A nice little place, good beds, good breakfasts, an easy access guest house on our way to the coast.

Kingswood is always an exceptional stay. I have been in B&Bs the length of the UK, and beyond, over twenty years, but this place is difficult to beat. Consistently meeting their very high standards of tidiness, cleanliness and customer service isn't easy, but they do it, time after time. Keep it up Kingswood - always my go-to place to stay when in the NE!

I stayed in room 2. It was very clean and tidy with everything you'd want for a mid-trip overnight stay on business. The room is very narrow but well appointed and everything you need. Check-in and access was very easy and everything worked. Not far off the main arterial road so easy car access and adequate car parking. I'd recommend the room for a one night stay when travelling through Teesside.

I had surgery done abroad so I needed extra quiet and peaceful place to stay and this place delivered. The room itself was very clean, equipped with necessary appliances. Service was great and always helpful. Highly recommend!

I have stayed at the Kingswood quite a number of times.Always a warm welcome.Quality clean rooms.Good food and very reasonably price.If I am in Stockton area it’s the only place I would consider staying.Five star.

Where to start! ) Great staff, all very helpful and friendly. Couldn't want for a better treatment from them. Room and dining area always very clean and tidy. Linen and towels always fresh and never spotted a hair or a mark on them. Shower great and very clean again. Highly recommend.

All in very good. Self check in was easy.
I was only in single room but it was spacious enough and warm enough. Breakfast was nice but fresh fruit would have been good.
Only thing was a continual banging noise when trying to sleep and in the morning. Not sure if it was coming from heating.

I was booked for 4 days and stayed an extra 3. My room was compact but sufficient with a great shower. The staff were wonderful as was the breakfast. I booked through the owner and she offered the breakfast for £10 each day. It's not on booking sites as of a possible cost of £18 the Kingswood only receive £5. Worth the cost. 😋 As the Kingswood is on a main road it can be noisy. I always use earplugs so it wasn't a problem. It's a very short walk to Norton High Street for food or shopping. I was visiting to go walking and birding and the it was a very easy journey from the b&b to RSPB Saltholme , the coast and Co. Durham where I had a fantastic time. Will go again.

The Kingswood is a pleasant B&B situated in a lovely area near shops and eateries. The place itself is clean, bright and cheerful. The bed was comfortable and the shower had copious amounts of hot water. Breakfast was really good and plentiful. The only negative is if you need to be in your room during the day the heating goes off. I would definitely stay there again.
