Very nice hotel🤩 Fantastic breakfast and dinner. Very family friendly. Nice and big room, with a good view🤩

Aside from 6 hangers, no drawers or reachable shelves for storage. No accommodation for North/Central/South American 110 volt devices. Had to request the bathroom floor be washed due to embedded dirt. Prepaid total stay leaves no financial recourse when the disappointing room is vacated early for a better option.

Stayed for 2 nights in early July with the family. The parking is free in summer which is a welcome surprise for Norway. The parking garage is clean and easily accessed. There was a playroom setup with bouncy castles and kids activities in one of the conference rooms. Like the free parking, I believe this is limited to summertime. My kids enjoyed this a lot, and was necessary for them to burn off energy. Location is good if you have a car and don't need to be within walking distance to the center of Stavanger. Nearby and within walking distance are a few eateries, Dominos pizza, grocery stores, and an Ikea. We took a day trip to Månafossen waterfall and would highly recommend it if you can handle a steep 15 minute climb and have hiking boots. It was a scenic 50 minute ride by car into fjords. Central Stavanger was an easy 10 minute car ride and there were many parking options near the downtown area. Preikestolen is under an hour drive by car as well. The hotel is fairly new and modern and in good shape. The hotel layout is strange and may involve a long walk down the irregularly shaped corridor. We were near the far end and of the hotel but wasn't that bad. We stayed in the one junior suite in the hotel. It was very big for Scandinavian standards, with the bedroom separated from the living room, a powder room and an ensuite bathroom. The beds were comfortable and we all slept well. Sound proofing seemed good as we didn't hear any other guests at all. Even though the hotel appears to be geared towards business travelers, it was excellent for a family stay. Just don't expect to have a nice view from the rooms given the location. The breakfast was very good, with enough options to not get tired of the selection if staying multiple nights. Seating was comfortable and spacious. The buffet is laid out in an orderly and logical way. The pancake section setup for the kids was great. The staff in the breakfast area were very friendly, and went above and beyond accommodating my 3 kids. We didn't eat dinner at the hotel restaurant so can't comment on that. We would gladly return to this hotel.

We got a room for five beds, it was nice but there would have been more room without the extra bed. Quite dark room with small sized windows at the corner of the room. Free parking at the garage at summertime. Good Scandic quality. I recommend this.

We used points for free night and upgraded to superior room. It was spacious room, but located right next to elevators so there were some noise until midnight. Very good gym. Staff not so friendly, cheerful and helpful than we are used to. Breakfast was disappointing, after 1h 15min of serving lot of empty trays, no plates etc. There was staff, but they did not do anything to full serving.
