I am using this facility and their services in connection with business trips in the Stara Zagora region. They always live up to their standards - friendly, convenient and clean.

The hotel has an excellent location in the lake and in vicinity of everything.The hotel is beautiful butiq style and though the furniture is heavy old style i like it this way.The personal is nice,the hotel is clean . The problem is restaurant - the food is not diverse,not always fresh.....our kids could hardly find something to eat We didnt like it either The swimming pool is small nice snd clean

Great location, clean, comfy... Beautiful nature and great massage options. Food is amazing. For every recommendation! Great value for your money. Huge parking in front of the hotel, nice lake and walking trails.

The hotel is excellent and ideally situated in the park. SPA is a bit funny, but it's OK. The staff in the hotel was amiable. I would not recommend the restaurant. Bad cuisine with awful service. They definitely need to improve the restaurant.

The staff are very friendly. They helped me with printing documents and borrowed me an adaptor without any extra charges. Small things matter when it comes to customer service. The checkout time is 12pm which make things easier for someone who doesn't like to rush in the morning.

I booked one of the big, shiny apar**ent, but unfortunately there was issue with hot water, so only cold shower. And i had to move about 11ish pm, because directly underneath was wedding party. Nothing against it, only if staff tell me before i would not need to have a moving hassle. Despite cold water and party, hotel is fabulous, great location with lake and good restaurant.

Very kindly personal. I had a little problem with my purse and the receptionist solved it. Breakfast was very delicious. The room is clean with comfortable bad, with plenty of space and with wonderful panorama to the lake. Spa zone is enough and clean.

Service quite bad from receptionists to waiters. Rooms had an annoying sound from a broken radio though the whole floor. Rooms are old too. I wouldn't come here again.

Seems nice, but facilities are closed, the rooms are noisy, the breakfast is bad.
This is for sure not a 5*, just 3* !
