On September 23, I made a reservation at this property after checking in what currency I could pay in upon check-in, but did not receive a response from the property. Upon arrival, the hotel employee did not accept payment in euros, did not agree to a deposit in euros until the morning, and the check-in was at night, the exchange offices did not work, they were not allowed into the hotel, I had to spend the night on the street. At the same time, money was written off from the card with the comment “they didn’t show up for check-in,” in fact, it wasn’t my fault for not checking in, since there was no response from the hotel, although a request was sent. After the money was written off, a request for a refund was sent to the hotel. The hotel did not contact. Two weeks later, a repeated request was sent, a response was received that the hotel does not accept cash, but this information is not on the hotel’s booking page and the hotel was sent a request in advance, to which the hotel did not respond.
