My first review on Trip and I don't usually bother to write reviews - shows you how much the hotel impressed me. We stayed for 1 night in Capella Sydney as a family of 3. The hotel facilities were absolutely amazing, decor was gorgeous and food options at Aperture and Brasserie were awesome. However, I won't dwell on these too much as I'm sure when you booked into a Capella brand hotel, you will already assume this as a given right? One highlight in terms of facilities though, was The Living Room, which is assessible to all guests staying in the hotel. It had beverages, snacks, comfy sofas and 6 star service. We spent so much time there chilling with our son and in the end it really became ”our living room”. Enough of that, let me move on to the service which blew our minds. I'll give you a few examples and hopefully you can see why I feel it would be criminal for me not to write a review. 1. On arrival when we got out of our car and the porters were helping us with our luggage, somehow they addressed me by name. Maybe it's because they saw I had a 2 year old and I was the only guest checking in that day with a small child. Still, I was super impressed. I've only experienced this previously at Aman hotels. 2. Upon checking in, Sophie (I hope I got your name right!) was super helpful and cheerful. When she saw my young son, she also proactively asked if we needed a later check out and if our son needed to nap. She immediately offered to give us 2pm late check out. However, having told her our son actually takes his nap at 2pm, she told us to come back and check with the front desk the next day and they can extend it till 4pm. Remember, I didn't request this, she did this completely out of her own initiative. 3. We didn't book dinner and Sophie referred us to Madiha of the Cultural team. Madiha took note of all our requirements, including the need for the restaurant to be 2 year old friendly, and within 15 mins emailed me a full list of restaurants and their menus for me to choose from while she also served us drinks and snacks at the living room. We eventually picked an Italian restaurant and she made the reservation for us. Fyi, it was scrumptious. 4. After breakfast, we were walking around the lobby and my son walked past the cakeshop and saw a raspberry tart. He really wanted it but I told him we just had breakfast. Ton (?)(I hope I got your name right, the Thai gentleman with a love for cars), the manager came up and said ”you can have the tart for free! It's on the house!”. I was stunned. He also spent so much time talking to my son and showing him pictures of cars, unbelievable. Shout out also to Matthew (uncle Hao Jun) for being so warm and hospitable to us. Honestly we were feeling so sad leaving the hotel as everyone felt like friends and family to us. One thing is for sure though, we will be back. Absolutely flawless service, kudos to the Capella Sydney team!

Miałem wspaniały pobyt w tym hotelu podczas wizyty w Sydney. Pokój był bardzo czysty i dobrze utrzymany, co sprawiło, że było to wygodne i przyjemne doświadczenie. Lokalizacja jest doskonała, tuż za stacją Wynyard, która sprawiła, że poruszanie się wokół miasta super wygodne. Jest to również w ciągu 10 –20 minut spacerem do wielu popularnych obszarów, takich jak dzielnica handlowa Sydney, Darling Harbour, Barangaroo, The Rocks, i więcej. W tym samym czasie, w hotelu, w hotelu, w systemie wind nie jest to normalne, skanujesz kartę dostępu na zewnątrz, a automatycznie przypisuje Ci windę do podłogi pokoju lub poziomu udogodnienia. Nie ma przycisków w windzie, które czuły się bardzo bezpieczne i przyszłe. Wewnątrz pokoju, zarówno w sypialni, jak i w łazience mają wbudowane głośniki, więc mogłem cieszyć się moimi ulubionymi piosenkami w całym przestrzeni, taki wielki tkwi! Oferują nawet iPad w pokoju, który pozwala skontaktować się z recepcją, dostęp do użytecznych informacji hotelowych, a nawet przeglądać proponowane listy odtwarzania, jeśli nie masz własnego. Naprawdę doceniłem uwagę na szczegóły. Innym spektaklą był różnorodność poduszek dostępnych. Wybrałem poduszkę kontur i niesamowicie dobrze spał. Jedno należy zauważyć: szczoteczki do zębów nie są dostarczane za darmo, jest dodatkowa opłata, jeśli potrzebujesz jednego. Ale to nie jest dla mnie duży problem, ponieważ zawsze przynosi mi własne. Tylko głowa-w górę, jeśli planujesz tu zostać, pamiętaj, aby zapakować szczoteczkę do zębów! Jedynym małym dolnym elementem był projekt łazienki, choć jest szklane drzwi, niektóre wody wyciekły po prysznicu. Ale to było niewielkie i nie wpływało na moje ogólne wrażenie. Ogólnie, bardzo polecam ten hotel dla każdego, kto szuka czystego, nowoczesnego i technologicznego miejsca do pobytu w Sydney!

