Approximately 30 feet from the river - unobstructed and gorgeous view! Level backyard to the river. The condo’s location is in town for the ease of enjoying Helen's many venues and year round activities. It has a well lit covered parking area. The condo building has 4 units - 2 lower and 2 upper. This home is on the lower level just above the covered parking. There are fifteen stairs to reach the condo (While the building does have an elevator, we cannot guarantee its functioning status as that is managed by the HOA. While we would love to host you, if an elevator is a necessity we encourage you to continue your search rather than experience any inconvenience. As of 6/4/25 the elevator is out of order with an unknown date of repair, this listing will be updated when it has been repaired.) There is a front balcony (small/Juliet) just off the dining room. Brasstown Bald, the highest point in Georgia, is approx. 40 minutes north of Helen. A number of beautiful vistas can be enjoyed at roadside pull offs on Richard Russell Scenic Hwy. Welcome to the Chatthhoochee National Forest in North Georgia Mountains where year round adventures begin. You will park your vehicle and walk almost everywhere in Downtown Helen. So much to do with shopping, dinning, golfing (mini and 18 holes in Innsbruck), tubing, gem mining, roller coaster, zip line for all ages and the list goes on!Chalet Munich is located above a retail space and the hours of operation are 11am-9pm. The guests will have the entire upstairs floor for their privacy. Chalet Munich is not handicap friendly and stairs are needed to enter the unit. The parking is in the rear of building for one vehicle. The interior is a modern rustic with handmade wooden furniture. You have your own private balcony with a city view. Check-In information:1.
