Good stay! We liked the staff. They were very friendly and personable. The rooms were nice and clean and had everything we needed to cook--thanks! It was a bit noisy in the evening with snow removal but a small price to pay for completely clear sidewalks and parking lot. :)

Spacious, modern and comfortable unit. Exterior of the building and lobby is old and dated. Update lobby and replace unused pool and ping pong tables with a gym

The room was spacious and freshly renovated. This place was great. It’s currently under construction but the workers were quiet. The shuttle to the resort was a nice perk. My only two points worth mentioning is I hope they’re renovating the hot tub and we would have appreciated some hooks by the door to hang our jackets and snowpants up. Otherwise this place was great and a steal!

This property was close to everything groceries restaurants even ski resort resort and plenty other activities. People there were warm and welcoming

Shuttle was great for getting to the mountain. Only amenities are a small hot tub and sauna. Charge a "resort" fee.

Everything was very good, except we didn’t have any hot water. They did come and fix it, but it did make it difficult to get ready for an event we had planned.

We decided to stay one night in steam boat. Our hotel was pretty much like an apartment with all high end upgrades! It was very inviting bright and welcoming thank you!

Initially reserved at a sister property. Did not know we had been changed until we show up after a long day of driving. Pretty frustrating situation. Did end up, however, in a nice two room situation but don't know what we paid for - seemed overpriced for what we were expecting. Just a weird situation all around.

The rooms could use a few more furniture items, such as bedside lamps, clothes hooks on bathroom doors, and living room lamp(s). The air conditioner in the bedroom blows directly on the head of the bed..but not an issue in cold weather. The room was very clean, and the kitchen well stocked. Very large paved parking lot. All in all a good value for the price.
