„酒店真的太好了！超五星級的那種標準！工作人員非常熱情，幫我們把行李送到房間，調好房間温度，可以送餐到房間，酒店餐食也很不錯，價格正常餐廳價格沒加價，還給我們免費升級了房間，延時到下午兩點退房！我們後面去天鵝湖酒店經理還免費送我們去景點！真的入住過程非常愉快！設施衞生條件更是沒得説！還有免費的飲料咖啡水果！下次來威海還住這裏！值得十星好評那種酒店！對了，房間洗漱品是寶格麗的，吹風機戴森！”

„The room is spacious, bed is comfortable, shower is hot, the air conditioner is good, with speed and coolness control. The floor is carpeted so it feels less cold in winter. The lighting is bright and sufficiently installed throughout the room. The hotel is located just 10 mins walk to the adjacent ”Nine Dragon” shopping mall where you can buy all sorts of groceries. The hotel has a heated Olympic-sized swimming pool and a good gym with all types of equipment. The hotel provided free bikes for Guest to cycle throughout the city. Good breakfast variety with all types of Chinese dish, fruits and even alcohol. The hotel service staff delivered fruits to every room and are detailed oriented to the point they open your door while you were still sleeping to place it inside the room. This was the 2nd time I stayed in this hotel and can see the same hotel staff, meaning a strong employee retention by the hotel.”

„여행에 있어 조식을 중요하게 생각하는 한사람으로서. 조식을 예약 했음에도 불구하고 체크인시 조식 서비스를 도시락으로 대체한다는 예기를 듣고 놀라지 않을수 없었습니다. 고급 호텔에서 조식 서비스를 하지 않는다는게 말이 된다 생각합니까? 할수없이 오전 8시에 배달을 선택했는데 사진과 같은 음식이 왔습니다. 그것도 8시가 아닌 7시반쯤 배달이 된거 같은데 8시에 문을열어보니 놓여 있었는데 이미 음식은 다 식어있구 훈둔(물만두)은 불어서 먹을수가 없었습니다. 구정 연휴라는 핑개는 있을수가 없죠 호텔에서는! 전기 콘센트도 납작이 돼지코 밝에 없어서 핸드폰을 충전할수 없었습니다. 중국 많은 호텔에 가봤지만 이런 경우는 처음입니다. 반서과 개선이 꼭 필요하다 생각해서 리뷰남깁니다.”

From the moment I arrived, the staff welcomed me with genuine warmth and kindness, going above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and well taken care of. The water temperature was perfect, the atmosphere calm and peaceful, and everything felt thoughtfully arranged for guests to unwind. It’s clear the team takes great pride in their work and genuinely cares about their visitors. After soaking in the hot spring, I had a meal at the on-site restaurant, and the food was outstanding—the dumplings, in particular, were perfectly cooked, full of flavor, and easily some of the best I’ve ever had. I would honestly come back just for those dumplings alone. Overall, I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. If you’re looking for a relaxing getaway with excellent service, delicious food, and a truly welcoming environment, this hot spring is the perfect choice. „The hotel is confidently located near a big mall and near the waterfront . If you walk about 700 m you get into the park which has a nice pagoda . The buffet breakfast is great and the staff are quite friendly . The only issue that you might face is other guests smoking in their rooms hence at night I get smoking smells drifting through the air con shaft even though I am staying in a non smoking room . Oh if you are staying in the room facing the west setting sun you would have to remind the cleaning crew not to open the curtains as it can get quite hot in the afternoon”

„位置：在新區，但是去哪都方便，選擇這邊就是因為位置還挺合適，到威海站17分鐘，韓樂坊20分鐘，去景點其實跟其他地方比起來去哪裡都方便，屬於居中位置。 價格：8月的威海來看，性價比超高。民宿都要四五百，核心商圈的同級別都到1500了，比起來這性價比超絕！ 環境：五星的規格，房間乾淨，而且大。 服務：服務人員也很熱情。 早餐：味道不錯，該有的都有了。吃的挺飽的，哈哈哈。”
