Accidentally booked the wrong day. Didn't get a refund and no rooms were available. The staff couldn't do anything, and didn't know of any other hotels, even though there turned out to be any number of them. Quite rude in there treatment, and completely unwilling to help. So we lost the money, and where still on the street as it turned out.

Personal ist sehr freundlich & teilweise seit Jahren dort. Da ständig wechselnder Betreiber keine "Seele" im Hotel. Wenig Motivation das Hotel besser zu machen, weil für Personal von ausländischer Hotelkette kaum Änderungen eigenverantwortlich möglich.
Hotel ist sauber, jedoch sehr in die Jahre gekommen ohne jegliche Sanierung in letzten 30Jahren (wir kommen regelmäßig!!!).
Raucherkneipe in Gebäude stikt schonmal ziemlich den Flur & ggf. auch Zimmer (je nach Lage) voll.
Italienisches Restaurante im Gebäude sehr gut.
Zimmer sehr dunkel bei fehlender Deckenbeleuchtung, nur Stehlampen mit Energiesparbirnen. Keine Möglichkeit Handy an Bett zu laden.
Keine Allergikerzimmer. Betten mit Stoff bezogen, daher nichts für Hausstaub-Allergiker.
Frühstücksbuffet völlig ok, wenn auch nichts Besonderes. Auswahl an Aufbackbrötchen,Brot, Croissants, Wurst, Käse, Joghurt, Frischobst, Tomate/Gurke/Paprika, 6 Marmeladen, Honig,2Säfte,Tee,Kaffeeautomat.
Sauna vorhanden (noch nie benutzt, daher kein Kommentar).
Parkplätze ab 12€/d, oder auf der Straße.
Lage am Stadtrand (Stockelsdorf), nicht fußläufig für Lübecker Altstadt. Gut als Stop zur Ostsee/Dänemark, da unweit zur Autobahn.

Es war auf der Sonnenseite zur Straße natürlich sehr heiß aber sonst war alles super und es gibt keinen Grund zu meckern zumal der Preis auch okay war

Værelset var ikke klar ved ankomst 15:30. Det skulle være klar kl 15.
Der ville gå op til 3 timer før vi kunne få værelset. Vi ventede den første time på hotellet, men da der ikke skete noget, tog vi ud i byen for at kigge.
Virkelig dårlig stil og service.
Værelset var sådan set udemærket.

Das Hotel liegt an der Lübecker Stadtgrenze zu Stockelsdorf.
Bushaltestelle Richtung Stadtmitte ist in der Nähe, allerdings ist die Taktzeit nicht so komfortabel - etwa alle halbe Stunde.
Die Standardzimmer sind sehr in die Jahre gekommen, das Badezimmer überrascht negativ mit Duschvorhang und hässlichen Ablagerungen in Dusche, Waschbecken und WC. statt Queen- oder Kingsize-Bett gibt es zusammen geschobene Einzelbetten. Hinzukommt, dass über Trip.com explizit eine bessere Zimmerkategorie im renovierten Hotelbereich zum gleichen Preis gebucht war. Das Frühstücksbüffet war reichhaltig und die Kaffeezubereitung lecker.

The hotel is fairly cheap, but our room was not cleaned at all. Big chunks of dust on the floor, remnants of other people’s feces in the toilet, clipped nails on the floor and long black hairs in the shower. If you care about cleanliness, I would advise you to choose another hotel.
