I thought this hotel chain would be decent but it was god awful. It’s basically a motel. It was dirty and I did not feel safe. We saw that people were living in the hotel and people would be hanging in the parking lot at random times at night. Also the room smelled and did not seem very clean. I’m surprised a chain hotel company would allow this place to be running in this sad state. Only upside is that it’s dog friendly.

There was no tea at breakfast. Hot breakfast was fine. No fruit at breakfast. No hot drinks in the room. The bottles for the shampoo and conditioner and lotion were impossible to use. The shower was great.

Other comments reflecting the age and condition of the property are accurate - it’s seen better days. I can live with that, but not the unexpected guests I found on my pillow and sheets - bed bugs. I left the hotel after discovering these and chose to spend the night in my car. Instead of planned activities, my Saturday morning was spent at the laundromat to try to ensure none accompanied me home. Front desk staff were friendly and as helpful as they could be.

Rooms were fine and they had a good breakfast. AC is loud in rooms and AC vents need to be cleaned. Other than that, was totally fine.

Hotel is in need of a remodel, everything thing is old and in need of updating. Room smelled musty and had towels that were stained.

Roaches in our room. No internet service available, though it was supposed to be. Electric outlet in the bathroom did not work. 1/3 of the light bulbs had been removed, so the room was very dim. Never made up our room over 4 days, though we had requested service. The partial roll of toilet paper they had left us ran out, so we had to go the front desk to beg for more. Shop-worn furniture. This location is way below Wyndham standards.

This is a dirty, run down hotel and needs to be gutted and remodeled. Management is not doing their job. Don't stay here, it's not worth the cheap price.
