The reception staff treated us with respect and kindness during check in and check out and professionalism was evident. The very atmosphere and style of the hotel is grand and magnificent. We would also like to mention the cosy and beautiful room. We loved the open panoramic view of the city and the cleanliness of the room. When we entered the room it was clean, tidy and fresh like the rest of the hotel, this is thanks to the housekeeping department. In fact they have a titanic job, not everyone realises that. Then I would also like to mention the breakfasts, they were varied, well prepared and tasty. As foreigners, the breakfast was suitable for our cultural dietary requirements. Overall experience was really good. Just two things to mention here. 1. The hotel doesn’t have a good heating system so we felt cold for the first night we stayed. We complained and the hotel staff offered us to change room, increase temperature for the centralised heating, and they can give an electric heater for our room to get warm. 2. There are nothing nearby to have dinner / lunch. Only 1-2 limited options in the hotel building. We went to nearby 5-6 km but the quality and hygiene drops to a very low level that my wife “lost her appetite” when we went to a ＞4.5/5 Dianping star place.

moment we arrived, the entire team made us feel incredibly welcome. The GRO, Holiday, was especially helpful and always attentive to our needs throughout our stay. All the staff were brilliant with both us and our children – a special thank you to Adam, who went above and beyond to ensure everyone felt at home. Bubble was also amazing with the kids, and they absolutely adored the Mini Club! The activities were engaging and fun, and Nindi not only ran great sessions with the children but also looked after us so well outside of Mini Club too. The food was excellent – with a great variety of both Chinese and Western dishes to suit all tastes. We enjoyed it so much that we’ve already booked again to celebrate my birthday. Highly recommended for families!
