Have had a great time on 20-21/12. The staff is very nice, willing to talk with you and with smile. Especially the girl in carpark ran to me and help my luggage when I arrived. Nanami san is also a very nice girl! Merry Christmas and happy new year 2026❤️

My wife and I stayed in the King Premium room for 2 nights in April 2025. We loved the location of the hotel. It is 5 mins walk from Osaka station and surrounded by many shopping malls so you will never go hungry or run out of things to buy. It is also very convenient to make day trips since Osaka station connects to nearby cities like Nara, Kobe, Kyoto and Himeji. We also loved the size of the room (40m^2) and the toilet. There was more than enough space to fully open 2 luggage bags. There were also 2 separate sofas which you could sit in. The only thing we thought could have been improved on was the reception as no one offered to bring our luggage bags up to our room. Great room and location, service could’ve been improved.

We have just completed our final day in Osaka, and our stay at your hotel has been nothing short of exceptional. The property and its facilities are outstanding—immaculately clean, well maintained, and thoughtfully designed. The service throughout our stay has been truly impressive. I would like to especially commend the Bellman team on the 1st floor. They consistently offered assistance with genuine warmth and never hesitated to help with anything we needed. In particular, the tall gentleman from Myanmar (my apologies for not asking his name) stood out for his excellent service. Regarding check-in, although there was an initial oversight in reconfirming our booking benefits and communicating certain details, this was quickly resolved when we approached the counter again and met Kiki. He handled everything with calm professionalism and a refined, welcoming manner that reflects the standards of a luxury hotel. I would also like to highlight the Chat Service team. Before our arrival and throughout our stay, they responded promptly and efficiently through the LINE application, assisting with every request—including detailed information about Osaka. Kudos to your entire Front Office team. Our afternoon tea experience, with a window seat and wonderful tea selection, was another highlight. It made our last day truly memorable. We highly recommend it to future guests. Well done to the Patina Osaka team. We will definitely return.

Hotel nearby Osaka station /JR Umeda line is super convenience. Many famous shopping around the hotel . The location is very good .

The hotel is new, clean, modern, location at CBD along the street of international brands. Not really crowded and walking distance to tourist area of Shinaibashi. There is a mega department store Daimaru. Transport is excellent convenient with direct train to airport, JR rail and underground lines . Breakfast at @ 4800 Yen and there is a government accommodation tax per night of stay.  There is a mini bar with charging beverages. But the  refrigerator is not cold enough.

Very nice Hotel good stuff a little outdated compared to the four seasons, but that being said it’s the Ritz so it was good. I do not recommend the Michelin star restaurant breakfast buffet very good. I would not come here again, but if you are into old vintage settings then this is for you, still giving up five stars but no comparison to the four seasons

Pojechałem prywatnym samochodem z Kioto. Dojazd do tego hotelu zajmuje około 45 minut. Hol znajduje się na 6. piętrze. Cały hotel urządzony jest w stylu zamku w Osace. Personel recepcji jest w porządku trzy kolejne dni z widokiem na zamek Z pokoju widać zamek w Osace. Śniadanie było przeciętne, niezbyt duże, niezbyt smaczne, a śniadanie w hotelu jest zamykane wcześnie, od 6:30 do 10:00. ostatnie miejsce siedzące o 9:45, bardzo punktualny, personel zostawi wszystko o 10:00. Jedzenie zostało odłożone. Cały hotel był czysty. W pokoju nie było zapachu. Wybrałem duże łóżko. Łóżko było bardzo wygodne i duże. Łazienka była oddzielona od mokrej i suchej. W pokoju było bardzo cicho i nie było słychać nic od sąsiada ani z korytarza, w obiektach znajdują się tylko baseny i restauracje, ale jeśli chcesz zostać w tej lokalizacji hotelu, jeśli chcesz mieć w pobliżu restauracje, sklepy ogólnospożywcze i domy towarowe, w pobliżu praktycznie nie ma nic, ponieważ codziennie jeżdżę taksówkami. Dla mnie jest to wygodne, ponieważ taksówka czeka na Ciebie zaraz po wyjściu stąd bardzo wygodnie jest dojechać do Shinsaibashi Umeda. Podróż zajmuje około 15 minut, a opłata za przejazd wynosi około 100 HKD. Zatrzymam się tutaj, jeśli następnym razem przyjadę do Osaki, ponieważ uważam, że jest to dobry stosunek jakości do ceny, około 1600 HKD za osobę. noc

It is our first time staying near that area, and we wanted to find a hotel near to Tennoji zoo. it is a very kids friendly hotel, breakfast varieties not not, basically japanese food, but it's tasty and decent, but due to eco friendly policy, they will not come and clean your room everyday except throwing trash and replacing new towel. on the overall, stay was comfortable.

I got a sleep score of 93. That says it all. Great hotel with amazing sleep comfort. Super central location in Osaka. I managed to use both their gym and pool facilities which are great. Actually, for a hotel, I was quite surprised with the how nice the gym is. The hotel seems to have many visitors a day and service is impeccable and keeps things flowing very smoothly.
