pattaya Klang (central) good value for large room.

Good location,close to the beach and restaurants. Rooms are spacious and clean. Only unfortunate thing was that I was only able to connect to the wifi in the lobby but not in my room.
