An amazing family holiday at Clay Beach Samui We had such an amazing holiday at Clay Beach Samui. From the moment we arrived, everything was just so easy and well organised, and the villa itself is absolutely beautiful. What really surprised us was how much there was to do without even having to leave the villa. We tried quite a few of the in-villa experiences and honestly, everything was done so well. The food, the private dining, the floating breakfast, the cocktails and the spa treatments were all fantastic. The kids also had an amazing time. Having the huge garden, trampoline, badminton and paddleboards right there made such a difference. And being directly on the beach meant they could go from the pool to the beach and back again all day. It was great for us as parents because they were having fun while we could actually relax. One of our favourite things was simply being able to spend the whole day at the villa. We didn’t feel like we had to go out every day to find something to do. We could have breakfast by the pool, swim, go down to the beach, have lunch, relax, enjoy a massage or a cocktail and then have an amazing dinner in the evening. The in-villa experiences are a big part of what makes Clay Beach special. We tried several of them and the quality and attention to detail were genuinely impressive. Everything we booked was organised professionally and delivered exactly as we hoped. We have stayed in a lot of places as a family, but Clay Beach felt different. It wasn’t just a beautiful villa where we stayed—it felt like we had our own private resort for the whole family. There was something for everyone, and we never felt bored for a second. Most importantly, we could actually relax and enjoy being together as a family, which is what a holiday should really be about. Clay beach samui is absolutely the best beachfront luxury villa on samui with private Chef with the best luxury in villa experiences and services that we as a family experience so far. Lokalizacja hotelu jest bardzo dobra. Spacer do Cocotams zajmuje tylko 3-5 minut. Jest bardzo cicho w porównaniu do sąsiedniego hotelu wakacyjnego. The front office team was simply superb—friendly, efficient, and attentive in just the right way. Our porter was quick to assist with our luggage, no fuss, no wait—just seamless service. Although early check-in wasn’t available when we arrived, the hotel’s app made all the difference. Through the app, we could explore the resort, make requests, and track our room status. Eventually, we received a notification that our room was ready—such a convenient system! The room itself? Immaculate! Spotless and thoughtfully designed with a massive bed, a sparkling clean shower area, a cozy separate seating space, and an automated toilet that lifts the cover for you. No-touch toilet seat? That’s a huge bonus! We were also greeted with a delightful welcome basket in the room, packed with special drinks, snacks, and even a handwritten postcard by the General Manager. It was such a warm and personal touch—it’s hard not to fall in love with the place instantly. We did try the spa, and while it’s on the pricier side, the service and facilities were absolutely worth every penny—top-notch from start to finish. Cabanas, the beach club at Marasca, is another highlight. Ultra-chilled vibes, beautifully designed with lush greenery, comfy furniture, and a view that opens right up to Chaweng Beach. It was the perfect place to unwind. Breakfast? Impressive. A great mix of Western and Asian dishes, plus a healthy spread of salads, pastries, yogurt, juices, and smoothies. The little touches like free healthy shots in the morning and ice cream in the afternoon truly made our stay even more enjoyable! Marasca also offers daily activities for guests, so you’ll never run out of things to do. To sum it all up: this is, hands down, the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Huge shoutout to the amazing team—Mo, Tony, Ja, Chet, Jenny, Puppup, Andy, Pui, Golf, and the rest whose names I can’t recall. Your teamwork and hospitality were unforgettable. The resort I itself was good and full of amenities and well located as its quiet but close to many places as well, however the service was lacking as there was barely any attention paid to guests. We had figure things out ourselves as well as call out multiple times before we had help

after having had a disappointing stay in Amari Koh Samui, we were so glad to have moved to hyatt. we stay there for 3 nights and absolutely loved it. from the moment we arrived, the customer service was amazing. The front desk and the concierge were amazing. love the lobby, it's open space overlooking the sea. we arrived early so we had lunch first but they pretty quickly had our room ready and our luggages were already sent to the room even without me telling them. amazing! we upgraded from a partial sea view to a full sea view room and no regrets. my baby loved the room so much, running around and looking at the view. we loved the room instantly, very clean, spacious, and great view. Kids friendly, i love how they have couple of selections for kids menu and not just fried stuffs and pasta. the staffs are all friendly with the kids as well they totally engage with the children. Their kids club is big and they have activities everyday and the whole day. They do have kids pool side as well with slide and a small outdoor play ground area. it has a grassy area where you can play and run around with your kids. the only downside for us, not much options for breakfast and not really a beachfront where you can swim freely nor can you have a long seaside walk. cant build sandcastle as well. my baby loves to play with sand. when you read about hyatt beach being rocky and not sandy white, they do mean there are huge rocks on both sides. see my photo for better understanding. they do have live ban and firework show in the evening at Sesun restaurant. overall it didnt matter to us, we went to relax, stayed in the resort and relaxed and that's what we got and felt relaxed the entire stay. HIGHLY recommend staying here and when we head back down to koh samui we will surely stay in Hyatt again.

I particularly enjoyed the spa, where I indulged in a blissful massage overlooking the ocean, leaving me feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. Overall, my experience at Cape Fahn Hotel, Koh Samui, surpassed all expectations. It’s a sanctuary of luxury and serenity, where every moment is cherished and every need is anticipated.
