Zatrzymaliśmy się na wycieczce rodzinnej i zarezerwowaliśmy wszystkie trzy pokoje deluxe. Problem polegał na tym, że drzwi do łazienki nie dało się zamknąć. Drzwi były przesuwne i pasowały do ​​szczelin. Trzeba je było mocno docisnąć, żeby się zamknęły. Ale!!! Jeśli są zamknięte, wyjście z łazienki może być niemożliwe. Moja siostra poszła do łazienki i miała później iść na plażę. Później próbowaliśmy zadzwonić do siostry, żeby sprawdzić, co u niej, ale nie odbierała, więc założyliśmy, że zasnęła. Kiedy wróciliśmy do pokoju, zorientowaliśmy się, że moja siostra utknęła w łazience przez ponad dwie godziny. Personel recepcji skontaktował się z pokojówką, aby pomogła otworzyć drzwi, a pokojówka poinformowała nas, że to samo zdarzyło się już w innych pokojach. Szokujące było to, że hotel miał wsparcie pokojówki i zajmował się gośćmi, bez obecności innych pracowników ani upoważnionych osób, które mogłyby zająć się tą sytuacją. Po zapytaniu okazało się, że kierownik już wyszedł z pracy, więc moja siostra poszła do recepcji i poskarżyła się na drzwi do łazienki. Reakcją hotelu w tamtym momencie była zmiana pokoju i przekazanie vouchera restauracyjnego o wartości 1000 bahtów na posiłki. Doceniamy to i rozumiemy sytuację. Ale!! Chcemy, abyście Państwo wzięli pod uwagę tę sytuację: jeśli cierpią Państwo na schorzenie lub mają Państwo nagły przypadek, odszkodowanie za takie szkody nie zostanie wypłacone. Chcielibyśmy, aby hotel bardziej dbał o bezpieczeństwo gości. Chociaż hotel zdaje sobie sprawę z licznych przypadków zatkania się łazienek, chciałbym pochwalić personel recepcji za uprzejmość i zrozumienie naszych potrzeb. Zarówno czystość, jak i wygoda były doskonałe. Chciałbym, aby hotel naprawdę poprawił tę kwestię.

Extremely hostile cleaning staff who forced her way into my room, insisted on taking my trash, and then lay down in a weird little office directly across from my room for about 4 hours scrolling through her phone. Got the sense that I was being spied on the entire time and, for whatever reason, people working at this hotel are REALLY angry. This is one of those ”monstera plant” businesses, where they put the monstera plant to show you they're in this specific group (cult) and if you still choose to stay there, basically they already ”told you” so now they feel justified in attacking you. Well, LK is going out of business given the way they treat their customers. It feels more like a criminal front than a hotel. Even though the decor is fancy and looks nice, I wouldn't stay here again if you paid me. To anyone in LK management who reads this, please fire your entire cleaning staff. Thai people are so nice and there is no reason to tolerate this kind of treatment at this very obviously criminal owned hotel. By the way, if you read this and feel skeptical or like I'm overreacting, try to find out who owns LK Hotels and who is on the board. The lack of transparency says it all.

This hotel is very nice, but it needs better maintenance. Rooms are formidable, huge, comfortable and clean. The swimming pool is big and full of palms and trees. The staffs were very friendly and helpful!! There's a small gym, although in a poor maintenance, but with AC. The breakfast was excellent, every day new dishes and lots of varieties!!! Location is not so good, far from every place! I was walking towards to the coast 20 minutes, from where I could catch public transport to downtown for just 10B.

To bardzo stary hotel, ale wszystko działa, ale tu jest haczyk. Personel recepcji zachowuje się jak naczelnik więzienia i źle cię traktuje. Spędziłem 21 nocy i czułem się jak w więzieniu. Sprzątanie i chłopcy hotelowi są bardzo mili i uprzejmi, a także jedna mała dziewczynka w recepcji była przyjazna. Ten hotel zatonie z obecnym kierownikiem, który prowadzi to miejsce jak więzienie. Zrobiłem rezerwację miesiąc wcześniej i chciałem zmienić kategorię na wyższą. Popełniłem błąd podczas rezerwacji i byłem bardzo zadowolony z dopłaty różnicy w cenie. Pomimo że hotel był pusty, personel był niegrzeczny, mówiąc, że wszystko jest w porządku i nic nie można zrobić. Wygląda na to, że właściciel jest miliarderem, któremu nie zależy na zarabianiu pieniędzy. Jestem znany z tego, że jestem bardzo cichym gościem! Odwiedziłem recepcję w dniu zameldowania, a następna wizyta miała miejsce 21 dni później, w dniu wymeldowania. Bałem się widoku ludzi w recepcji. Jeśli jednak unikasz recepcji, spodoba ci się to miejsce i zdecydowanie polecam.

We had a standard room .The hotel was clean but in need of some minor adjustments in the bathroom . It had a bath with shower which was nice .the bath was not level and when showering the water went onto the floor . The bed was nice and the room had lots of draws and wardrobe space .kettle and fridge freezer were ok , could have done with more tea/coffees.air con was good.I only gave a 3 star rating for location as it is right in the centre of the bars and massage district (which is not for me ) having said this we did not hear much noise and 10 minute walk to the beach . The reception staff were very nice and very helpful . Best of all was the free breakfast , this was FANTASTIC with so much choice and the staff very helpful and attentive .I would recommend this hotel as long as you are ok with its location.

Room is very spacious. Location is close to walking street, central pattaya. Big 7-11 nearyby, coffee shop nearby. The hotel breakfast buffet is also very good range.

Older of the Nova group hotels I use, perfectly adequate large comfortable studio room 40m+. Comfy huge bed, decent TV and Aircon. Plumbing reflected the age with slightly eccentric shower settings. Nice big pool area, large car park and dining, drinking options close by, and of course 7/11 within 100m. Location is perfect for me 10 mins walk to 2nd rd/3rd rd or Pattaya Klang (central) good value for large room.

Hotel is located nearby the city. It takes around 20 minutes walk to the shopping mall, Terminal 21 and around 10 minutes to Lotus supermarket. It really depends on your how fast one walk. It is hard to take the baht car on the road. But they have taxis and motorcycle outside the hotel. Only the hotel Manager can communicate in English and she is nice and accommodated. However, not all her staffs and the housekeeping teams respect her orders for our requests. During my stay, i can feel that tons of different chemicals including strong santiziers, air fresher and pesticides overused during the days and nights. My stuffs and clothings are all containmated by them. Honestly, i do not like in breathing in all these toxic when i was insid the room and when i asleep. I am very sensitive and allergic to the products they use. Especially, they should understand that it has toxic and chemical reactions if everything mixed together. It was so irritated and made me cough all the time. After I bought it up to their attentions, they sprayed more inside and outside my areas. The foods from the restaurant are not tasty and the restaurant staffs has no greeting. The restaurant is big, but it has poor condition. They has noodle soup on Sunday only. When I asked for something that is not on the table. They just responsed that they don't understand. It is not a luxury hotel and it is old. I do not like to see the molds inside the shower areas. In my room, the sink fault no good, vent was broken, air condition was not cool and very dirty. The closet has very bad smell from mixed with santiziers and pesticides smell. Their room rates are too high. The only thing I like is they have a microwave provided inside your room. I did not try their swimming pools since there was so noisy from the people and kids around. I did not enjoy my stayed.

Good location,close to the beach and restaurants. Rooms are spacious and clean. Only unfortunate thing was that I was only able to connect to the wifi in the lobby but not in my room.
