I had a truly enjoyable and wonderful stay at the hotel. The location is unbeatable, making it easy to get around and explore. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcomed and well taken care of. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable — everything I needed for a relaxing and satisfying stay. The breakfast was excellent — fresh, delicious, and with a great variety to choose from. The service throughout my stay was outstanding; the staff was warm, professional, and always ready to help. Great food, exceptional service, and the perfect location made this a memorable stay. I’ll definitely return and highly recommend it to others!

I stayed at The St. Regis Mumbai for two nights last week and had an excellent experience. The check-in process was efficient, and the staff maintained a high level of professionalism throughout my stay. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and offered an impressive city view. Housekeeping was consistent and attentive, ensuring everything was in order without needing to request anything. Although I did not try the breakfast service, I did visit the bar on the 37th floor, which was a highlight of the stay. The night views from the top were outstanding, and the atmosphere was refined yet vibrant. The service team at the bar was attentive, and the overall experience made for an enjoyable evening. Overall, The St. Regis Mumbai delivered a high-quality stay with strong service standards and a well-maintained property. I would highly recommend it for both business and leisure travel.

Huge spacious room, cabinets/mini bar area were slightly moist.. had the wet wooden smell. Breakfast was okish. Good for a one night stay if you're heading to the airport the next day. Less than 5mins walking distance to T1. Buggy is avail / staff can help you with your luggage to the terminal. Multiple eateries at the airport too if you're not into proper sit down dining at the hotel.

Perfect hotel. Very welcoming staff, every time they see you they great you with a smile. Perfect location if you just had a long flight, just 10 min from T2. Of course with Mumbai traffic a little bit more. My wife was not feeling well and they help us a lot by being flexible in their rules. Definitely my #1 hotel once I will be back.

I checked into the hotel early. The room wasn't ready yet so I went and had breakfast. The international buffet spread was really good, and service from restaurant staff was 10/10 - they were attentive and made sure I had everything. A while later, the reception staff came to inform me personally that my room was ready, and they gave me a nice quiet room like I asked for. There was an accident during my stay, in which the security guard accidentally broke my photo frame which I had just purchased. The duty manager was super nice and had it sent for repair, and next day, I was able to get my photo frame before I flew home. The staff were so apologetic, and sent me some lovely sweets as well as a sincere, handwritten note. Altogether, I had a wonderful stay and will be back if I'm ever in the area.

We recently stayed at The Westin to celebrate my wife Ritika’s birthday, and I must say – the entire experience was wonderful. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality and attention to detail were impressive. A special thanks to Jasmina, who took care of every arrangement perfectly. Her efforts truly made the occasion memorable for us. The decor, the room setup, and the overall vibe reflected warmth and elegance. The entire staff was courteous, well-behaved, and extremely professional. Everyone made sure we felt welcomed and comfortable throughout our stay. Highly recommend The Westin for anyone looking to celebrate a special occasion. Thank you once again for making Ritika’s birthday so special!

Nasz ostatni pobyt w JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu naznaczony był kontrastami, ale ostatecznie pozytywne strony przeważały nad wszelkimi niedociągnięciami. Po przyjeździe napotkaliśmy pewne problemy z przydziałem pokoi, co spowodowało konieczność wielokrotnego przemieszczania się między pokojami w ciągu pierwszych kilku dni, gdy próbowaliśmy połączyć 2 pokoje. To było trochę rozczarowujące, ponieważ mieliśmy nadzieję na spokojniejszy początek naszego pobytu. Jednakże, kiedy trzeciego dnia rozlokowaliśmy się w naszych odpowiednich pokojach, stwierdziliśmy, że są wygodne, choć naszym zdaniem zaczęły być odrobinę przestarzałe. Chociaż mieliśmy 2 pokoje z widokiem na morze, ze względu na układ hotelu i w zależności od tego, gdzie znajdują się pokoje, można uzyskać jedynie częściowy widok na morze, co muszę przyznać, było trochę zawiedzione. Prawdziwą atrakcją naszego pobytu niewątpliwie było śniadanie w Lotus Cafe. To było po prostu wyjątkowe, z mnóstwem opcji, które pozostawiły nas z rozpieszczaniem wyboru. Stacje na żywo, na których szefowie kuchni przygotowują indywidualne zamówienia, były doskonałe i zapewniały, że każdy posiłek był dostosowany do naszych upodobań. Obsługa podczas śniadania była wzorowa, a troskliwy i przyjazny personel zaspokajał wszystkie nasze potrzeby. Chociaż, gdy robi się bardzo tłoczno, czasami zapominano o naszych zamówieniach. Jednak ogólna jakość jedzenia i usług zreko****sowała te drobne uchybienia. Lokalizacja hotelu jest głównym plusem. To tylko krótki spacer od Juhu Chowpatty, co pozwoliło nam zwiedzić tętniące życiem otoczenie i delektować się autentycznym ulicznym jedzeniem. Dla fanów filmu wizyta w domu Amitabha Bachchana („Jalsa”) to także krótki spacer za rogiem. Ostatnią drobną rzeczą było to, że nie zaoferowano nam specjalnego drinka powitalnego, co moim zdaniem jest zwyczajowe. Myślę, że było to spowodowane tym, że przyjechaliśmy wcześnie rano, ale byłoby miło, gdyby zaoferowano nam to w hotelu tej klasy, niezależnie od godziny. Podsumowując, mimo początkowych trudności związanych z przydziałem pokoi i okazjonalnymi przerwami w obsłudze, niezrównana jakość śniadań i dogodna lokalizacja sprawiają, że JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu jest wyjątkowym wyborem dla podróżnych pragnących niezapomnianego pobytu w Bombaju.

Definitely a five stars experience and stay! Will definitely go back if I’m back at Mumbai in the future. Room was good! Comfortable bed. Breakfast was better than good ~ definitely a plus plus point !

We had the most amazing 2 days at Taj Lands End. We had previously been in Bandra for 12 days and our return flight got postponed due to Typhoon Ragaga. By this time we were over the noise and chaos of Bandra and needed a peaceful luxury retreat to decompress and recharge. We had amazing massages, food, service at Taj. The hotel was first rate and the staff amazing. We will be back.

Very big hotel, located close to the airport. Has a rooftop view, with restaurant and outdoor swimming pool. The planes landing and taking off can clearly be viewed from the rooftop. T1 is on a walking distance, where there are multiple options for food. Note: outside food is not allowed in the hotel! Rooms were nice and clean, a bit outdated in aesthetics, but nothing worn out or too old.
