„This hotel is huge, with a variety of themed rooms perfect for families with kids. The restaurants are unique, though a bit on the pricey side. I heard from a staff member that there are over 5,000 rooms – it's truly impressive they've managed to thrive, especially during the pandemic. I've already recommended it to my friends!”

„We went in mid June, rainy season so it was low season. For the price that we paid for the 2 bedroom villa, which included breakfast (at another hotel) entry to ocean park, The Five Country Hot Spring City, and personal shuttle bus service within the island. I think it was well worth it. Service was prompt and courteous, although communication was all through WeChat and in Chinese. Convenient but knowing sone Chinese would be better to utilize services . We stayed in the Japanese style villa, and it was tastefully decorated, spacious and comfortable. We especially loved having our own dry and steam sauna, and our own personal outdoor hot spring bath! Real hot spring mineral water! I recommend this place especially for people who love hot spring baths and want to avoid busy touristy hotels. Cleanliness: overall quite clean. Location: walking distance to ocean park and hot spring city, so quite convenient. 5-10 minutes shuttle ride to most places within the island. Service: knowing someone is available 24 hours was nice. They were eager to help with whatever we needed. The main concierge during the day was more friendly, competent and experienced. Amenities: everything we needed was provided. There was a Dyson hair dryer, fridge etc. If you are picky about your shampoo soaps etc, you may want to bring your own. But they do provide them.”

„Najlepszym hotelem na wyspie Ocean Flower Island jest Hilton. Jego lokalizacja jest doskonała, w pobliżu ulicy z jedzeniem i McDonald's, zaledwie kilka kroków od hotelu. To bardzo dogodna lokalizacja, jeśli chodzi o oglądanie pokazu świateł nocą i zwiedzanie kompleksu muzealnego i centrum handlowego outlet w ciągu dnia. Udogodnienia hotelowe są również całkiem dobre; głośnik Bluetooth jest bardzo wygodny do słuchania muzyki. Początkowo pokój, w którym mieszkałem, był dość mały. Chociaż recepcja specjalnie załatwiła mi pokój na lepszym piętrze, korytarz nadal był bardzo ciasny. Później, z powodu awarii klimatyzacji w moim pokoju, przenieśli mnie do większego pokoju z widokiem na morze, który był o wiele wygodniejszy. Najgorszą rzeczą w pokoju było to, że woda pod prysznicem nie była wystarczająco ciepła. Marzłem po prysznicu; woda była prawie letnia. Ręczniki kąpielowe były lodowato zimne, słabo chłonne i śliskie – bardzo zimne! Kolejną wadą były bardzo ciężkie okna; musiał pomagać mi je otwierać i zamykać pracownik, co było dość uciążliwe. „The room was good. Spacious and clean. The staffs such as receptionist, bellboy, cleaner are all helpful and friendly. The hotel manager even gave us a few complimentary cookies by the time of check out. The breakfast is good, though kind of limited options. Good location, not at busy and noisy area, but convenient as there are a few eateries and convenient store in walking distance.”