Everything is good about this hotel , location staffs was friendly and helpful , location is near everything  Opera House , st Mary’s , David  jones , the  fast was the best -and hood quality food ! The room was bigger than any other 5 star and sooo clean comfy and use very good quality toiletries

Had to book last minute for layover due to flight cancellations. In v close proximity (10mins walk) to domestic airport, has many supper fastfood chains around when you land late at night too! Spacious room and worth the price!

I booked a room with a view of the Sydney Harbour Bridge, but when I checked in, all I saw were buildings right opposite my window when I opened the curtains. I had to stand to the side of the window to barely catch a glimpse of the bridge. This was completely different from the photos when I booked, and I feel scammed and very disappointed. Also, the breakfast selection was extremely limited; I almost didn't want to eat there on the second morning.

In short, Pullman Hyde Park Sydney is a great hotel with a gym and pool that offer good views. The rooms are clean, and the location is perfect for accessing all the famous tourist spots. We stayed for 5 nights at Pullman Hyde Park Sydney in mid-May. We arrived at the hotel around 10 AM, which was earlier than the scheduled check-in time. We requested an early check-in at the concierge; however, we were informed that no rooms were available until 1 PM. This was understandable, given our early arrival. While waiting, we appreciated the water dispenser and snacks available for guests. One downside was that the hotel had only three lifts, which were insufficient for the number of guests. One lift even broke down, and the other two were quite slow. We booked a Superior King Room with a Hyde Park view, which was lovely. The room was clean, with no odors or stains. However, our first room was missing disposable slippers and had a broken phone. The staff quickly sent a technician and arranged for us to move to a higher floor with a functioning phone. They were responsive, but we had to move our luggage ourselves, as they were unable to assist with that. (It was around 6pm so they may be short-staffed at that moment.) We spent some time at the gym, but unfortunately, the drinking water ran out around 6 PM. We called the concierge to have it replenished, but no one arrived by the time we left. The pool was decent, and there was also a jacuzzi. However, the jacuzzi was located right next to the gym and in front of the glass entrance, so anyone coming out of the elevator could see you enjoying it, which may or may not be a concern for some guests. A highlight was running on the treadmill while enjoying the stunning sunset over the city skyline—it was spectacular. The location was fantastic! The major bus stops were just a 6-minute walk away, providing easy access to Bondi Beach, Central Station, and Darling Harbour .etc. It was also only a 15-20 minute walk to the harbour, which made exploring the area very convenient. Overall, while I believe there are cheaper options with similar location advantages, the cleanliness at Pullman Hyde Park was notably better than those alternatives.

Loved the stay here! The room was super comfy and perfect for photos 📸 Breakfast was so good I couldn’t stop eating 😆 Staff were friendly and made everything feel easy. Totally a place I’d come back to for another chill vacation! ✨

The hotel ticks a lot of boxes, clean modern rooms, pool and steam room, and in the best location, very central over looking the beach. The hotel has just had a refurbishment, very tidy with a good bar and restaurant on the ground floor. Only slight negative, front dest - check in could be better and a bit more friendly. If you want to stay in Manly, this hotel is your best choice, the other main hotel is way down at the end of the beach.

Room is spacious, services r good, gym too small, the biggest problem is the noise insulation is really bad, its so noisy, u can hear cars passing by, all kind of noises are there, next door, or people walking on corridor, they must improve this. Its so disturbing!

Very nice view from our room widows. There are full of different types restaurants on the ground floor. But If you close the window, the sound proof is excellent which I typically want to recommend. Stuffs are friendly and helpful, willing to give you recommendations if you are first-time visitors. They even wrote a welcome card. They have a ballroom here just opposite the reception, holding different personal events every night. I like the vibe which means it's popular place and safe. The hotel is friendly to those who travel with dogs. They have special bed and food for dogs. But we didn't need it and the dog net door barked very early in the morning. We were OK with it. At the other aspect, the hotel goes too much. The breakfast is allllll for vegetarians. Yes, all. As a guest, you are left with no choice. This is the only point that I particularly hate. Be whatever you like, just don't push others to do the something, especially when you are running a business.
