„The hotel location and landscape is top notch for this region. Kids friendly - the indoor playground was amazing! We enjoyed the great service from the staff, especially Ms Xiang, who was very warm hearted and helpful. Can not expect the hotel to be a real 5-star compared to the well developed tourism places, some areas of improvement: many people still smoke inside the facilities - including the public hot spring area, swimming pool, even the hotel lobby. Some of the facilities inside the room are not well maintained - be sure to check them and request for fix or change the room if needed. But for this area, I’d highly recommend this hotel for family stay and a very relaxing experience at a reasonable price.”

路過時臨時決定住這家五星級酒店 確實也是超乎想象的好 從一進大堂就感受到了工作人員的熱情、周到 前廳工作人員也真的很nice！有需求會第一時間響應 房間設施設備也很新 房間有一個獨立的陽台 可以欣賞到整個小鎮的夜景。總的來説，此次入住的體驗感超棒！

趁着聖誕節和朋友一起來金寨旅遊，做了好久的攻略，訂了金寨飯店，看評價挺好的，果然超出預期，因為和朋友一起來玩，帶了兩個行李箱，剛下車就有工作人來來幫忙拿行李，帶領我們辦理入住，前台小姐姐辦理入住的效率也挺快，房間很大很亮堂，衞生也做得很乾凈，不管走在酒店哪裡，衹要看到服務員都會禮貌的和我們打招呼，對了，早餐也很好吃，品種挺多的，總之哪哪都挺好的，以後有機會再來金寨還會住在這裏👍👍👍👍

酒店前台，非常優秀，很專業，在慢慢告知我為什麼房間慢、介紹房型，我很願意聽，這個時候一個穿淺色衣服的女的，可能是大堂經理（並未掛胸牌）指責前台，讓她不要囉裏八嗦，直接出結果。我不着急，我願意聽前台的解釋，為什麼你要否定她的專業性？衹因為你比她大一級？ 另外，我問她，有一次性浴缸套嗎？這個大堂經理張嘴就來幾千個送完了，我不知道這個是領導的失誤還是你張嘴就來敷衍我，1月1日開業，一共320多個房間，一天300多個50天也就1600個哪來的幾千個 希望酒店領導高層對該員工進行培訓 給前台方善雨的專業性，優秀的服務點贊👍 非常好的酒店，各方面都很優秀

來陡沙河温泉小鎮第六個年頭了，第一次是2020年國慶發現了夏雨荷私湯，就愛上了，安徽省內，目前最喜愛的私湯有院子的衹有巢湖和陡沙河，但日式有地暖的唯獨陡沙河，過年期間還有篝火晚會，有表演 還能放煙花🎆，太棒了，附近的農莊土菜都開業了，過來放鬆三天，每天二泡 ，身體都泡柔軟了，疲憊都泡走了，小憩後回去繼續搬磚！

I specifically came to Jinzhai for a trip and chose this New Century Grand Hotel, which exceeded my expectations overall! The room was spacious, the bedding comfortable, and all the facilities were new and in perfect condition. The hotel has its own gym and a heated swimming pool. The gym equipment is varied, and the pool environment is clean and refreshing, perfect for a workout and relaxation during your free time. The front desk service was gentle and courteous, and the check-in process was smooth. I want to especially praise our butler, Qi Qi, who proactively communicated about our arrival time before check-in, patiently explained the hotel amenities, and even shared routes to nearby attractions, following up attentively throughout our stay. The hardware facilities are excellent, and the soft services are warm and meticulous. It offers great value for money and is definitely recommended to friends traveling to Jinzhai.
