„Staff was friendly and speak good English. The room was beautiful and comfortable. The breakfast selection good for a quick meal before hitting on the road. The view from the room was overlooking Sapa Center. We had issue with the shower as the water was going down slowly, informed receptionist twice on the matters but it was not resolved till the third time. The in-house massage was average as my masseur was talking n using her phone.”

„Allow early check-in when room is ready. Room is clean, quiet, big with good layout, very big bed, beautifully quality furnished like a boutique hotel & very well maintained; has a dressing table with mirror, 1 pc 2-way light switch behind bed pillow, love the safe box, big umbrella but no bathrobe, has very good balcony valley-view at a level higher than KK Hotel but Mt Fansipan cannot seen except from the roof top, get live CNA on smart TV's YouTube, good wifi, ample power points, good water pressure with very hot shower-water but do not fully on this rain shower as its water will off-shoot to ceiling & bounce on to wash basin, air-heater is not big enough for this big room. Very welcoming & warm staffs, received a welcome back fruit platter, buffet breakfast is 6:30 to 9am, Daisy is very friendly, & hotel's own travel officer Duyen has vast knowledge on Sapa with good contacts and is honest & always helpful. Has good housekeeping too. Hotel has many restaurants very close by and is also close to Sun Plaza. Thanks to the management & Duyen for my very pleasant stay.”

„Room is big and clean, breakfast taste good, nearby by Sun Plaza which is abt 10 mins walk. The service of restaurant is very good and the manager is meticulous. Surprisingly a simple dish fried rice also taste very good but the fish was bit undercooked. Infinity pool is cool pity that the weather was too cold, couldn't enjoy the infinity pool. Massage skill is not very good, miscommunication between the reception and spa caused me wasting time (first time the receptionist told me ok to go at a timing but in fact fully booked, wasted my trip down and waited for 15 mins while nobody was around at the reception of spa; second time the masseur was late for almost 25 minutes) The masseur was having cough but did not wear mask.”

„Lokalizacja jest blisko głównego centrum Sapa, gdzie po wyjściu z hotelu, skręcając w lewo, znajduje się ładny parowiec i bar z grillem, salon masażu, kluby, bary nocne i targ Sapa. Można tam dojść pieszo w 10-15 minut. W pobliżu znajduje się również dworzec autobusowy, z którego można dojechać autobusem sypialnym do Hanoi. Widok z hotelu jest ładny, z widokiem na góry, ale podczas pobytu panuje lekka mgła. Rano do pokoju wpada bezpośrednie słońce. Personel hotelu jest na tyle uprzejmy, że bez dodatkowych kosztów organizuje transport do ciekawych miejsc w Sapa, a kierowca płaci 100%. Wadą jest brak windy w hotelu, wszystkie bagaże i rzeczy trzeba wnieść po schodach obok hotelu, a sam hotel znajduje się na otwartej przestrzeni bez zadaszenia/zacienienia, więc w razie deszczu z pewnością będzie mokro. Hotel zapewnia jednak parasol, a personel pomoże wnieść bagaże. Sam hotel również położony jest na zboczu, tuż przed lobby. Prysznic z ciepłą wodą trwa maksymalnie 15 minut, po czym woda zaczyna stygnąć, co nie jest wskazane w tak chłodne dni.”

„We spent the first two days of our trip staying in town at Sa Pa, and for the next two nights we moved slightly out of town to Hotel DeLaMont. The hotel is located about a 10-minute drive from the town center, perched high on a hill overlooking the valley. One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was precisely for that spectacular valley view, which is said to be among the best in Sa Pa. Unfortunately, during our stay, the weather fully lived up to Sa Pa’s nickname as the “City in the Fog.” Thick fog rolled in every day, and visibility was sometimes close to zero—especially on the darker roads without streetlights while our Grab drivers navigated the winding hills. Thankfully, on the morning of our final day, the clouds finally lifted a little and we were blessed with a partial glimpse of the breathtaking valley view we had been hoping for. Our room was spacious and very clean. The bed was essentially two super single beds pushed together, which meant you could feel the gap in the middle while sleeping. It’s not the most comfortable setup, but still manageable for a short stay. The minibar follows the usual hotel practice—aside from complimentary water, tea, and coffee, the rest of the items are chargeable. One thing we appreciated was the smart TV. We spent some relaxing time listening to music and watching travel videos on YouTube after long days exploring Sa Pa. The bathroom was clean and equipped with a modern electric shower system, which was quite impressive. They even installed a heated lamp to keep you warm while showering—something you’ll definitely appreciate in the chilly Sa Pa climate. However, the wash basin design could be improved. Water tends to collect around the sides, leaving the surface constantly wet, and occasionally attracting small bugs. The hotel doesn’t include breakfast by default, but you can pay extra if you’d like the convenience of eating on-site. It’s not the cheapest option, but it’s certainly convenient. The hotel also offers facilities like a gym and a swimming pool. The pool is supposed to be heated, but during our visit the weather was extremely foggy and humid, so the heating was turned off and swimming wasn’t really appealing anyway. Their rooftop area is quite beautiful and would probably be an amazing place to enjoy the valley view on a clear day. Overall, despite the foggy weather limiting the scenery, Hotel DeLaMont is still a comfortable and decent hotel with spacious rooms and good facilities. On a clear day, the view alone would likely make the stay even more memorable.”

„Piękne widoki na góry i spokojna atmosfera, a personel jest niezwykle pomocny przez cały pobyt. Sam pokój jest przestronny i pełen rustykalnego uroku, ale drewniane wnętrze może wydawać się wilgotne i wydzielać nieprzyjemny zapach w deszczową pogodę, a czystość mogłaby być lepsza. Jeśli to Ci nie przeszkadza i szukasz pokoju tylko z ładnym widokiem, to tak.”

„Our stay in SAPA is great. Ms chen in the reception is so nice, friendly, helpful and accommodating. Making sure everything is okay. I will surely miss this place and if soon if i come back will surely stay in this hotel again and i will recommend this 100%.”

„사파 숙소를 찾다가 설립연도가 2025로 적혀있길래 리뷰가 많이없지만 머물게됬어요. 깨끗했지만 올해지은숙소는아닌거같았어요 직원분들이 엄청친절하셧고, 숙소에서 본 풍경은 너무너무이뻣어요 약간오르막길이었지만 숙소가는 길에 맛집들이 많았어요. 매트리스도 넘좋았고 아침식사는 너무훌륭했어요. 치즈 햄 다 맛있었고 종류도많고, 특히나 가외로 오믈렛이나 쌀국수를 추가할수있어요. 직원분이물너보시길래 저는쌀국수 남편은 오믈렛시켰는데 쌀국수너무너무맛있었어요. 배가불러서 과일은 몇개만집어먹었답니다 체크아웃하고서 짐 오후에 보관해달라했는데 오케이해주셨구요. 베트남직원뷴들의 친절함에 반하고갑니다”

„We had to cut our holiday short due to medical issue. An ambulance had to be called at 5.30am and the duty manager was called and he got out of bed and came to work 3 1/3 hrs before duty. He couldn't do enough for us. Rang the hospital to check how we were, arranged taxis and helped arrange our early departure. We were so disappointed to leave as our room, hotel, food, staff, everything was lovely. Hopefully one day we can return.”
