„Very good and considerate staff. Always available. Awesome design and very good lighting and landscaping, albeit a questionable caliber of guests (some hotel guests were staring at me in a way that makes me feel unease and somewhat uncomfortable), but i understand totally it has nothing to do with the hotel itself. Would recommend for people who want a relaxed and laid-back stay in Florence. This is your at-call mini villa here in Florence, very cute backyard and very nice design, and the room was unbelievably comfortable, the shower included. And they had a nice and quiet reading room in the common area, despite the fact that i would recommend the hotel install some anti-UV shades at the place, in general the atmosphere was impeccable. This is the place i want to stay in for 3 months to do some research in.”

„This is the best hotel we stayed in Italy, with amazing attention to details, including room facilities where you will be amazed by the set up of the bathtub, the concierge, Cosmo, who can book you any restaurant in the city and grant you VIP treatment in The Mall Firenza, the doorman’s hospitality is also amazing, plus it is in the center of of city where all the hot spots are in walking distance. We will definitely come back!”

Only 10 minutes ride from Florence main train station, wallking distance to major touristic attractions such as the famous Florence Cathedral, (Duomo), Ponte Vecchio or Piazza Signoria. The superior room was beautifully furnished, with clean marble bathroom! Amazing breakfast with fresh fruit, tasty pastries and a big selection of Italian parma ham! I would definitely book Firenze Bernini hotel again!”

The hotel staff are lovely, specially the Italian doorman. We had a nice welcome gift on arrival and was upgraded to a bigger room. Can't wait to be back”
